Beautiful Place… It deserves more than 5 Stars.

Absolutely the only place where I stay in the game of Carmen. Sure. Clean and friendly staff. Large sheets. Hamaka outside. Swimming pool. So quiet and comfortable! Especially great prices for us Mexicans.

Quiet area, walking distance to beach maybe 20 min, beautiful quite upscale neighborhood, it’s the high end residential area of playa del Carmen,. Amazing will definitely book agsin.

This hotel is wonderful! is so clean and peaceful, the staff is great and everyone was really helpful. You absolutely can find a better price especially when you get a beautiful clean room, unlimited hot water, a pool and your close enough to walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here!

This place is a scam! They asked me for my credit card for guarantee and it turns out they used it, they made online purchases worth $3, 000 so be careful it was two guys who looked at me at reception. I noticed quickly and had to block my card is the first time I have been through this situation and I do not recommend it.
It was my worst stay in Mexico, nothing close is far from everything, the room is horrible do not have air conditioning only in the room, the photos hanging on the internet are not seen in real life.
I would never come back and recommend this hotel.

I loved the place, small but super well distributed, very comfortable, it is like a small apartment with everything you need to spend a few days, very affordable, and with a nice and respectful treatment by the staff you receive; I highly recommend it!

We stayed there from April 15 to 21, 2018, the office and cleaning staff are very friendly, helpful, easy going personality. I was so impressed by how clean they kept the place daily. They landscaping very groomed, the pool so/so clean. Rooms cleaned daily, clean towels, linen for what we paid we we got every $$. OH! the guys in the office "good eye candy". Just a tip if you need taxi service stay away from 5th ave. The driver charged us $14.00 for a $3.00 fare, ask the staff to get a taxi. Make sure you can use your phone in Mexico, it can be hell if you need to change plane reservations for an emergency, the hotel do charge for phone calls. Oh! just 2 females walked to and from 5th ave at night no problem. Some parts of the area is little rundown, but the people eye contact, and body language were friendly we felted very safe, keep in mind safety in numbers, and beware of your surrounding any place you go.

The hotel canceled the reservation despite the fact that through the booking I pointed to the method of payment during check-in. Why ask when it is convenient and convenient to pay? I was in the month of February of the year 2018, the one studio, the staff that attends is very helpful and friendly, but the rooms are old and with little maintenance, they have a smell of humidity simply disgusting, nor the incense hid the smell, and do not think of April a Mu Eble because it was worse. My cell screen was bigger than the TV screen. It is super away from the tourist center.

We suspect them to have defrauded our credit card. Be aware don't give them. Your address back hkme!

Far from the beach, very quiet neighborhood to rest you will not hear noises only the birds in the morning, the rooms well preserved very complete for an excellent stay, I recommend renting a car to get around.

Very nice place, clean, intimate, friendly staff. Negative Point, dogs barking Day and night. Do not take the 1 and 8 that gave on the street. Otherwise superb!

It is the second time I go, the first time I touched in a very comfortable and spacious room, however this time I touched a room too rustic, it was too small and not comfortable, I think they exaggerated on the rustic theme, the bathroom was very small.
The room has a water jug, and a minibar, no room has TV, the hotel has good discounts, mainly for the ferry going to Cozumel.
In the same way the hotel has a kitchen that is shared with the other rooms in which you can cook your food, the atmosphere has more form of hostel than hotel.

I stayed in 3 of the 4 types of spaces that rent, (cabins, studios, apartments) for my taste the best place was the cabins (has a small kitchenette equipped with frets, grill, coffee and toaster bread), for cost, tranquility and architecture, the internet signal was bad for the 3 places, all have pool, lack of administration inside the place, are 10 minutes from the Chedraui and 25 min from the beach walking.

Excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great value per price. The room has ac and a big bed with clean sheets. Everything's rustic and there's no hot water (you don't actually need it anyway). The location is a little far from the center and the beach, about 22 minutes walk. I'd recommend for a budget trip.

Excellent service and warm átencion, we suggest to place a better Wi-Fi signal that arrives to the rooms. Congratulations we are happy and we know that we will return even a tsunami arrives! Jajajajaja We missed something, we also congratulate the waitresses for making such beautiful designs decorated with towels.

A small hotel, but clean, cozy, practical and with what you need if you go with limited resources. The personal attention of the owner gives an extra enriching as it guides you to understand the streets of the city. They recommend places, and give you good tips, right there they give you information and you can buy packages at a very good price.
The prices are very cheap it is well located, nearby is a Chedraui and a small square.

