Great place, quiet and friendly.

First and what bothered me the most is that there is no privacy!
you hear all kinds of noises from a bricklayer who was working until Sundays at 7 AM like that of other guests who even sang under the shower! I wanted to rest and I didn't make it!

Un muy buen lugar la atención es excelente y muy buen trato de su personal, la comodidad es muy buena y sobre todo es un hotel muy limpio.

Está bien ubicado, aunque es un lugar muy pequeño. Para subir a los cuartos es a través de una escalera de caracol bastante pequeña, la habitación estaba bastante pequeña también aunque con todo lo necesario. La limpieza bien. Relación precio/calidad un poquito abajo. La ubicación es excelente.

It is a small hotel with basic services for a weekend den SLP. The staff were very nice and the staff were very attentive. I recommend it. ☺

I did not respect my reservation made days before and I told to go somewhere else because I could not receive. There are better hotels in that area of downtown San Luis Potosí.

Bad treatment of the child at the front desk, I wanted to talk to the manager and that on Saturdays he is never, nor answered. I arrived and my reservation had already been taken care of by another family. Super bad experience! Go to another hotel!

Pros: price-quality relationship is very nice. Comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom. You can walk to the city center. Modern and cozy. Cons: no breakfast or parking. Some people may find the bedrooms too tinys. Would totally recommend for a quick night.

The receptionist who greeted us on the excellent night shift, excellent rooms, excellent services, ALL EXCELLENT, except that the person who accommodated my car in the morning, hit him against a pole where he parked it AND NO ONE WAS ABLE TO GIVE ME THE FACE TO LET ME KNOW ABOUT THE INCIDENT. That sorry that for this small great detail will always return to this hotel and you will always recommend it. Honesty is an invaluable detail and hopefully they will do something with this person I don't know if he alerted you at reception or just hid it.

Not comfortable. The description of the hotel said we were getting queen size beds. We arrived late as we were traveling from the US bother, so we were unable to find other accommodations. We got smelly, uncomfortably double beds with a very small bedroom. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to any of my relatives or friends.

I stayed this new year I can tell you that I am very happy, the attention of all the staff is excellent they are very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and above all very clean, the bathrooms are practically new and very nice, although the hotel is in the centre of San Luis, my car stayed outside in the street and no problem, it is very quiet and very safe, I wouldn't hesitate even a second to stay again in my next visit to San Luis Potosí.

From the outside it looks simple. But inside it has rooms very good, modern bathrooms, quality white. Highly recommend it for an affordable price. Only lack parking but leaving the car outside and it is a very quiet area.

I loved hotel Ruma San Luis since it is a different, new, clean, super detailed place and attention is super I give him a 10.
