Clean. Good service. Accessible. Nice. With parking. Pool.

The best things about this property are the air conditioning, the Wi-Fi and a bellman named Roberta. The 3rd floor hallway and my room smelled of mildew and mold. There aren't any ice machines, refrigerators or ice machines. The staff is not helpful nor pleasant. I am really shocked to understand that this is a Wyndam property. It is inexpensive and only expect the bare minimum because that's what this Ramada will give.

Very Good Hotel. Very fresh their facilities and a single lift for many rooms and the service moves over there. The staff were very cocktail and the breakfast bar was very small.

It Is a basic hotel to be able to enjoy the beaches on your own. The location is a little removed from the hotel zone and arriving by taxi to the nearest beach is very expensive, so ideally ask the hotel staff for directions to take a bus and get to the area (30 min approx. ) Includes Breakfast buffet which really is very good and complete, however the rest of the day offers fast food. You Can go out to dinner at the restaurants on the same avenue and You also have a pharmacy next door.

Good service and nice rooms, the food is very good and the pool is pretty good, it is very close to the center and the ADO which makes walking easier, is a very good option if you do not have enough income to afford a hotel in the hotels zone.

We went to eat some sandwiches called crocodiles, the truth are very good and there is Diferentes"sabores", you can enjoy with a soda or even beer, in addition to sharing a crocodile with another person, the bathrooms are very clean, plus go with the family or Friends is great, actually a highly recommended place.

It is a good place, comfortable with good services, but only lack of water in Garrafon, in any case is a good place. Do I recommend it? For the price is fine, so yes.

Avoid the guest room with outside balcony as there are night clubs and karaoke lounge next to Ramada Hotel. The bathroom is well designed in space management. The toilet is too close to the washing basin.

Rundown, light-hearing descends! The photos show defects and wear. Badstöpsel is missing, mold in the shower, door does not close properly, therefore you hear everything (! ) from the sounding, tiled hallway. That wouldn't be so bad if the other guests were decent. But it seems to be rather a disappearance. Absolutely avoid it!

Great location, good breakfast the water pressure is low and only punctually we had problems with the Wi-Fi the last few days, but it had to have been an occasional problem.

Hotel is clean and Wi-Fi is strong. The breakfast buffet is extra but it's reasonable. The attached restaurant is nice and room service is an added bonus. Bathroom is tiny. Complimentary waters in room were already open. Be aware of that. Oh, and the mattresses are like rock slabs. Ouch. The reason I took a star off was because of the waters, tiny bathroom, hard mattress, and because of the karaoke bar situated across the street. Oh, the karaoke bar… poorly sung Spanish songs, loudly, all night/early morning and all nights of the week. For this reason alone, I would not go back to this hotel, sadly.

Good Hotel, Very helpful and friendly staff. Good to stay for one night. If staying longer laundry fumes will bother you in days when wind blowing in to your balcony. Picture view from balcony.

Beds were hard. Staff were nice but did not go 'above and beyond' any of my expectations. Rooms were clean when we arrived. Definitely not worth the price. The menu for lunch and dinner is small. But the sandwiches taste great. The breakfast is the same thing every single day. But we only stayed here due to the hospital we were going to being across the street. I don't think I would stay here again though.

Beds Harder than Most Rocks. Otherwise a clean, somewhat noisy and unexceptional downtown hotel. There have to better choices.

Great hotel in Cancun City Center with good rooms and breakfast. Close to the ADO bus station and many nearby restaurants. But be careful with the tour desk at the hotel. You will end up paying a high price for below-average tours.

Very good hotel, the facilities are modern and excellent. The staff were very nice and the room was very good.
There is a disc in front that perhaps makes a lot of noise and may annoy you if you are a light sleeper, for me it was no problem. It has pool, gym and cafeteria, very complete.

Good hospitality. It is really clean, the food is good, gym, swimming pool… When I go back I know where I ll stay. Here!

