One of the best destinations I had! Lots of food and booze and the staff are superb! 😄

This is my 2nd time here and it never disappoints. The grounds are lovely and the staff kind and helpful. There is enough to do on the resort. Very nice area for children too.

Excellent hotel I recommend to go privilege the staff and butler service carnt do more for you.

Great time at Ocean Riviera! The rooms were very big and we loved the deck in the adults only section. Very quiet in the rooms but tons going on around the resort to keep everyone entertained! Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable getaway!

Horrendous check in experience. Insanely poor customer service. Water on floor of room. Mold and poorly cleaned bathrooms. Lack of engagement from entertainment staff. Impossible to get a chair at the pool or the beach. Very poor quality beach — basically not useable. Would not recommend this resort to anyone.

The staff very courteous and friendly. Rooms very good, soundproofed and well located. We spent our stay at the beach and pool in annex, which is much more pleasant and quiet.

Excellent place, I liked that in each building has its pool and the rooms in the same way, the food is very rich, everything clean, excellent attention.

Terrible service, it was my third time in this hotel and the truth has left much to be desired, lousy service not worthy to be named 5 stars, and they only live to serve USA 🇺🇸 staff and the rest they forget.

Been here for several days and this place is fun and the people are great! No issues with anything, room service is fast and polite, housekeeping does a great job and the mojitos are cold. The negatives are the A/C in the restaurants late at night struggles to keep up and the beach is non existent. I’ll be booking again though.

This is our 2nd visit here in 6 months & we ABSOLUTELY LOVE it here! The staff is very nice & helpful, food is great, entertainment staff is great, super friendly & engaging! Stayed in el beso the 1st visit & privilege on our 2nd visit both weeks where absolutely GREAT! Not sure I wanna go anywhere else! We just LOVE it here. I can’t believe there is sooooo many negative reviews here on fb, because it’s a great place to visit! Ty soooo much for being a great place to be ocean riviera paradise you have a great facility & amazing staff!

Worst resort ever I’m very mad for ever wasting my time and money here! Do not eat the food at this resort gave all my guest Diarrea and vomiting their brains out! Don’t bother wasting extra being in privilege because there nothing special the privilege longe still has nasty food just a lot smaller and their cups smell disgusting! Had my wedding here and the wedding planner had told me 5:30-10 nope 👎🏽 it was 5:30-8:00 didn’t even have time to dance took them forever to set up! I loved my Mayan ceremony but She also charged me extra for a microphone and speaker for the ceremony and it stop working within the first few min and no one bothered to fix it! I regret every going to this disgusting resort! I hated everything even the rooms the privilege with no working ac and water dipping from the bathroom and no one ever came to fix it! Next time I’ll go to moon place and I’ll make sure family knows to never go to ocean Rivera paradise also idk y this placa has 4 stars it should have 0

Thankful the kids are enjoying themselves! We have received terrible service. Unclear directions or no directions at all. Wait time is long. Food is not good. Kid’s club is closed and had I known that would have canceled. I would never go to this resort again! By far the worse resort and experience I have had. My daughter split chocolate milk so I cleaned up with a towel and was charged. They only cover two covid tests per room. Make sure to have your passport for that.

Lousy service, some of the staff are unhelpful. Reduced schedules, food is bad. I don't recommend it.

I don’t recommend this resort to anyone. Their customer service is the worse and their employees are always with a bad attitude. The food taste like trash and you have to wait for hours to even get water. I had stay at other resorts and their service has been outstanding. This should be a 1 star resort. I also ask to speak with a manager and Oliver was rude and didn’t care about my request.

Well other than the fact that I had no AC for the first 2 days, everyone was nice and the place was beautiful. They had great parties and the drinks flowed freely. For some reason tho, I couldn't really eat the food. Even tho they had 10 restaurants that sounded great, I could not hold any of it down. All in all we had a great time.

