A very quiet place in front of the lagoon.

The worst service q I have had in years.! To the middle of the night I wake up with the bed and pillows infested with fleas… quiet I go to the front desk to see how they can fix this. And the staff gives them absolutely the same. I have a q to ask for an insecticide to one of them q with a bad attitude gives me. The insecticide did not solve anything so q the receptionist tells us q got us a room in the hotel to hand us back our money… at least we imagine q as a minimum it is going to take care of the payment of that night but of course q is not … we took the kayaks q we use during the day and they send us to a more expensive hotel q obviously we had q pay q and at that time we don't have another option. I had liked the hotel q and the restaurant is vegan but after the service q we received no me vuelvo a stop there.

The vegan food was amazing, I didn't stay here but come twice for food in one day, and probably if I return I'll eat all the meals there, very cheap and very tasty, try the huaraches and the tacos.

Very relaxing good people honda vegan food is very healthy.

Super friendly staff! The place is always clean & peaceful. It provides a refrigerator, a kitchen, 2 showers and 4 toilets which are shared. Small place where they sell good Veggie food and drinks. The cabañas are a bit small with little light and a fan. The view is amazing! I would stay here again, thanks Diana & Dolores!

A very relaxed and chilled atmosphere. This place is right on the laguna with kayaks for hire and yoga classes available. Hot water showers also available at some times of the day. Breakfast is also quite good. All vegan food but there is a kitchen to cook your own.

When I took the kayak, someone broke into my room and stole money from me. We realized when we had gone from there, we called Lulu and not an apology offered. Lousy.

LOVEd this little place in Bacalar. Right on the lagoon, wonderful views but also very reasonable price. The lady at reception — Dolores — was very kind and accommodating and their food is just top notch. Don't miss it when you are in Bacalar.

This is a magical place where you feel welcomed in the jungle. Hosts are kind and cook delicious! staff (Miguel) is very attentive and friendly. The only downside is that it's very close to the road which is kinda busy and noisy even during the night.

Friendly people, warm atmosphere, relaxed.

The site is dreamy, the breakfast is rich (vegetarian) although scarce, but the house where the shared rooms are is terrifying, lots of dirt and clutter. There are only a couple of hours of hot water a day and a few showers and bathrooms for all the guests.

Very attractive, eco friendly, with very good view to the lagoon, hammocks where you can have a great fun, good natural beverages.
Good price in hostel.

All excellent, not staying in Room 1 "Room 1" is very close to the restaurant and has blender noise and back has the washing center that enters unpleasant aromas, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful.

A place without equal. Super comfortable and cozy, with a very homely atmosphere and staff super friendly and attentive. It is certainly located in a magical place that allows us to have wonderful postcards of a sunrise. Also perfect for lounging and outdoor activities. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Very very nice place, the only downside is the card which is a bit expensive but offers excellent food and drinks!

Really nice place. We had there breakfaat and then came back for dinner. Amazing healthy food, really nice staff as well. I really recomens this restaurant. Theay also have access to the lagoon and is very nice and quite there.

We did 3 times the reservation because they did not agree on the procedure, confirmed booking and upon arrival we were told that they had no rooms … They did not help us to get another option, for them it is easy to misunderstand and not consider that they left a family with 1 baby and 1 little girl coming tired of a long journey, in high season in a place where obvious no longer had any hotel with rooms and we infartados that our flight back is a week later and we will have to pull down the Mayan Riviera looking for some room in some hotel … And they misunderstood … I don't recommend it.

While this hostel/hotel is aesthetically pleasing, the charm soon sways. Our experience with dinner was not ideal as service (even for a "hippy") was very slow — taking 1.5 hours for 3 of our 4 courses. The meal consisted of a carrot soup, salad, and falafel balls with cauliflower. Each course was descent, but definitely NOT worth the wait. La cena de 4 tiempos está más o menos y ve con mucho tiempo son lentisisimos para servir, literal se tardaron 1 hora para darme mi plato fuerte (falafel)

Excellent service, is comfortable and quiet and very nice place RL.

Very quiet and peaceful. Garden is amazing and makes you feel like you want to stay indefinitely. Yoga classes available, kayaks and vegan food available. Comfort is basic but OK.

Very quiet and cute! Direct to the lagoon, ideal to rest and see the sunrise.

I only stay one night in this heaven place. People working or volontieers with Lulu were verynice and friendly. Hhere is not too many bedsin the dormitory so there is space to put your luggage. I never had to wait for the bathroom but it's really small. I rent a kayak and eat at the vegan restaurant and it's so great to have everything at the same place even a movie projection in the evening. I would love to come back.

Breakfast vegan + view to the lagoon of the 7 colors + juice freshly prepared + outdoor cinema + yoga + ecoamigable = Posada Lulu The witch. This place is a synonymous of good health. I loved the service, very friendly with the planet.

2 weeks in a paradise. Lagoon of dream at the foot of the hostel with a palapa. Sports and tour on a catamaran. Vegan restaurant. Great atmosphere thanks to the team.
