Don’t tell everyone. Only share this gem with the right people. Whole fish and ceviche is killer. Feet in the sand. Hotel is a great value on the beach. I enjoy the beach bar every day. DO IT! Don’t invite your snobby friends. Keep this place authentic.

The hotel has a sea view from the first. All very near. Waiters are very attentive without distinction of foreign and mexican.

We love this little treasure. The food is amazing. The staff is very friendly and hard working. It’s laid back and relaxed. If you want to relax and submerse yourself in the culture this is the place! We will be back!

Just use the Beach lounge chairs and it was… great, an amazing view, very attentive waiters, good drinks and general services very handy, just debunk the view with the picture.

Quint hotel in Playa del Carmen. A little on the rustic side but comfortable and clean. Very reasonable prices with it's own beach front, snack bar serving hot authentic Mexican food on the beach. Cold beers and strong margarita.

Small Hotel very nice and cozy, beachfront, with excellent location, one block from the 5th Avenue, very complete rooms with air conditioning, minibar, stove, blender, and safe. Daily sea-Front massage for an affordable price, Jose the Cuban wonderful physiotherapist. There is also a bar and restaurant with a variety of drinks and meals. I recommend it!

Excellent location, in front of the sea, and one block from Fifth Avenue. The comfortable rooms have kitchenette, minibar, blender and coffee maker. They have lounge chairs and parasols. Rosendo Some of the workers gave us a wonderful deal. They also have massage service on the beach and it was spectacular, I recommend to Jose, gives some fabulous massages. They also have restaurant and bar, very affordable prices.

Didn't actually stay in the hotel but used their sunbeds when walking past. Senor Raul was great and made us feel really comfortable. Highly recommend.

It's a nice place to rest and enjoy the beach, the place is really comfortable, the only one inconvenience it's that the service it's a little bit slowly.

Good thing: cheap / nice stay and comfortable rooms with great view bad thing: the manager or owner won't give you any benefits (like towels) before checking in — even though you have confirmed it. Entrance is through the beach… get ready to get some sand in your shoes. overall: you pay for what you get. It's a good and regular hotel located very well and near from 5ta avenida.

Super located, facing the sea and in one of the main streets. Excellent food and beach service.

I visited the hotel restaurant for lunch and, although there are a variety of dishes offered, the quality of the food is not the best in terms of taste and the relative amount price. I ordered a dish that indicates that it is for two people (land and sea) and the portion was only for one. The service delayed, both to take the order as to bring you the account.

A great value. Perfect beach. Close to 5th and ADO. Good food and drinks from the restaurant. Beach service. Free beach chairs and towels for guests. Free parking. Have stayed here many times.

This place was exactly what we wanted. A small hotel with a view of the beach. It is close to everything including the ADO bus terminal. Rooms are smalle than we imagined and were clean enough. The bed was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast delivered to our room. It was hard to find this place froknthe street as the only access to the hotel is from the beach. English was very limited from the staff, but that didn't bother us. No price haggling required. At night we grabbed a couple chairs and sat on the beach listening to the ocean. This is not a luxury hotel but for the price it was exactly what we wanted.

Excellent weather human, very close to everything, the ugly thing is that the income should be done by the beach.

I love this hotel! I have stayed here many times. The staff is what make this hotel standout for me, they are amazing and without them it would not be the same experience for me. The location is outstanding, right on the beach. The accommodations are comfortable and clean, nothing fancy, but you will have everything you need. I stay here a couple times a year for 2 — 3 weeks at a time, they make me feel like family.