With privilege service we still waited longer to get our room ready. Our friend, who wasn’t privilege, got his room before us. The room was beautiful and rooftop jacuzzi amazing, even though it was different room from what I booked. However, the room carpet and towel has stain on and the bench has some writing on with marker. Our butler Paola is wonderful that she did everything to help us. The food was good. If you are vegetarian or vegan the food choices are limited. Our friend found a chef there at the buffet that was very accommodating to his diet restrictions. One thing I want to mention that the tourist group who offered the ride to fifth avenue shopping center, they will take you to a jewelry store first for a hour until somebody makes a purchase. Our driver was so lost that he took us to the wrong jewelry store at first and made so many unnecessary routes that we only spent two hours at the shopping center. Other than that, our trip was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff did an amazing job keeping the rooms, pools, and beaches clean. Just like other reviewers, the beaches has a lot of seaweed. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely come back.

A modern resort with beautiful rooms, friendly staff, and tasty food. The pros are that the rooms are very beautifully configured with modern decor and a variety of comforts even in the cheapest room. The negative is that the beach is rocky and is often infested with seaweed at the shore that inhibits your swimming experience. The room and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful, although the concierge tries varies tactics to get a tip from you. Don't fall for it, they are not very helpful with ANYTHING unless you're willing to give them a personal tip. The food is absolutely wonderful for a resort.

Under different circumstances, I would have awarded this beautiful resort four stars, based on the amenities and services available. (It certainly does not merit five as the hotel's logo presumptuously suggests. ) Unfortunately, while the entertainment team was top-notch (one of them took our group's five children to lunch one day), and the restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service (for the most part), our initial experience at the front desk, and subsequent problems with both the front desk and hotel management left a bad taste. From the fact it took us over an hour to check in *after* we reached the front of the line (which caused us to miss lunch), to the lack of towel cards, to not getting the rooms we asked for, to having to pay for a poorly constructed table that broke unexpectedly — I could go on. Don't get me wrong: the resort is new, well maintained and relatively clean. The dedicated ice cream parlour (open late) and coffee shop (open early and late), both standard features at all Ocean by H10 Hotels, are great features. Just be wary of front desk that are poorly trained. Make sure to insist on towel cards at check-in, and ask where you can go to eat right there and then. (Let them deliver the luggage to your room while you go and grab a bite before the restaurants shut down to prepare for dinner. ) Hope this helped.

The place was beautiful, clean and organized. The staff and food was disappointing if you are vegetarian or vegan. No one is really wanting to give you above and beyond service, if anything a lot of the time the service left me unsatisfied. Promises of custom meals for my restrictive diets was instead a discussion from the chef of what a vegan can eat. It would be impressive if people knew what vegan or vegetarian was to be honest. Room service was hard to get and the orders still came out wrong. The events throughout the day that were planned were also quite uneventful which helps with encouraging excursions at least. Hopefully someone reads this — for the nightly shows — strobe lighting perhaps should not be used so often without warning it is very dangerous for such a large diverse crowd. It was a fine place, clean, and good for families it seems. I have just been to better more entertaining all inclusive resorts.

My boyfriend and I just traveled here and had an amazing time! We stayed for 4 nights in the Daisy area. We were worried that the Daisy area would be noisy since it is the family section and therefore hosts tons of kids, but we did not have any issues! Our area was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed on the first floor/garden view and really loved our private patio space. The resort is beautiful! We loved how new and nicely decorated everything was. The restaurants were all good. My favorite was Blue Moon, which is romantic dining. The food was AMAZING! I would highly recommend for couples. Food presentation at all restaurants was very impressive. The beach is super beautiful and not a far walk at all! Some of the other reviews said the beach was a far walk, but we did not agree with that. The beach is right at the end of the resort, and there is even a shuttle to take you from the lobby to the beach if you do not want to or are unable to walk. The only negative is the amount of people trying to sell you things in both the lobby and on the beach, but I'd imagine you'd experience that at any all inclusive. Overall, we highly recommend and would visit again!

Stayed for about a week so we were able to do some exploring of the place. This resort is pretty new, a year old. Resort is all inclusive except for some premium items but you won't miss them. Has a good number of food variety so there's a little for everyone from Italian American Japanese, and buffet which covers a little of everything. Staff is nice and professional, do learn a little Spanish as it will go a long way as far as your experience and talk with the employees although most know and understand English quite well. Be wary of the prestige tour, essentially its a timeshare that they want you to sign up for.

