It’s not a 3 stars hotel, absolutely too noisy (electronic music), breakfast terrible just slices of bread with jam; the lady was washing the dishes in a Vileda Bucket. The room especially the shower not clean with green limescale all over. We left the room earlier for another hotel.

Everything as expected, very good and close to everything… a little noisy the night…

Bad, all wrong from the beginning, the receptionist very bad attitude, no attention to customers, all this disorganized, I do not recommend this place for anything, this very bad, apart makes a lot of noise, I will never go again.

A little small the room but cost benefit good to get to bathe and sleep excellent.

Economic only recommend load rooms of the background as the front receive the aroma of food in the restaurant and the pool is always cold to be crossed.

Good price, very good location, very attentive service, the room I play big, just the bed somewhat uncomfortable but out of there all right.

Nice place in full 5 av, very good located with acccecibles prices. And very good detail the breakfast.

Close to the sea and good service. To what you come to be outside the hotel. Three steps from the fifth.

It is a quiet place but lacks a good remodeling, close to the beach approximately 50m.

There is no internet in the rooms, they don't keep your bags and you have to do Checkop at 11am, I wouldn't come back.

Well. The place I not quiet. It's almost in the heart of night life of Playa del Carmen. If you want party all night, get drunk and sleep in the morning. It's the right place for you. Otherwise you'll be up all night, hating the place. The price is OK, but the room is smaller as on the pictures. Basic breakfast. Not good for me, but it's personal opinion.

Well located, very clean & tidy. Very noisy due to the bars next to it but, not luxury at all, but can't complain about. Good value.

Great location if you want the action of 5th Ave. But not if you need peace and quiet. Nice hotel but little for room amenities but a continental breakfast was set up in the lobby. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, very central location. The hotel isnt the newest but thats what makes it kinda charming. There's a mini market right next door. The downside of being very central is that the street is super loud till late night. Bit every hotel thats this central will be like this. The breakfast you might as well skip and go straight to the neighboring breakfast-place called "Madrez". Its really really nice.

All correct and according to the information collected that in terms General was very good from the opinions of others customers hosted with previously and also by the information received of the own hotel.

Thanks for wasting the whole day of our vacation! Booked two rooms through Expedia, upon arrival, the non-English speaking/understanding front desk, informed us, using sign language and Google Translate, that there are NO rooms available. They did confirm our reservations and had copies printed out, but no rooms available, go figure! First they were as cooperative, as a five — year-old that you are trying to feed vegetables to. Just kept on saying No and that's it. After a little argument they became slightly more cooperative and tried to send us to one of their sister hotels a few blocks from theirs, upon checking the rooms there, not only were they a Huge downgrade, with no refund offered, they were disgusting to say the least. We demanded to speak to a supervisor or manger and were declined that as well. Their reply was: 'they are busy"! We had to go around the hotel and look for them ourselves. After we found the person in charge, they came back to the front desk with us and had a lengthy conversation with the front desk personnel. Unfortunately for us that did not do much good and we were offered another alternative sister hotel, which was about 10-15 min drive from the location. The pictures on the site looked good and we decided to take a chance with it. Took a cab, with our money, and went there. The rooms there were in no way better, if only slightly larger. We had to cancel that reservation and look for an alternative accommodations.

We were at last year's jungle. Cannot describe it. Just great!
Attention to detail. Tropical garden rocking. Perfect cleaning. Staff were friendly and professional. And the location. All at a highly favorable price. For those who want to
stay in the city ' more ' trend in the Caribbean. Simply unmissable;-D.