Not so clean rooms, not soundproofed at all. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was good.

I was there these days that have passed, I found a very nice hotel, except because you hear everything from the other rooms and the foreigners like to give a show of problems.
The food is very rich, they should implement others because it is actually rich. Very very nice service on the part of all and a comfortable hotel in downtown Cancun. I really hope to go back!

Did an overnight stay at Ramada Cancun on our way to Merida. The hotel is a little worn, but the staff was terrific and the rooms were clean and roomy. Ramada suited us fine for what we were looking for.

Clean and very comfortable rooms, located in a central location, with high speed Wi-Fi, the restaurant with good food, the breakfast buffet very rich. The only thing that is not very comfortable is the parking lot if you have but you have to ask that there will be every one in or out but I have never had problems in the years I've been visiting the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Hygiene was top and the bar served super cocktails.

Good location in downtown just one block from the ADO bus station, close to many restaurants and walking distance from shopping malls like plaza americano. Has a private swimming pool. Rooms are quite clean. Free wi fi is available. Breakfast is good too, we went for the breakfast included option in our room rate. Rooms are cheaper than those at the hoteles area on the beach. Good place to explore cancun.

Very central, clean and pleasant, I am frequent and commend, near ADO, market 28 of the Sub IMSS all near the squares etc.

It is a hotel that is about 20min from the beach by truck. The nice room, the rich restaurant (I dine a very good cut burger) the staff mostly attentive. The Wi-Fi with good coverage. The pool size acceptable for few people. Very small gym. Overall I liked my stay at the place.

Excellent place in the heart of the city. It has a very good service and everything is amazing.

Excellent service, well-accomplished. If you change the mattresses by a more comfortable would be the best option to stay in the city.

We went to eat something call COCODRILOS they are a big sandwich with a selection meal that can be chicken, roast beef, turkey, until "carne de pastor" the are delicious, the attention is great and the place is excelente, is quite and you can go with friends. There is in Av yaxchilan then you finished to eat you can go to PALAPA'S PARK, is a 5 minutes walking since Ramada's Hotel. I finished say that is a excelent place, with excelent food and nice enviroment.

Hotel itself was modern and inviting. Staff was courteous, helpful, and warm. A/C was very cold, which was a nice break from outside. Room was impeccably clean. Bed was very firm, which would be the only downside.

I want to say our stay was absolutely delightful. The room was clean and was cleaned daily. The hotel has everything you can need. The hotel offers an amazing shuttle service to Mandala Beach club everyday for free which would normally cost 40 usd to enter. If you want a very pleasant experience in the centre of Cancun city this is the place to be. Don't get me wrong it isn't a pompous all inclusive hotel in the hotel district but it is a excellent value for money if you want a down to earth realistic Cancun experience.

The hotel that located on a main avenue, you can transport by taxi to major places of downtown Cancun. It has all the services and good care. Ideal for a quick visit to Cancun.

And had the luck to arrive when the hotel had no muchod guests, veery ttanquilo and very amabled all of his staff.

I think it is a pretty good hotel for the price. I did like the breakfast though! The green juice is just amazing!

The hotel is clean and generally friendly, but I did not like that stand out have beach club when never in our stay could give us access and parking is very small.

Stayed across the street at Hotel Caribe. It's about $40 a nite and was good value. It is a little noisy in the area till the wee hours. But pretty safe lots of police around great market a few blocks away.

I'll just starting to trade and I do not like, it is difficult to communicate with this Hotel, I require a service of several rooms but give you various options I chose sales, and there I communicate itra area, that area, to another area, then that area to another area. To finish I communicate to another extension, and there I do not answer no one single timbraba and timbraba. As businesses grow they don't care so a person who does not hire, full are many than what you are doing. : (Cheers.

The adress of this hotel is Wrong on the Google Maps, they should correct that, the Hotel is a some, and in a perfect location. Love it. Everything around really secure, nice place to visit that are near by, excelent.
