Well with some staff deficiencies.

Well, a decent hotel, close to downtown Cancun, doesn't really have much to mention.

Fatal and the cause of the 3 stars, is that in the heart of 2018 this hotel does not yet have Wi-Fi service in the rooms, you should invest a little in that aspect.

Meets the minimum, but it's nothing comfortable.

It is a hotel with very good location, acceptable rooms, very small bathroom and the beds look like stone, the room includes breakfast but it is for people who are on a diet as the portions are very small, the price is acceptable given by the area is among the most EC Onómicos. A good hotel, but only if you are looking for something modest and a little small, but it is nice. No complaints.

Is on the center of cancun city and very close to the hotel zone. Some rooms are smaller than others with a humede smell and the personal sometimes is very lazy and heedless. The internet doesn't reach most rooms and you always need to stay at lobby for get connection. I don't recommend the breakfast. This place is good for rest and the closeness to ADO and hotel zone. For more reasons is bad.

The bar service is very good. They have snacks in the purchase of jars. For those warm evenings… It is an excellent option besides economic.

It is very quiet, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant needs more variety, the parking does not convince much because it is on the street, although it is closed, but there are no surveillance cameras, the service is nice.

Great place to stay. Close to everything. You can catch the bus to go everywhere!

It is in a very good location next to Chedraui, half a block from the main avenue, the facilities very adequate and clean and an affordable price:)

We stayed here for 7 nights. No complaints at all. Great location, lots of local restaurants, huge supermarket and currency exchange around the corner. 12 min to Starbucks. Leave couple as a tip to cleaning lady every day your room will shine. Be aware it is very noisy, beds are firm! buses r1, r2 will bring you to the beach!

Booked this hotel as a cheaper option for staying in Cancun with plans to commute to all the vacation spots during the day. My complaints for the one night I was staying at this hotel: 1. No elevator, only stairs 2. Doors are all hard key no card entry like almost all hotels nowadays. 3. Walls in the hallway were beat up and had holes or dry wall putty and no paint. 4. Room was tiny 5. Curtains in room were ripped about 12". 6. Beds are very uncomfortable and they only give you two insanely thin pillows per bed. 7. Room had damaged walls like the hallways. 8. Toilet was broken. 9. The complimentary Wi-Fi is the slowest and most unreliable internet I have experienced since the late 90s. 10. The sink barely drained. 11. AC has to be turned on with a breaker before being used. 12. The ceiling fan was not only missing but they left the LIVE wires behind hanging down from the ceiling with just a piece of tape at the end.

The room seemed closed by time and the first night I was a bit perplexed. But the cleaning ladies did a good job the next day and I was glad to stay.
Nothing exceptional but passable.

The hotel is very clean and the bed is comfortable. I found the price reasonable 30dollars per night in Christmas break (high season). The hotel is beside a super market in down town where the bus station to the airport is at 10min walk. I recommend to pay in Pesos instead of dollars because they exchange dollars per 17 where just next to hotel where there is an exchange office that asks for 19.5 pesos per dollars.

Hay variedad en los alimentos y los precios son razonables. Además de estar en un punto clave de la ciudad, en av. Cobá casi en el cruce con av. Tulum.

I don't know the hotel, this well-located; but the bar is a good place to enjoy a good beer with friends.

Good care and a comfortable rest place.

Excellent location in the Centre of the city.

Soberanis friends thanks, see you soon, its location is good for doing business in the city. To be transported to the beach bus is taken five minutes from the hotel and bring you direct to the hotel door.

Hello, I was a weekend in cancun and stayed at hotel soberanis, the staff was very very good, besides that could transladarme without problems by the center of the city and as transport passes right at the doorstep of the hotel, it was super easy to go to the beaches and clubs without problems, the only downside is that it smells a little to humidity in the rooms or at least in the mia, but nothing so serious. Whenever you have the opportunity to visit cancun, soberanis will be my first choice of lodging. Best regards.

I've stayed in soberanis hotel for two weeks. And I will just say that it was an excelent choice you can take the bus to the Hotel zone just a few steps away from the property. The supermarket is just at the corner. And you are able to find very good places to eat, dinner and dance. Is just the best location in downtown. You can go anywherejust walking a few steps. The property is very good. What I didnt like is the TV channels, I didnt watch too much TV but I think that some extra channels would be better. I give a 9.9 of 10. When ill back to cancun I will stay there for sure.
