Great experience, very naturalistic. Pleased to rest and spend the decembrian festivities in a quiet way; and with precautions for the pandemic a great deal of conformity is achieved.

Its excellent service comfortable and clean rooms and that everything is close excellent.

It's a simple inn. Very boutique style. The staff is very friendly. The best thing is the location super central and close to everything. It is located in the middle of Fifth Avenue, where there is everything and 3 blocks from the beach. The only thing that should be improved for me is the breakfast, which is served in a restaurant front and which is very basic. Especially if you go with children.

Cute and typical, we had the great deluxe but were given the happy suite thanks to the upgrade… however at the end of the stay we were asked to pay the difference in price… which we obviously haven't given.

The hotel is located in the most central area of the city. It's small, but cozy. It is surrounded by several shops and restaurants. The rooms are very small and in two it is a bit uncomfortable. There are no bars or restaurants inside and you have to get along a bit.

I’m gonna start off it really had some potential! With the price they charge here they should have remodeled it so long ago! Rooms 1, falling apart everything looks so old! Bed is hard pillow no comfortable at all 10 in the morning they start cleaning the room I guess with grass trimmer or something the whole street could here the engine nose, The only but only good thing here is the location which there is 1 thousand more hotels so I really wouldn’t choose them again because of that. Not my type!

There was a leak in my toilet and a huge roach in the bathroom. The towels are rock hard and the bed are really firm.

This Rich would give him the excellence but in the morning did not want to charge me with card and only cash, when I had said that if I would charge with card, super bad since it is a tourist area.

Es un hotel sencillo, sin restaurante o bar ni estacionamiento pero la atención es muy buena. Las habitaciones siempre impecables y una ubicación excelente, a dilo unos pasos de la playa y en la 5ta avenida, justo a un lado de restaurantes y bares. A pesar de que hay fiesta todos los días toda la noche se descansa muy bien.

There is no pool. As it is on Fifth Avenue does not rest well until very late there is noise.

Hotel owner was very rude and upcharged us. Extending your stay will be difficult and hotel will make it seem as if they are doing you a favor even though most of the rooms are empty. For a reason. The hotel is VERY LOUD at night — it is right on 5th ave and there were bands playing outside our window until 1am. It was impossible to sleep a single night without ear plugs.

Excellent hotel, right on the 5th avenue the spacious bedrooms, comfortable and clean beds and clean bathrooms, what they play against is that it has no parking.

Very nice place to stay, accessible for both the center and the beach. They have a breakfast agreement in front of the hotel. The rooms have a safe and led-TV. The balcony has chairs and table. The whole atmosphere is very harmonious.

I ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed the meal. They had Italian and Mexican food. I opted for Mexican.

El mejor alojamiento que hemos tenido en Mexico en 15 días después de probar quizá 10 alojamientos diferentes. Esta increíblemente bien ubicado y muy nuevo y limpio. Quizá lo único más incómodo es que no tienen parking, pero no hay mayor problema para encontrar aparcamiento en la calle en la décima. El sitio es altamente recomendable porque es bastante barato para lo que ofrece.

La ubicacion esta bien y las habitaciones muy basicas tiene lo escencial, y el servicio excelente.

All the people very friendly, excellent service, is just in the right place as you can go partying and at the same time is quiet at night to rest, very close to the beach.

With a style of old house, located in the pedestrian, it offers a cordial service, neat rooms and clean linen/towels. Recommended place.

Cleaning efficiency is ingenious the plants inside all hotel the mixed green and wood creates a unique atmosphere… very kind Edgar at the front desk is very professional!

Room was old, bathroom flooded, very humid and feels dirty. Don't go there. There are better options around.

The place very nice and cozy, very well located, the minisplit very noisy, the service slow, there was a problem with a water pump that caused a loud noise and does not stop until the maintenance staff came and fixed it as well as the 12 (6hr noise) and until that time they gave us the option of changing the room I also had to put on bravo for 3 weeks after I sent the invoice because it did not pure excuses when a threat to you, in minutes, sent the invoice, all this spoils the place.

The place is clean and they have good housekeeping but they charged for more than I said my booking by booking and they gave me a discount diskette for a beach club and it wasn't even valid.

Nice hotel, note that it is on 5th Avenue as a 1.5 km from the ADO Bus terminal and the ferry pier to cross to Cozumel the hotel does not have parking.

La ubicación es excelente. Esta sobre la 5ta avenida a unas cuadras de mamitas. La atención del personal es muy buena. Me tocó un cuarto sin vista a la calle y no se escucha nada de ruido. Algo un poco incómodo es que el baño no tiene puerta. Sólo canceles que lo separan del dormitorio. El Wi-Fi funciona perfectamente. El desayuno incluido es en el restaurante ubicado en frente del hotel. Las opciones son sencillas pero todo está delicioso. También el hotel cuenta con descuentos para el club de playa Mamitas. (50% de descuento en renta de camastros y 10% de descuento en consumo).

This place is really quite nice. I had some complaints with the room, however the hotel accomdated everything. It's in the heart of the town and a great getaway stay location in Playa Del Carmen.

They will scam you by giving you a mediocre room in their two star sister hotel down the street. The towels are old and smelly. The service is poor.

They messed up my booking they ended up being over booked, they couldn't accommodate me and sent me to a neighbor hotel. Staff here was kinda dry, rude and unapologetic.

. The hotel is set on the busiest street in Playa del Carmen; restaurants, bars, and stores left and right. To our surprise, the hotel rooms are very quiet. On the downside, the hotel website said they offered complimentary breakfast and cable tv, which was a complete lie. Never the less, the rooms are always clean, and the workers all very nice.

Stayed here for a week's getaway in February. This place was cozy and was just what I needed for being a solo traveler. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The only issue I had was having guests over. The front desk was not pleased that people not on my reservation visited me. Other than that, the location was great.
