The beds are delicious, you really get a good rest, which is the main goal for me! I recommend it 100%

Too bad you don't get items you forgot there. I forgot my raise glasses and I spoke to them to go through them told me they didn't see anything. I don't even consider it a value object, but I use them every day.

I am completely disappointed of the hotel, a service of the kick, without cable, the showers so pigs that the water comes out, with power outages, the air conditioner without cooling well and to close with broochooooo I arrive tired to want to rest at night and niiiii the bed hicierooooooon, which tremendous situation, I demand my refund, do not pay a motel passing, what a, I'm really upset with the poor quality of it all and the lack of TACHEEEEE service!

The service was fantastic, everyone was so helpful and kind. The location is great with walking distance to good restaurants. Pool area is pleasant, and the amenities are amazing. The lobby was really pretty and unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy it, but walking through made me wish I could hang out. Would recommend.

El hotel está lindo y muy limpio. No lo recomiendo en caso de ir de vacaciones ya que está un poco alejado de la playa, pero si vas de trabajo y tienes que estar cerca del aeropuerto definitivamente es una buena opción. Esta ubicado en una plaza donde hay varios restaurantes muy ricos para comer y un Superama.

Amazing hotel. Staff were incredible. Huge shout out to victor and to the room cleaners they were seriously fantastic! We loved every minute here!

Convenient location to the airport but a little out of the way for the beach/town. Beautiful and very modern hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible Stay experience! 1) The breakfast — hot water (for tea) had thick dirt particles. When informed the server they didn’t apologies or anything. 2) Changed to coffee with a worry that they also may have the same! But it was a room temperature coffee! Again approached the server they offered to microwave it! I then left breakfast without getting much. The location is very poor if you thinking to spend sometime in Cancun for tourism — we paid US$10 to goto Hotel Zone & US$35 on the way back — as no one wanted to bring us there — pretty remote location. There is quite a few restaurant and cafe around but it isn’t really Cancun Cancun! The hotel room was good! There are some room engineering issues but can be lived with. The front desk staff were amazing — they even offered a free hotel shuttle. But it’s no go recommendation for tourists and due to the awful breakfast!

This is my first time on Vacation to Mexico. I am usually satisfied with Hilton portfolio. This Hampton Inn meets my expectations. Beds are comfortable. Internet is okay (I didn't use it much). Room looks clean. Very helpful staff everywhere throughout the hotel.

This was the best hotel I stayed in in two months in Mexico. Fast internet, great service, decent breakfast, free airport shuttle. It's not well located if you aim to enjoy the hotel zone of Cancun, but very well located if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport. There are many restaurants and a movie theater close by. All the amenities.
