In low season you can sneak onto their section of the beach and have an excellent time on their pristine white sands and cozy sunbeds.

Nice place and location. The people is really nice. I loved the room hated the mosquitoes.

Attentive staff, comfortable accommodation, delicious food and drinks. Great location on the beach. Not too big of a hotel, which is what we wanted.

Nice atmosphere and very impressive, we are practically on the sea, service very good and courteous, very good dishes, the best tuna carpaccio!

We didn't stay cause it was full for months ahead! But we rented the outside chairs and mattress and from the ambiance, we know this is one of the best places to stay in the Caribbean. We will make a reservation for next year and we will spend a week there!

Nice physical place. But some of the waiters and the sunbed meistro have an arrogant attutude.

It's overrated. The rooms are small for the high price. Like the service is not according to the price. The cleanliness stands out but the relationship with the beach people did. I don't recommend it.

Great beach club where you can rent a lounger or bed even if you're not a guest of the hotel.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Best beach, staff, food, and drinks. The free breakfast was delicious with a fruit bowl, toast, coffee and rotating juice. The staff made everything a breeze from booking trips to charging everything to the room. My favorite place in Mexico and I will definitely be returning.

This place has the best beach on the island. Great personalized service with a very peaceful atmosphere. This is the place you come to truly disconnect from it all and enjoy the beach as your only distraction. Highly recommend for anyone looking for that type of get away. Also, the hotel beach restaurant is great. They keep the menu simple, but all food and drinks were excellent.

The room in which we stayed a bit fair for two people, had a safe and complimentary water bottles.
The beach area probably the best of Holbox, quite large and enjoyable.

I ate here with my girlfriend and the guy came to forbid me to sit on the deckchairs after eating when we had already eaten something and we continued to drink cocktails. So very inappropriate. To avoid it is expensive and the food is disgusting in addition.

Small Hotel to relax and rest. Very careful though the rooms are pretty small for the price you have… Breakfast is included and offers coffee, natural juice, a large bowl of fruit and toast with homemade tomato jam, or olive oil.

Wonderful staff, nice rooms, a chance to get mostly disconnected, and an absolutely amazing whale shark tour!

I loved the food, everything was very splendid and at the end had the feeling of a livianes in my body, nothing heavy meal and tasteless, excellent!

If you are a little adventurist, this is the place to be. Amazing food and the best beach.

Exceeded all expectations. Beautiful setting, feels secluded yet close to the interesting part of town, great food and drinks.

It is a hotel unrivalled simply the peace of mind that is transmitted in the air is unique.

The meal portions are very small, although all very rich. I recommend the drinks, especially the mojito.

Holbox is a place to vacation for relaxation and this hotel is a great compliment to that experience. We stayed in one of the rooms, the least expensive choice, and it had a bathroom with shower and toilet, ceiling fan, ac unit, and a closet type area for your things. Also, there is a safe in the room for valuables. Though, the island is so safe and comfortable that I doubt there is much need for it! Our room was a very short walk to the nice outdoor bar and restaurant on site that looks out to the ocean. Many comfortable chairs for relaxing in the sun and plenty of places to sit and grab some food or drinks. From the hotel you are just a short walk to the main town area which has mini markets, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, etc. There's even a clinic on the island that's not very far from this hotel in case you need to see a doctor or get medication. This is a great place to stay!
