I don't like the way they serve at all, it was the worst jogermeister of my life, hot, ice-free, and with a small portion of faded energy, by manifesting to the garzon my discontent mocks and ignores.
The place is nice but the atmosphere fome! we'd rather go somewhere else.

I enjoyed staying in this little gem that was centrally located next to the main town plaza where much of the town congregated. The staff were welcoming, courteous and very helpful. Our room was spacious with a balcony (and a hammock) that was nice to people watch and chill. Rooms are good-sized, clean and maintained daily. And the A/C worked very well! The rooftop bar, which had an above-ground pool, was fun and chill with a great vibe… house-lounge music, nice crowd… a lovely place to hangout and feel the night ocean breeze either before heading out for some late-night fun or post-clubbing nightcap. It also has a view of the town plaza and surrounding area and the beach. The bartender made lovely cocktail concoctions and the servers, especially, VIctor, were all friendly, personable, gorgeous and happy! The hotel has a sister hotel/resort (El Velero) that has a lovely, quaint restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and cocktails at the outdoor resto or in the white-tented beach lounge area. Guest of Hotel Arena has use of the lounge tents, which was a definite plus! I definitely recommend both places to anone visiting Isla Holbox.

The charm of this hotel is a good one. The décor is great the rooms are comfortable with the essential air conditioning! There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are plenty around that offer breakfasts. We're in the middle and not far from the beach. The hotel bar on the roof is a big plus.

I went to the bar which is on the terrace and the staff very friendly, the view nice, has a small pool, the drinks I think are not cheap but it is a fair price. Take into account that things they bring by ferry and the cost has to rise.

By the way my well-served drinks and they also bring you peanuts etc

I recommend it.

Holbox es un lugar muy pequeño así que todo es accesible, el hotel arena está frente a la plaza principal, a dos calles de la playa, el servicio es regular, las habitaciones son básicas pero están bastante bien, en cuanto a alimentos, cómo todo tiene que cruzar en Ferri a la isla, todo se encarece.

Was great. The waiter has heard our French accent then make the efforts to speak in French. Good place to see the view on the Centro. Thanks to Viktor.

I liked the spacious rooms very, very clean and comfortable and the very beautiful bar you can see the city highly recommended.

Cute place, although there are many details that must be taken into account, and the worst thing was the noise from the bar above.

Great location, clean rooms and the best of the hotel is the roof top. Hotel Had Water Problems, not sure if I had bad luck or it happens very often. Great experience.

This front to the plaza of Holbox, the rooms are well, on the terrace has pool but after 4 pm open a bar which takes the pool area for its customers, if you want to be there you have to consume in the bar that is not part of the hotel although it is called the same. Eye!

Good hotel service, affordable prices, a little noise in the evenings derived from the bar.

Best drinks in the island.

It handles good prices, the downside is that it has a bar on the side of the terrace and in the evening if you don't fall dead, they won't let you sleep.

Very nice hotel The bar at the top of the hotel is a disgusting super expensive drinks and those who cater to the bar have no idea how to prepare the drinks and how they should be served, you ask them for something and they get annoyed… Very bad for people like this Holbox loses its charm…

The habiatcion in the quebme I touch to stay that taste, very comda and sufficiently spacious, very good quality-price, in the photos to appreciate what I speak, in the terrace of last floors there is a bar that to where understood this open to all public not only to guests, it has a jacuzzi, all very nice.

I liked the order and attention however the noise from the bar is not at all pleasant at bedtime.

Rooftop pool and bar. Great views of the town square.

We only went there for the rooftop bar, not the hotel. It offers a great view of the city center and surrounding beach. There's even a 12 persons (paddling) pool in the middle of it. The drinks are great but a little pricey for the area.

Very nice and comfortable. My close to the beach and the center. They gave us excellent attention.

If you like a rustic style; this is ideal. Good prices, bar area with outdoor pool on the terrace.

The people at the Bar you run if you're not consuming depsuws 4 in the afternoon. Plus if you are sueper elitist.

Went there for drinks at the rooftop bar. Very friendly staff, good selection of cocktails and best view of Holbox. A bit pricey but worth it.

For its price and location in the center. The room is very comfortable. Good drinks in the bar which is at the top of the hotel.

Great place to be centrally located. Start here and then walk to the beach. Also the rooftop bar has the best view of the square.

Absolutely FANTASTIC room. Great service. Cozy private pool on roof with best views in Holbox. O Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the location across from the square where they played ridiculously loud music until 4am.

The fabulous view in your terrace enjoying a drink made to the like of them palates more demanding with a care great.

Try out the bar on the terrace up top and ask for the house gin-tonic def a must in Holbox!
