➜ I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, it was totally bad my experience, the staff did not recommend no services as promised and the treatment by others is very rude.

The hotel is well located, ideal to rest as it has no noise around; facilities are sloppy; the first night we were given a room with the old sheets stained (fat and blood), the bed was safo a board when lifting the mattress was dirty (cotonetes, sand, paddle sticks) between the boards was a stick with screws aimed at the mattress, the fridge was rusty a disgust for what they promise.
the next day we were changed to a room "better" the aroma of air conditioning was unpleasant to pipe, only once they did cleaning six nights (It makes me very important to emphasize this part of the cleaning is important and more for the theme of COVID) to see that they did not do daily cleaning we decided to go up to breakfast to see the supposed "breakfast" we did not make use, since we decided to make use of the tables with umbrellas, in minutes later a person checked the room and locked that was every time we went up even if we made use of the pool they went upstairs to close the door;the despot and poorly educated staff the receptionist said no "speak Spanish" then I heard another guest address in Spanish; the one that highlighted the educated attention is Mrs. Claudia.