Perfect, we loved everything. The hab is beautiful and spacious (we are 5). The wonderful facilities. Very well maintained and clean. The staff cannot be more friendly. The food we have not yet found anything that has not been to our liking. In short, sure we will return.

Blanca and the rest of the crew at daisy clubs were AMAZING! Our kids loved the activities and even though they only participated in 3 or 4 things over the course of the week, they knew everyone and wanted to keep going back. I was worried I wouldn’t feel safe leaving them for an hour or two of adult time but it was wonderful. The food was good. Service with Antonio in the privilege lounge was hands down the best service. The buffet was also really good with so many options. I would recommend getting the privilege package for sure! I noticed a difference. And if you are taking kids, get a swim up room. They will love it!

Absolutely loved this resort! Everything is fabulous. Great entertainment, food and facilities. There is something for all ages and attitudes. Very clean, and the service is unbeatable. I loved the beach, too. We will go back again.

If you like giant resorts then this place is for you. If you like being able to walk to the beach and back to your room in under 40 minutes then go somewhere else. The food at the buffet was good but the a la cart restaurants were very disappointing. It was impossible tò get a reservation at a descent time, the food was in tiny portions and sub par for a 5 star, or even 3 star, hotel. Drink service at the pools was pretty much non-existent and there was always a line up at the bar. Next trip we are going back to our 3.5 star smaller resort with great food and great service.

This resort is fabulous! We spent 10 days here and loved every minute of it! Ignore bad reviews as there was NOTHING to complain about at this resort. Food was delicious from breakfast til dinner! Pools and beach were amazing with lots of seating. And the grounds were easy to walk around as well as there is a jogging trail around the whole resort. This is a MUST go to!

Arrived on Friday February 16th at 10:30pm. We paid for a room in Eden and they put us in Daisy so we needed to get that changed which resulted in another 30 minutes at check in. The room was spacious but lacked towels enough for three people. We called for more and they did not bring any, we had to tip to get enough the next day. The pools are great, however not cleaned daily. No pool service, therefore glasses are not picked which makes everything look dirty. The food is excellent however at the buffet trying to get a glass of wine is challenging as there clearly is not enough staff. If you are a wine drinker you should go onto town to get some as the house wine is not the best. There are lots of activities and the shows were very entertaining. Part way through our stay a leak from the room above occurred in the bathroom, maintenance was quick to respond. We don't fly out until 9:30pm so we asked for a late check out and were told no and offered the hospitality shower at noon. That certainly is not helpful. We have stayed at many other resorts in Mexico and this was the absolute least friendliest resort we have ever been to. Clearly the management does not teach what real customer service is. Beautiful resort but dirty, and very unfriendly. Will not stay at another Ocean resort when so many other resorts offer 5 star treatment for the same price.

All the people involved in the hotel are very attentive and cordial greet you all. Time, and that is nice. The stewardship. This paying attention to what. Need.

Excellent hotel, especially the restaurants where the service and food is excellent! Really of first level! I recommend to take the option privilege, because despite being a bit more expensive, allows you access to all the restaurants more easily and have an exclusive spot on the beach with service from waiters, it is worth it. The only thing that is not so spectacular is the beach is a bit stony, but walking a few meters will be able to get hundreds of metres without problems and with fine sand and crystal clear water. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place. It is paradise-like. The rooms are a beauty. Restaurants a variety of food and very rich. The ice cream shop every night we visited. The. Bowling with music and a few drinks excellent. The cleaning and care of the staff very good. Unnlugat dream.

12/18/17 Nice place. Very clean. Food was decent. Amazing staff. Francisco the swim up pool bar bartender was amazing. The foam party at the pool was a blast. The Dive shop was great. The bad, no dinner reservations. We waited 2 hours to eat. You need to have a reservation list when you arrive and plan your meals. Only given 1 room key. We had to ask for more. Power went out. No hot water twice in 5 days in the afternoon. Not enough bottled water in the rooms. That should have been stocked full, since you can't drink the water. 1 bartender per bar. No wash cloths in our room ever. Too aggressive trying to sell you time shares etc. Everyday. The resort claimed they were too new and had problems. The pools were very cold. The worst part. If you lose your beach towel they will charge you $100.00. What? Buy cheap ones. They claimed people steal them. Well people were stealing them to not get charges. That was ridiculous. Would never go back.

