Beautiful, comfortable, clean and good service. Very close to the beach walking. The only bad thing is the distance to the center but if you like walking or rent a cart, no problem.

It is a modest hotel but very clean and well maintained. Half a block away is the 28th market which is touristic. Parking is available on site.

The area is quiet if you take into account that the city has grown and is insecure. The hotel is ok the rooms are simple but comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and answers all your doubts with courtesy. They have bottles to drink in the hallways in case you're thirsty and you don't have water. This well located half a block this a minimum super well-stocked back is the Mercadito and the beach is not far away. They have rooms with air and fan. I liked it.

We stayed about a week. Staff was friendly and taxis right outside the front door. No wait to get around town. Across from Mercado 28, which had great food.

Close to downtown and market 28.

Very bad, lousy room no phone, no bedspreads, very small bathroom, broken beds and old analog tele and no signal there is no to connect, the weather makes a lot of noise, little hygiene not recommended not recommended there are better places and only varies by 100 pesos or less.

Very central location, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Yes look for something luxurious this is not the right place. The Wi-Fi service is bad, in the room to penalties and is detected and is slow. Yes Internet reservations (eg. Booking) You will get cheaper than you do when you arrive at the hotel.

Of the hotels of the center the more accessible since the room per night is approximately of 500 pesos, can improve the cleanliness, the rooms and the service.

Perfect Cancun city hotel for the right price! 500 pesos for two double beds with private bathroom and AC. It was basic but super clean, secure, and with good water pressure and hot water, I think these are most important. I would stay here again for sure.

A comfortable and quiet place, recommended and accessible. It took me a friendly and excellent attention especially from the (Srita. Lupita) an accountant's attention and the gratitude of the staff for the support of the Hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let you rest. You have places nearby to eat.

If want to save a good money is a good option, the cleaning is acceptable, the beds are more or less, water hot if, air if, quiet if, Wi-Fi free if. Restaurant no, but media block is a convenience store where they sell everything and works 24 hours.
