Varied and very rich💐food bravoooo.

Good treatment of the staff, friendly and attentive.
However the hotel requires maintenance, cleaning and care. In our room some outlets did not work.
In the restaurant the food offer is not very varied and its taste is not so good (quite simple). A dish is finished and they supply it more, cold coffee.
But the most shocking thing is the dirt of the beach, there is garbage everywhere and the hotel staff goes by "cleaning the sargassum a little" but leaves all the garbage: glasses, cans, masks, bottles 😷 … A pity because the beach is nice.

I had read very good recommendations of this hotel and the truth you can find something better for that price, the beach is the only nice thing, the meal times are not so good, you arrive at 3 and there is nothing to eat, I think about pass its capacity, the service of most is lousy they do not know customer service, the old and small room, would not return…

I recommend how good, cozy and country this hotel is.

Loved the hotel in terms of food, animation, location and almost the facilities.
But! The first day I was accommodated in the worst room they had: it was even scary to enter the bathroom, there was no telephone and the air conditioning served us, I had to stay there because I arrived at midnight and I have babies who arrived already asleep, I could not look for another place in those conditions.
When I canceled my reservation they offered me a better room and I stayed, I told them it was my birthday and I wanted them to support me with a cake to celebrate with my children (I didn't ask for them as a gift! ), and they never came with the cake, I requested it 3 times.
I repeat that the food is delicious, and the people of dining and animation super cute.
In short: it is a good hotel, but as they see you they treat you. With grief I will not return.

Without a doubt the hotel is an extraordinary representation of what Mexico is, it is a very warm hotel and welcomes its guests in an incredible way, an extraordinary way to spend a quiet and fun vacation.
My greatest recognition is for the waitress Ana María, who undoubtedly apapacho us and is very helpful, kind and even became our friend, extraordinary person, human being, loves her work and very very attentive.
The animation group also stood out, Esteban incredible, all excellent ;)

Chingon excellent service the captain super attentive. Just an old man I asked him something and very arrogant and with his dog face and I asked the waiters and they told me not to pay attention to them is bitter.

Regrettable, I had never gone to such a bad hotel, not at all recommended, the attention of the waiters very badly, all angry and badly spoken, in terms of security we had to be bothered by people who were not from the hotel and entered the hotel as they wanted, there is no security, in terms of food, raw, ugly, repeated, so much so that I preferred to go to dinner outside the hotel, the only passable thing is the snack, the room older than anything, pure lies with the photos, the dirty sheets, with water reduction lol seemed like a joke and to top off the last day they got into my friend's room and stole 1200 pesos we reported and said that I was going to check on cameras, but it was obvious that there was no nefarious in the matter of security.
I am left with a bad taste in my mouth, I will never step on the 2 beaches again in my life.
Conclusion
The cheap came out more expensive.

Good value for money.
The location is very good and the beach very nice.
All the staff is very friendly and the food rich.
It would only improve the toilet in the rooms.

I love this place. The Reception is amazing, the people at the restaurant and every staff is so friendly. I can not wait to come back. We want to thank everyone for the amazing service, however, there are people that deserve some credit. We want to thank Fidel, Marley and Brenda and Luiz at the restaurant, Marco with the drinks, you guys are amazing. Hope to see you all soon.

Very nice kept clean, food good standard, the rooms are large, clean little animation, but here you have to turn and see the wonders of mexico to eat at any time good quality and price.

Jesús from the bar area was so polite and friendly during my short visit. Jesús showed a great attitude and when asked how he was doing (in casual conversation), he said he was “magnificent, ” which is a word you don’t hear every day. Jesús said not everyone uses this word because not everyone feels this way. Ángel who was the referee for our volleyball game always had a smile on his face and always included everyone who wanted to play volleyball. Ángel also showed a great attitude and seemed to really enjoy his job. I will definitely stay at Hotel Dos Playas again!
