Very Good hotel, super location, the rooms with sea view and very comfortable, we arrived before check in and they supported us to protect our things to be able to go to breakfast, the attention is very good, all without super friendly, the spacious room with A/C, Smart TV with Netflix, that the truth who wants to watch Netflix having beach, sun and sea a few steps away.
The Hotel has parking, a swimming pool and a very nice decor.

It is comfortable and picturesque the hotel, it has spacious rooms, it seems that they are slow when you take breakfast with them, but in question to restaurants you will have no problem as your hotel zone is within walking distance of many options to eat and all kinds of preci You.

It is an excellent hotel, the location and the first service, the clean rooms and the swimming pool at the top is of luxury, allows to admire the best views, in the morning the shine of the sun and at night the incomparable Sky covered of stars in Mahahual, super recommended.

I loved this place, the attention and the good disposition of the staff at all times to help. It has a swimming pool, air conditioning, TV with internet, ceiling fan, hot water and a comfortable bed. It also has parking and a good size pool with showers to rinse you if you come from the beach. Even if you do not have the beach in front, they recommend the best of Mahahual, without sargazo because they clean it. The food is very good and the price is affordable. The chef cooks wonders, the potions are suitable for the price and most importantly, the good seasoning. The manager is also very understandable and his team is the best in matter of attention.
I would definitely stay there again. It is highly recommended.

Beautiful boutique hotel one block away from the beach. Great rooms, comfy beds and little balconies that have a great view. Super affordable.

Close to the beach and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Each room is named after an animal or flower and each room is decorated according to its name.

The location is perfect for crossing the Boardwalk restaurants and clear the beach, the rooms are simple, spacious but very cozy! There were not many people working on the place but the service was friendly, they could improve certain aspects but in if NA experience was good.

Very nice, located in quite central location compared to the long sea and the main street. It offers breakfast service (very good) and restaurant. Equipped with small indoor pool not big enough to swim but just to cool off. Also very nice rooms, with large beds and very spacious bathroom (with the rare presence of the bidet! ). Air conditioning, fan and Wi-Fi. Overall, considering that Mahahual is still relatively untouristy, it is almost a luxury to stay in such a hotel. Recommended.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach 50 meters. They have air conditioning and it is very clean. Good breakfast The only thing I would like to add in the rooms would be a minibar. A plus is that they accept pets.

The hotel is nice, if it requires a little paint maintenance and more attention in the pool area, the rooms very simple but quite spacious. The breakfasts that they sell very rich and cheap. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's pet friendly in case they have pets. As a recommendation take some quilt to cover when sleeping because the hotel only puts sheets for the bed. Room with climate, some with fan, also has hot water and sky.

Staff was friendly however pool was dirty, construction was going on, banging all throughout evening as late as 7pm, and you can hear everyone moving and banging around you from our room.

Very bad experience, nice hotel… we got to rest the weekend 4 February 2018, the day we spent in the sea… and when we got to rest in the hotel room… it turns out that the air conditioner "does not cool"… does not serve… and you know the heat… We claim in the reception N came 2-3 times to check the air and the only thing they can do is to lend us a fixed fan. … the room cost us $1800 the night and we can not return the money, but we can give a courtesy at the restaurant for a breakfast. : (

Located on a street. It has a swimming pool and a restaurant. You arrive easily to main restaurants in "Casitas". Excellent service and rooms.

More or less! To my taste a little austere! And the Wi-Fi sucks, does not get to the rooms! The receptionist very friendly and they give you good options to eat or visit the place.

It is not enjoyable to arrive at a remote. Place and find out your hotel is under construction, messy, and short services they offer.

The place is beautiful and the rooms are spacious… But if owner or manager is very rude and lacks to have better deal with people because it seems like it gives laziness attend… Ahh and lacks more staff…

Nice hotel a block from the beach. Rooms are interesting and mostly spacious. The hotel is currently under construction. This was not let on in the booking sites so it was a surprise when we arrived. The hotel staff swapped us around rooms but we could not bare the noise. They promptly arrange a transfer to another hotel. Breakfast was great.

Majahual is not as developed for tourism as Cancun or Playa del Carmen. However, the beach is much nicer.

I went to Koox Matan after a horrible experience at another local hotel so I wasn't expecting much. Check in was quick & friendly. The room was much better than the pictures let on. The bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant was closed until breakfast time, breakfast was great! The hotel courtyard was very interesting & a nice place to sit & relax.

Aesthetically brilliant and comfortable rooms.
The bad thing is the Wi-Fi service, which does not reset you towels if you don't claim it, and the restaurant is always closed.
