This time of the year the beach is completely covered up with sea weed. Making almost impossible to enjoy its beauty but the food is great as well as the local people.

Excellent to spend a family atmosphere or as a couple, very beautiful places and restaurants with delicious cuisine.

Wonderful beach the day we were there unfortunately there was a lot of sargassum but the beach is beautiful I will return when there is no sargassum.

Had the best snorkeling experience of my life. Also, go early for parking. It starts to fill up after 11 am.

It is well the place is not only beach there is atmosphere as there is sale of food and drinks and enough beach to distract you.

Booked a three night stay in this hotel based on the information posted on their website as illustrated in the first photo. Paraiso means paradise it boldly boasts. It claims that it’s located on the best ranked beach in Mexico by trip advisor reviewers 2016. Photo two is the actual beach that it’s on. Horrible, smelly and covered in rotting seaweed. This was taken at 3pm. As you can see, the sea is so full of weed you can’t swim in it and the beach is so bad you can’t lay on it. They wouldn’t refund any money even though we were out of the place and heading back to Cancun 30 minuted after we arrived. Stay away. It’s your worst nightmare.

We went one day and had a very good meal. The next day we came back to have lunch again and the security guy did not allow us to park our car and go to the restaurant. Said that we had to wait in line to be seated at the restautant "outside on the road"! Very impolite chubby security guy that was rude and just told us to "leave"! For a costumer that spent 1500 pesos the day before and for any other restaurant client this is not the way to treat a costumer! Do not recommend.

The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and well maintained. They have direct access to the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in Tulum.

Great location and good service, the beach is so beautiful. Two bad things… acoustics I could heard everything from other rooms, it was uncomfortable and there wasn't hot water, I know that it's the beach but its necessary.

Wonderful beach! Very close to the archeological site of Tulum! From the hotel you can go by bike! The staff were very friendly and attentive. No Pool But the beach makes you forget the pool!

Very beautiful and spacious beach, the white area and its turquoise sea falls in love with anyone, it is very crowded by foreign tourists. Good option to eat, have a few beers and lie in a cot. A bit pricey the consumption but it is worth having a nice time.

Great food and friendly service. Paying for beach club spot is well worth it. Shade, drinks, and great seafood. Not a big fan of the nachos, but every other food order was very impressive.

The service there was amazing. All the people who worked yo offer the best of ir for our friend wedding. The rooms are pretty nice and new. This hotel had its own pool in the upstairs part. Its really good idea if you are looking for an experience close to the ocean because it ia right in front of the property.

The owner is money hungry Do not go to this resort They charge you for just walking in there and they rip you off They look at you as walking $$ signs and the owner is so arrogant and stupid snd charges for everything Theres better places and people there Highly dissatisfied Do not visit this place.

Beautiful beach but was much better 5 years ago when they had the beach bar and before everyone knew about this peace of paradise. The beach bar was torn down so they could fit more people in. Damn shame.

It's a incredible opportunity for experience. All the people who's work in are wonderful, the beach it's likes the name, a beautiful paradise. I recommended visit so much if you have the opportunity.

Beautiful Place. Prices accequibles and good services. Friendly wait staff and beautiful beach. If you go with car, no problem since you have your parking light which can be confirmed to consume, but it is part of the visit, and nothing expensive.

What a nice place. The sea is very nice and clean. Hotel offers restaurant umbrellas loungers.

Gorgeous beach, nice service however I've rated 3 star as we couldn't setup a tab for the day and you have to pay for everything separately (loungers, Wi-Fi, drinks, food, toilets if you forget the pass). Other beach clubs we went to had this all included with the set minimum spend (which were cheaper than here).

Estuvimos en el Beach club, todo muy bonito, las demás playas estaban llenas de algas en la orilla y en esta parte de la playa estaba muy limpia, la comida esta rica y los trabajadores fueron amables, el color de la playa es hermoso.

Un excelente lugar con una hermosa playa. El lugar es magnífico. Solo fue una visita muy corta pero disfruté de la playa.

The rent of the chairs (camastros) 200 mexican pesos the sand looks like a flour its so beautiful you can take some tour for snorkeling also if you are lucky you could swimm with tortutles rayas and see beautiful and colorful fish 250 pesos mexicanis a masage 360 mexican pesos the drinks are expensive example a coco 100 mexican pesos a small fruit wather 55 mexican pesos a small soda 6o mexican pesos you can take your bike o rent one its so near of tulum center like a 15 min you can take a taxi from playa paraíso to tulum center the cost 80 mexican pesos.

El Paraiso beach club is a very nice, and well priced beach club in Tulum. Covering a decent stretch of beach and with a variety of different loungers, mattresses and beds to lay in the sun or shade, this makes for a very relaxing day. Even more relaxing that staff can be called over to you to take orders for food and drinks so you can enjoy the high life. The lounger hire is very reasonably priced as is the food. The food portions are large and often an appetiser is sufficient as a main meal.

Nice beach scene and food. Close to ruins and snorkel trips to reef all day. Mask fins and life vests provided on snorkel tours. They will not allow you to remove the vest in the water due to the strong ocean serge around the reef.
