All very organized, the rooms very clean, quiet instead and the reception girl very friendly.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, clean pressure from the super good shower, the Wi-Fi wonderful (I miss it), the staff very friendly and accessible, very close to a beautiful beach!

Excellent serivico, very attentive staff, nice place and very cleaned, unfortunately because of the activities we had planned we could not enjoy it 100% but would definitely return.

The location that appears is not the real location.
YOU'RE NOT IN THE 5th, you're at 3.2 km from where the location marks you, it is not a nice area neither nice nor anything good.
if you shop for the location "in front of the cocobongo" don't do it, it's not there, it's fine click away.

Nice atmosphere, to cool off on a hot day. There is a beach and a spring type or as colloquially it is known in this area "water eye".

Super beautiful beach! With fresh cold water from the Cenote! There are many Locals here, relax with great music boxes on the beach bring :) therefore, earplugs :)

It's a beautiful place but it's a shame the government doesn't take care of cleaning the beach, it's full of sardines and smells really bad.

Beautiful place to spend an afternoon with family, very well maintained and with all services. I recommend bringing food and drink, there is only one food place on the beach.

Beautiful spot! Nice beach with a fairly big bay (hips-deep water), lots of small-medium waves, there's a cenote that shares water to a lagoon (cold water). Amazing place for families. I didn't see chairs or umbrellas for rent, most people had brought their own.

Fresh cool water bubbling out of the ground into a bright blue shore? Count me in! It's tough to find on maps, but once you figure out where this place is, you will not be disappointed. It seems like a place where locals go, which was awesome! Everyone was having a great time and the water, weather, people were awesome. Highly recommended!

The location is nice and there is a cenote practically on the side of the beach. However there are many people, too much noise. Despite this it is worth visiting it outside the sargasso season because the colors of the sea become very beautiful there.
Its best attribute is inclusive. Wheelchair access is available.

Hotel run by amazing personé. Perfect and large rooms, clean, availability at reception, breakfast at the top. There's no shortage of this place. A place where you feel at home. Thank you Beatrice and Antonio.

Beautiful hotel in playa del Carmen, near the beach and service is really excellent, a new super modern and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very recommendable. Excellent quality / price ratio.
