Great hotel with help some and friendly staff.

Very nice rooms, clean and very rich breakfast, the best choice.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are large, immaculate with a good shower and a safe in the room. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace which sets you up for the day. The location is ideal with a 2 min walk to the main strip where you'll find a large selection of restaurants, taco stands, bars and a wide variety of shops. The hotel also provides bikes (free to guests) allowing you to explore the area; with Tulum ruins and beach a short ride away. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave great advice on local eateries. I would most definitely recommend a stay at Elements.

Great location close to restaurants and other amenities. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and large; built around court Yard with a small pool and sunloungers and there are bikes available for guests to use. There is also a good and varied breakfast available. There are always members of staff around to help if needed. Thanks for a great 2 week stay. I really couldn't recommend a stay at Elements highly enough. Great hotel and staff.

Great Hotel! It’s so close to town and not too far from the beach. Rooms were supper clean and huge (even had a little fridge). Would definitely stay there again. Only thing was we had to wait for pancakes/waffles. The cooks weren’t able to keep up with them (since they would only make 3 at a time) so everyone was just keeping an eye out until the next batch. Other than that it was a great stay.

Complementary beach towels and bikes to ride around Tulum. Substantial, complementary breakfasts. Clean and comfy beds. Clean bathroom. Small fridge. Peaceful, well-maintained courtyard with pool. Contemporary supermarket and restaurants available by foot.

Rooms are very big and we'll decorated. Nice bathroom and a breakfast with good selection and we'll prepared.

Had a wonderful stay at elements despite the weather. The staff were lovely and the rooms were impeccable with many small luxuries. Breakfast is served 8-11am on their rooftop and they have free towel and bicycle hire which is really handy.

Spacious, clean, well designed rooms, good service and a reasonable price. Location is ok, only 5-10 mins walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants. I’d recommend hiring a car to get around. The roads are easy to navigate and driving around is not stressful at all. You’ll want to visit the southern section of Tulum beach where you can get some great views and there are some upmarket restaurants.

Wonderful experience, great staff, the complimentary breakfast was awesome, the design of the hotel was super cool, and the bedrooms were great! PERFECT location in between the beach and the rest of the town. Rent a scooter and you’ll be set to see everything easily. They provide bikes which were totally fine as well as beach towels. Really affordable.

The room is good, peoples is nice, all the setup and design is super nice, but the floor of Barth room was slippy and I try to wash before use found that the water is black after washed. Hair dryer was no hot wind, the towel and the sleeping blanket has marks as on the pictures I attached, the swimming pool water is not clean, I don’t know if this is the problem for all tulum hotels. So that is my review after stay. But indeed the design is super nice at this price!

Extremely helpful staff, wonderful rooms, great location. Staff ordered local eats for us (we speak little Spanish), told us better snorkeling locations. Would return for sure.

Cozy, modern and comfortable! Definitely a great option to stay in tulum! They offer a big modern rooms, pool, breakfast, bicycles, and top front desk service.

Excellent hotel and everything is brand new. The staff was absolutely fantastic and attentive. They helped me a million times as I struggled through Tulum solo. The bikes and breakfast were a great plus as well. Thanks again for the great experience.

New and very nice Hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and always live up to the situation. Is about 1 km away. 5 from the beautiful Maya site and about 3 km from the first beach. Both destinations can be reached with the bicycles (free) of the hotel. Breakfast is sufficient and is served on the third floor in a covered terrace. Beware of those who have motor difficulties because the hotel has no elevator.

Loved the decor! Fernanda at the front desk was SUPER helpful and super friendly. She knows all the good spots. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We loved our stay at this hotel!

All staff was kind and rooms were comfortable and clean.

The longer we stayed, the more certain we became of this being a great choice. And we have found it just like the pictures. The breakfast is welcome simple food. It is a Haven in the quaint town of Tulum. You will not regret staying here!

I have been trying to get a hold of this hotel to book a reservation for 5 hours. No answer. … still no answer. I wanted to book but I guess I cant since no one answers the phone.

I loved staying at this hotel, they have free bikes as first come first go, but they have plenty of them in good shape. Fernanda was lovely showing us the map and telling us about good restaurants and places around. I will deffinetly come back. Thank you.

For the area this is one of the nicer hotels (it's still only a few months old). Betty at the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. Room service was very thorough. They provide complementary bikes on a first come first serve basis. The bikes were in good shape and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal. It is close to the main touroughfair (where you can find a lot of great deals on food and goods) and also about a 20-30 min bike ride to the main strip where all of the resorts and tourist attractions are. If you have a vehicle this is an ideal location to easily get around (parking on the strip near the beach is very difficult and driving in that area is also a pain due to people walking and cycling everywhere). The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning units were a plus and the balcony was nice as well. Wifi is also provided at the hotel. The pool is small and the lounge area around it only provides room for 4. If you're planning to lounge at a pool this may not be ideal for you. The showers do not have doors to keep the water from literally cascading all over the bathroom and there are no bathroom fans (to be expected). Also, if all the rooms are full you may want to aim to shower at an odd time of day. My significant other and I both had to take cold showers on a Saturday evening around 6:30-7pm. There is an included breakfast but it is about two blocks away at a local restaurant.
