I don't know what to mention first. But it's a good environment, quiet, friendly staff, good food. If you like those mentioned above, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it.

Food is great and you can order as much as you want, pool has a bar in the side and a massage spa in the side and the outside ses to be a golf area. Only downside is that there's isn't much to do here compared to its sister hotels.

I just stayed there and my visit was great. The rooms are very spacious. The room service is quick and most important very clean. The food was farm to table and very flavorful. The Waiter George was pleasant and informative. The Bar attendant Adrianne was nice and kept the drinks flowing. The fact that he remembered my name was mind blowing. The pool was warm and pretty as well as the jacuzzi. I will mos definitely Go Back! And try the Chicken Fajitas and the Mimosas!

I can't think of a worse experience. Initially we felt good nice room right by the pool. The room smelled so badly of a musty mildewy smell we turned the air conditioner on high and turned the bathroom fan on thinking it would help with the smell. We stayed out of the room all day and when we went back to it that night the smell wasn't any better. Within being in the room for 30 minutes my husband was getting a headache. I started looking around and found where what appeared to be mold was coming through the paint and the ceiling was leaking water. Keep in mind there is a second floor of rooms so where is this water coming from. I went to the desk and reported the problem and explained we cannot stay in the room the way it is. My husband came out and sat by the pool and his headache was getting better. He recently had heart surgery and had issues with his legs so we couldn't go to the second floor because they don't have an elevator. They took me to 3 other rooms and they all had the same moldy smell. While this was going on we learned of 3 other guests that had the same issue the previous day and had to move to 4 different rooms and ended up on the second floor to get rid of the smell. A manager from another property called me and said they were booked up but would move us the next day and our only choice was to go to a second floor room. We went with this and my husband worked his way up the steps.

Beware this place is just a holding cell far from the beach for timeshare presentations. Other than eating drinking and sleeping there is absolutely nothing to do there. Thank God for the shuttle bus to redeem a bit and allow visits to the other sister resorts. I have great compassion for the staff though they try and work hard to make your experience better. They deserve good tips for the work they do. If you come here be prepared to find dead cockroaches in your room, get bitten alive by small bugs that you will see if you leave a coffee glass on the counter. The shower is poorly designed and allows water to go all over the floor and soak the toilet paper roll installed right beside. Also the bathroom door is poorly designed right beside the toilet so good luck opening or closing it while someone is on the toilet. At first you might feel uncomfortable around some of the restaurant staff especially the bartender until they get to know you and see you tip well. Even for all inclusive you will be sort of ignored to receive alcohol drinks unless you tip well up front.

Very nice, quiet hotel located off the beaten path. If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle and want a relaxing place to stay this will work for for you. Our room was very clean and the facility has a pool, hot tub and sauna. The staff are all exceptionally nice and offer to help in any way they can. The buses offer a great way to get around town. There are 3 sister hotels that give you access to the beach, additional pools and activities to keep you busy. It only takes a day or so to learn the area and how to use the buses to get you back and forth between the hotels and what activities are close to each. We used the bus to take us to the hotel closest to our daily activity or tour and were only a 5 — 10 minute walk from our destinations. Well deserved reviews that I read prior to staying here.

The room is beautiful and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. But the location is far (not walking distance) from the strip of hotel and downtown Cancun. This makes it kind of inconvenient. Plus is does not have a beach. And it Only has 1 small restaurant and 1 bar.

The staff were nice, but in general this is an low to average hotel just for marketing purposes, there is one small restaurant and do not expect too much.

Very quiet and laid back. No entertainment at all. Food is ok, the rooms r nice size and beds r very comfy. We left the resort almost everyday and just came back to sleep. Staff is very friendly.

Went for a girls trip to Cancun. If you're NOT needing the plush life, but still something nice, this is it. Nice pool, decent/good food for all inclusive, VERY friendly staff. Who goes to Cancun for the room anyway. But it had a couch, college dorm style fridge, balcony on upstairs suite… Didn't use the spa or the golf course but nice place. NOT central but walking/sight seeing to downtown is a trek but worth it to me. Also, there were alot of little people (children) so if you're looking for family friendly they have you covered. Only reasons I won't stay here next time is that a) I want to be near the museum district & 2) I have a timeshare and I don't believe laguna is a member site.

During the stay with my family, we felt at all times very at ease, the staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities very nice and the food exquisite; certainly highly recommended.

The food is ok, service great, very little hot water and there is no golf course to use so I think that is false advertising. But if you want a place just to relax this is the place.

The staff here is incredible. Everyone was supremely helpful and they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The rooms are large. We had a bit of trouble with the shower a couple times but it resolved itself without having to call the front desk. The food is mostly delicious. It would be nice if the bar had a few more choices, but they've got a decent selection. Unlike most of the other resorts in Cancun, this one is small and tucked into a residential area. It was super quiet and relaxing. We had no trouble getting anywhere we wanted to go because there is a shuttle to other partner resorts in the hotel zone and you can catch a bus from there. If I were ever going to go back to Cancun I would want to stay here again.