The hotel although new but looks old, housekeeping in the rooms disgusting, all the iron fittings in the corrosion.
The hotel is not worth the money.

Very beautiful complex that amazes by its layout, all in length with a main "road" and dwellings on the sides.
Remarkable, the restaurants have the Ding cards accessible every night without any restriction of number per week or that sort of thing. The Mexican restaurant is really the one that I liked most.
Otherwise, access to the sea, 3 main swimming pools for families or adults… not forgetting their afternoon foam very nice and fun!

Excellent the place only that they charged me more for to do the check out in the morning and go until later. And they charged me a whole day and when I want to speak to the manager in a good way, gets a plan, bitter and to speak only with the charge me more. And threaten me with calling the authorities. That stupidity.

Came back yesterday from a 14 day stay. The hotel is barely one year old and the buildings and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The meals at the buffet and numerous restaurants were very good. The staff at the restaurants, bars, and front desk were eager to please and effective. There was plenty of chairs at the pools and at the beach to accommodate the guests. The shallow water on the beach is however full of rocks and access is therefore difficult. One area requiring improvement was the room cleaning service which did not meet the standards of this otherwise classy establishment. Our room was not cleaned one day. The other days, it was quickly cleaned very late in the day (between 4:30 and 5:00) and the shampoo and soap supplies not replenished (tipping did not help! ). One day, we observed that our room door was left open for minutes at the time while the staff was running to the other end of the hall to get a broom and then a mop.

Resort is beautiful and they always have stuff going on in the pools during the days. And they always have shows during the nights. The entertainment staff is all amazing. Unfortunately the ocean is VERY rocky, and the rooms smell musty. Food at the buffet is not that great either. But I was able to get past all that because of the service and staff that works here.

A wonderful location with beautiful restaurants and fantastic swimming pools and other many other things for entertaiment (d camps wanted Tenis etc. Theatre room, gym, disco etc). You can't like it ✌

We got here today. I had a bad feeling I’m not gonna like this place because I didn’t take the time to read reviews before we booked. So far I give 2 stars. Smelly room. Too much defects and rust on doors and furniture. Called to get my rug changed; it was full of old stains. The bathroom and shower doors are dirty. There is hair and stains on walls and in the bathroom. Disgusting. The elevators walls are nasty. The restaurants look good and I’m sure the food is good but we haven’t tried enough to make a good assessment. The buffet is mediocre in comparison to what we’ve experienced at other resorts. The check in rep checked us while checked in another party? Never have I seen them take care of 2 parties at the same time. The other party heard our names and everything else. Zero privacy. On top of it, customer service was rushed and not very professional. He then collected $4 from each of us. Said it was a cleaning room charge? He gave us each a card for one towel. If you want more than one, you have to return your old towel to get another towel. If you lose your card, there is a charge of $100.00. Will never return or recommend this place. Can’t wait to leave, already. Another 5 days of this might seems forever. Not the surprise I had intended for my birthday. Continuing my post today after spending few more days on the resort. The adult pool section contains 1, yes, ONE bathroom. There is a wait to every bathroom trip. I asked to have 2 towels and was denied.

Here we are! Its October 23rd 2017 amd the sun is finally showing its full potential. As I sit here sipping their awesome margaritas, I have decided to give my unbiased review of the many I have encountered over the years. First impression is impressive. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the atmosphere reflects upon that. The food is better than moat other resorts I have been to. Friendliness of the staff is above average with currency given for exceptional service. I have rated this resort as a 4 star only because the beach has a fair amount of sharp rocks that are uncomfortable to walk on when you are in the water. Also the rooms are not very soundproof and the "passing of the wind" by the occupants next door does make unseen sound something to chuckle about. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Beautiful, elegant, fantastic.

I stayed here for 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed myself. There were a few issues with the room, but the customer service that we received from the staff completely offset any minor inconveniences. I truly feel that the staff puts their heart and soul into the work that they do. All smiles and kind words felt genuine. In addition, my boyfriend proposed to me at this resort and planned out a very special and memorable evening. The staff helped out tremendously with this and everything went smoothly.