The receptionists are very nice. We got the place for a very cheap price. It's a 20 min walking distance to the beach so it was a juice excercise for us. Everything is clean. They provide free Wi-Fi, room cleaning, AC, purified water and a swimming pool. Their Wi-Fi sucks though. Its very slow. I'm happy with the hotel. Cheap, convenient, clean and solid.

The “hotel” had 3 different buildings on different streets that you in turn have to walk to (3+ blocks of carrying heavy luggage is not fun), the property we stayed at appeared to be shared with local people which would be fine as an AirBNB but this is supposed to be a HOTEL. We were traveling in a large group and ended up on DIFFERENT STREETS. The room itself was beautiful, had a tv, clean water to drink and very comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi did NOT work at all in the room, even though the room had its own router. Unfortunately, I cannot look passed the location and the separate buildings, as well as the Wi-Fi (since it was part of its initial appeal for us). The staff were friendly though so over all I give this 2-Star hotel a 1 star rating.

The place is fine, nice, spacious although a little far from the sea. The only bad thing was that I was charged a day in advance, I handed the ticket cancelled but still, after 4 months the bank has not returned the money from the deposit.

I was in one of their apartments, very comfortable and equipped, as specified on the website. Very friendly, good option to buy with them tours, it is far from the beach but it makes up for the price and it is very comfortable. It's like getting to sleep at home, perfect to economize, have breakfast and dine there in your room, shop in the Chedraui that is nearby and enjoy all day outside.

Just spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel, stayed in King studio, comfy bed, free safe, bottled water, Wi-Fi, The cleaners worked hard, always smiling. Good pool. Booked 2 trips to Tulum and chichen itza for 1.340 pesos, well worth the visit, reception staff great. Especially marco, always friendly and helpful, really felt at home here. Hope to be back in May xx.

This place rocked, plain and simple. A couple blocks away (5min walk) is a Chedraui as well as the Collectivo/Taxi pick up point to take you to all kinds of day trips for cheap. It's a bit out of the way of the tourist area, but only a mile walk and very doable, even faster if you had bikes like we did. The security of this place was stellar, but the rooms were more like apartments! We actually went to the grocery and had breakfast in the room each morning instead of trying to scramble to find a place. Very pleasant. There is a breakfast option that comes with the hotel as well but with a whole kitchen at our disposal we didn't bother with that. Very courteous people up front. Playa Del Carmen is an easy place to turn into a 'home base', and you can really take many day trips around to Tulum, Akumal, Cancun, and other places while being able to keep your stuff all in one spot. This hotel makes a great spot. The next time we're in Mexico this is our plan instead of trying to book various hotels (we figure we can get a $10 hostel bed if we really want to stay overnight in Tulum or something) because this place had it all. Good showers, great bed, and clean facilities with a modern feel.

Casaejido is about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The room was very comfortable, with an exceptionally comfy King sized bed. All the staff were very friendly and quite helpful. We thought we read that breakfast was included, but it turns out it was not and it was quite expensive M$120.

Everything is nice, comfy beds. The Wi-Fi is pretty much useless though so they lose a star for that.

Only 5 minutes from the ADO station, this small hotel envelops you in a relaxed, studies are large. Clean. And your staff very professional and attentive! It is worthwhile if you travel with family.

Nice small hotel, has good internet that is free, and the apartments have Kitchens so its ideal if you have children that are funny with food. I have stayed in this place on many occasions and its always been perfect and the prices are good. The pool is small but the kids love it and its not too deep for them.

Really kind people, good rooms, everything was clean and well organized. They have bicycles for rent (it was 23 $MX Aug 2015), swimming pool that is been cleaned everyday and a sheared kitchen that you can use wherever you want.

Street view was made at least 8 years ago, the street is now a beautiful paved road with trees and plants :-).

This place offers unbeatable value for a few days in Playa del Carmen in a lovely setting. The rooms are spacious and have a good-size kitchenette. You can walk 3 blocks to the Chedraui supermarket to stock up on everything you need, such as pre-mixed margaritas. Want to dine out? There's a restaurant in a cave nearby. Or you can go around the corner for a rotisserie chicken. Collectivos to the beach are 5 pesos. The only challenge is finding Apart Hotel Casaejido on arrival. It's an easy walk if you arrive by collectivo from Cancun; get out when it turns left near the Chedraui.
