Angelo's was a modern well-equipped hotel. The location near the main road and power distribution station was not ideal but I enjoyed my stay there.

I had a great time here. We had a layover and stayed the night here. Great atmosphere, walking distance to a fabulous dinner. Great manager who helped us with directions. Totally great place to stay.

Excellent to go with family. Some rooms have 3 double beds which are quite comfortable. It is in a great location, close to everything. It is a new hotel with very well designed and well maintained facilities. It has an elevator and swimming pool. Excellent value for money. Eye, important to carry a quilt because the rooms do not have them and the air conditioning does its job very well.

Comfortable, away from the 5th Avenue and its hustle, friendly staff. The rooms keep humidity and rarely the kitchen is in operation.

It is a good hotel the rooms are OK, the bathroom is large and overall it is all clean, you see that the hotel is recent to the parcer is less than 3 years old, I was charged $930. Per day for a room for 2 adults and a better 7 year old, the hotel is well located, I got better direct price with the hotel instead of using Trivague.

Very good hotel, in low season the night leaves in 600 approximately, the cleanliness is very good, the beds super comfortable and has the basic services and the plus of Internet in your room and cable TV. The detail is that if you are a little removed from the sea, walking, it is 10 minutes and there is no fixed parking place. From there on out highly recommended, especially since you have the option to rent a single room and there are up to 4 beds, so no problem can fit 8 people, without having to add another room and very comfortable.

Really nice hotel for this price. pro: The room is spacious and super clean, and the frontend person is really friendly. con: The room is a little bit empty. They only provide essential stuff like towel, soap, hairdryer, etc. No coffee machine, not paper tissue. The location is a bit off tourist area, with a highway separating them. Don't get me wrong, you can't hear anything from the highway, it's just you have to go across the high way when walking from the hotel to the ferry pier. You have a glance of real Mexican life (I find it totally okay and alive).

The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is good and the staff very friendly. Besides that is not a good hotel. The location is terrible, it is close to two men's clubs and in a very ugly area. The pillows are terrible. It's far from the beach area. Walking about 25 minutes. The good thing about Playa del Carmen are the streets near the beach and the sea, so I think it's best to stay in a hotel closer to them points.

We only stayed here for one night but it was great! The rooms were so clean and huge! We had five people comfortably in a room and no one was running into each other. It's only a 15 min walk to get to 5th Avenue which is awesome!

Really good hotel for the price. Very close to downtown and you can go to Cozumel in a ferry which is by the beach. Mini fridge, Wi-Fi, rooftop pool (s), and one downstairs. Concierge was really helpful and housekeeping kept the room clean everyday.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. There are three pools. One one the main floor and two on the roof. There are many great places to eat all within a very short walk. Also a convenience store and ATMs. It is about a 20 min walk to the beach. I would stay here again.

Lovely room and some friendly staff, wouldn't recommend breakfast for the price and while it wasn't to my liking I couldn't ask them to change it because the waiter spoke no English and us no Spanish. If you prefer a quieter night be prepared for the late night groups coming back as you will hear everything and it will probably disturb you.

The staff was very accommodating but be ready with a translator app to make it more smooth. My Spanish is not great.
Hotel is very clean. Big king size bed and wonderful shower. Air, water and Wi-Fi included. Great for the price.

Huge room. Very modern decor. Sweet older lady in the morning making breakfast. Very tasty. Housekeeping staff is meticulous. Roof top infinity pool so nice in the moonlight. Great value. A little bit of a hike to the beach but you pass many great restos to checkout.

This hotel is amazing! The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Everything was very clean and new. The rooms were spacious, included a large, clean bathroom, and had an awesome balcony. The breakfast was great every day! The walk to 5th, 12th, and the beach was short too which was extremely convenient. I can't wait to go back and visit!

Hotel angelo's is a very warm place given to its custom of their owners and personal care, they have free Wi-Fi in addition to an excellent à la carte restaurant, this place is just a few blocks from the center of playa del carmen, where will not need car rental, pool on the roof is spectacular to adding a beautiful panoramic view of the downtown and the city of playa del carmen on the outside you will find a dive shop and a doctor's office, medical and aesthetic.

I visited Playa del Carmen for a week and stayed at Hotel Angelo's. I absolutely loved my stay, and was impressed by how charming and clean the entire building was. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and do everything they can to make your trip a delight. I would definitely recommend Hotel Angelo's to anyone who is considering a visit to Playa del Carmen! You won't be disappointed.

Great, clean, and spacious hotel in Playa Del Carmen! I absolutely loved Angelo's Hotel. The staff was beyond friendly, very approachable and all spoke English. The café menu was very broad and the food was delicious! The hotel even included free Wi-Fi on all floors and our huge four-bed room included two full bathrooms and a TV! The rooftop was clean and had an infinity-pool that overlooks the beautiful city of Playa Del Carmen. Very romantic! This is absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I would definitely recommend! Español: Angelo's Hotel es un super hotel! Muy bueno, limpio, y amplio! Me encanto y los empleados son super amigables! El hotel tiene internet gratis y la cafeteria es muy rica! Definitivamente recomiendo Angelo's Hotel!

This hotel it's beautiful all around the staff it's very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and good guide to great food, the places it's extremely clean everything it's nice and new just a perfect place ideal location if you don't want to be in the middle of the craziness but not too far.

A PERFECT BASE! Both the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and brand new. The staff is very courteous and helpful, very clean. The hotel is not central, but a stone's throw from avenida Juarez where you find everything you need, restaurants, convenience stores, moneychangers … and follow it all in up to 15 minutes to get to the beach and the Centre. In return it was practically next to the expressway leading to Cancun and Tulum, so convenient for those of us who wanted to use it mainly as a base to visit Yucatan and Quintana Roo. Really good value for money.

Was hard to find on GPS but staff is very friendly and the hotel is extremely clean. The only thing that was a bummer was the Wi-Fi signal, no hot tub and the pool was too freezing cold to swim in.
