Cosy place, owner and staff helpful.

It is very good Hostel! Very nice and pleasant, many things from Mexico and a good atmosphere. The beds are comfortable and the price is very adaptable to any budget.

Emotion is the best option! the care in excellent. Super clean throughout the hostel. The location is the best. Just A few steps from everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Good showers. I recommend it 100%!

A very quaint hotel in the middle of the main drag, close to everything, the night clubs surround it. The archaeological ruins are a short drive and the Tulum National Park Beaches are too. Beaches are presently suffering from the sargassum crises.

If you love bed bugs, filthy kitchens, and sleeping in 16+ person rooms with no locks, this is the place for you.

The location is good but is very noisy. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

A hostal with a roof deck, it sometimes has great dj's night. Individual rooms are around $900 mexican pesos per night and the share room is around $180 to $280 depending on season.

I volunteered at the hostel in March and for personal reasons I had to leave, but now I go back to Tulum and my first destination is the Emotion. From the first moment we were well received with my friend, showed us the facilities and made us feel in our house. There was always someone at the reception taking care of us and watching the cameras. Take me from there a family. I totally recommend it to stay, the rooms without good are shared are super spacious and have lockers at your disposal!

Went to a party there. Rooftop, electronic music. Great for a Saturday night.

Music was great, space is cool, friendly staff… but the drinks are too expensive. All good!

Robbery in the locker Unfortunately, we didnt have a nice staying while in the hostel. My friend and I arrived very late at night and after checking in we asked to use one of the lockers near the reception. The following day when we were about to leave my friend checked her wallet that was in the locker and all her money was gone. There were two holes there which one of them was connected to the toilet of one of the guest room. The owner, Antonio asked for one of the employees to fix the locker right away, after showing us videos from the security camera,. He was very positive about the robbery and basically blamed the couple in the room, showing us their names, where they were from and telephone number. He told us he would talk to them as soon they were back to the hostel. He offered us to stay there for free for a few days, but of course, we didnt want to due to what had happened plus the place itself was dirty, filthy and with a very bad vibe. We left and when my friend started to talk to Antonio through whatzapp he was a completely different person questioning if we really had that money there and told us he could do nothing about it and even made a sarcastic joke saying we could go the public ministry. It is a shame such behavior as the hostel has totally responsibility for such thievery.

Burglary in the lockers the hostel is close to the ADO terminal, I arrived in Tulum on a rainy night and this was the only reason to stay at this place. The place is dark, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the lockers in very bad condition (bottomless, what I was charged had a hole above). There I left my things purely for confidence that they were next to the reception. The morning following I went for my things and I realized that I had taken away from my Billetera´toda the money I had just withdrawn from the cashier before arriving in Tulum. I spoke with the girl at the front desk and the owner, Antonio, we attended the images of the security cameras, in fact Ho was nothing, but we realized that behind the locker could be accessed from the window of a room. Antonio himself taught us the room, removed the bars from the window and saw that he could put his hand inside the locker from there (both confirmed that they were in bad condition the lockers demanded of a worker fix them). He said he did believe that that would have happened, he showed us the registration of the guests who were there (with his name), and Compremetió to talk to them, telling me that it was the first time that something like this had happened (which is not true, for finding other tales of RO Bos in the lockers).

Hostel with Onda, the receptionist excellent, good location on the main street, good atmosphere, the only problems we had was that the shared bathroom was not entirely clean, and the bed that I was assigned…

They are a little wet the rooms. And the hostel itself is pretty modest. The attention is nothing of the other world. But everything is according to the price you pay. You have kitchen and occasionally the hostel rides amazing party on your terrace. It was the best thing about the stay. But even the bar service at the party should take care of it.

The event was awesome, without cover. The music was perfect.

The rooms are very simple but to just get to sleep are super, the attention of the guys who are in charge of the reception is excellent super friendly and if they have any event prevent them from entering the area of the habotaciones so you can rest, totally recommended.

SIMPLY FRIENDS! Is what we are actually looking at, because we complain when we need to pass in the street, but service and ambiance of luxury. Without a doubt my first choice at the back :d.

Excellent place to enjoy tulum and surroundings, super recommend, they have a terrace well spacious and have a kitchen that travelers like me it helps us a lot to not spend as much on food, the kids almost always booked and leaves some roasted or group dinners!

Comfortable and central, the rooms come with the basics to stay, the price is quite accessible, unfortunately you hear everything that happens in the hallways, in addition to the days events it is impossible to sleep.

Not luxury but good place for staying few nights with AC and Wi-Fi. Near to all shops and restaurants.

The hostel is very nice and has kitchen air conditioning and good sleeping mattresses. The only thing I see that has to improve are the bathrooms that are sooo and few for the number of people who can enter the premises. The atmosphere is very good and safe and is very close to the terminal.

On the opposite side of the road is VERY VERY LOUD discotheque. Their opening time with speakers to maximum is from 22:00 to 06:00. You will be really not able to sleep here. It was very disappointing night for me when I was trying to sleep, but I didn't succeed. Don't come here in the case you want to sleep during the night…

Very clean and quiet room in the center of town. A small, cozy atmosphere and the staff is super helpful and friendly.
