The beach is a disaster
The grand class pool (adult sector) is the worst. They have installed a mafia that operates in full view and no one wants to take over
With great kindness after all our complaints we were told that they were aware of the problem and that management was looking for a solution…
14 days we were there… during each and every one of these, we arrived at 7 am and the lounge chairs were reserved with books, slippers, whatever… were over 12 and no one occupied them and those defending the reserve were the same staff of the pools
We decided to arrive before 7 am, because if the administration was not able to solve then maybe an extra effort would help us… Either… Before 7 am there were already the same restrooms always (3/4 parts are available) already reserved.
Day by day we saw large sums of money passed to the staff when they arrived, they indicated in different ways that this was only the beginning and that there were more if they agreed to attend them they would be differentiated way
Always the same, always the same way and it is clearly known because when the second week came we saw new guests and the story was repeated
They have declared a pool policy, at least in Grand Class that no one respects it
We thought this resort might be different from what we've known for years in this category, but they sour the same blindness and lack of decision
Of course we won't come back and discuss this on every social network we use
If it wasn't for the decision to have a good time, we just get spoiled
The people of restaurants, room service, spa and concierge team are excellent
Regardless of how good they are, a resort on one of the best beaches can't afford to have a bad beach and a management that allows corruption in at least part of its employees
For those who are managing the precinct, think every time you collect your salary, if you are doing everything you need to do to justify your rent… It just seems to me that a management team to which a group of employees turns their hands with overtly offending practices to service statements is not even overpaid… is mistakenly hired.
