Review of Palms Tulum Condo 4*

Beautiful, charming, impeccably clean. I had such a wonderful stay at Palms that I am already planning on coming back. I had initially planned on staying 4 nights and had another 3 nights booked at another hotel but I loved it so much that I cancelled my other hotel and finished my stay here! I had a clean modern big apartment with stylish decor and everything I can possibly need which made me feel right at home! Appliances were in perfect condition: fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster/blender and everything I need to cook myself healthy meals. Breakfast was included at neighboring sister hotel Elements however I opted out and just made my own breakfast. Bed was very comfy. I had 2 flat screen tv's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Shower was nice, pressure was low but hot water was always available! I had a small balcony as well. Hotel was quiet and perfectly located: 10 min walk to downtown, 25 minute walk to ADO bus station, 10 min drive or Colectivo to Tulum ruins/ Playa Santa Fe/Playa Paraiso (can biked following the path — 15 min) Hotel Zone can also be reached by bike 25 minutes, tons of stores and restaurants around as well as grocery stores (Super Aki and Chedraui both 5 min walk and 7 Eleven with a bank machine 2 minutes). But what really made this hotel exceptional was the staff. Each and every person working there was extremely kind, friendly and very helpful. The superstar of the establishment is Fabian, a warm, friendly, respectful and soft spoken young man who not only helped me plan my visits to area attractions giving me everything from how to get there, the cost and what to see… but who also taught me so much about Mexican culture, food and most of all the kindness of it's people. Fabian also gave me plenty of restaurant recommendations and on occasional rainy days would quietly sit and listen to me babble away my anxieties! There was also Stefania and Bryan who both were also kind, helpful and always ready to answer my numerous questions. Cleaning ladies did such a great job and were always smiling! There is a Bike rental included in your stay at no additional cost so every morning I would enjoy a wonderful bike ride! I love Palms Tulum, I found my place to stay in Tulum and I highly recommend it to everyone!
