Stanze pulite, free Wi-Fi, condizionatoee, cassaforte macchina del caffè, colazione fino a tardi (11.30). Alla reception ci hanno spiegato precisamente e gentilmente come prendere gli autobus e quali prendere per andare nella zona di El Rey. L'hotel inoltre è molto vicino ad un market, un negozio di tecnologia (mi è stato utile perché c ho comprato un caricatore per il telefono con la presa messicana, avendolo dimenticato), alla fermata dell'autobus R-2.

Very clean, excellent furniture. It would improve the mattresses. But the 100 service.

Good hotel, intermediate between the center and the hotel zone… If you go work is fine for a couple of days.

Its a cute little hotel in a pretty decent area. Their restaurant closes at 3 but there is a market complex across the road that has a supermarket, Subway, Burger King, etc. There's also an adorable place called Punto pasta where we had most of our meals. The room was clean and quite spacious. A microwave and coffee machine were also included for our use. The staff is quite friendly and the receptionists do speak English although most of the serving and cleaning staff doesn't. A great experience overall.

It has a good location, being on a very well connected secondary route. The room is comfortable, well kept and nice as well as the bathroom and the pool area. However the quality and service of the restaurant quite demerit the comfort of the stay in the hotel.

It is a very quiet place, the restaurant is close to the pool and you can spend a very pleasant time in the facilities and the staff very nice.

Located in central Cancun around some great food and shopping. Rooms were clean, a/c was cold, and staff was nice. This is off the beaten path for tourists and the area is not a touristy area. Definitely a locals area. Nice little pool area also. The bad — biker bar located a few buildings away and the live band played till 1am. It was extremely loud. They should give out free ear plugs here. The area in general is a bit noisy.

Perfect place to crash after a long flight. Easy parking, good service. Room was sparkling clean, safe, good bed. It was a Saturday night so there was some noise from parties in the area and a few sirens but nothing some headphones or ear plugs didn't deal with. Good location. Good value for price. Cute little pool.

We liked this hotel because of the big room and the big beds in it. We also had a microwave and a minibar. They also have Wi-Fi but it is very slow.

Very nice, small and welcoming, staff extremely helpful, polite and kind. Great location, clean, convenient parking. Recommend to use this hotel for those staying in Cancun in transit.

Amazing hotel with supreme front desk service. The employers are very nice, with an in-house bar and a sizable pool. All rooms are suites. Beach towels are provided upon request. Santender atm and xoxo stores are also within few blocks.

Very good value for money, excellent attention and kindness, the room very large although the bedding was spotted, is noisy by day for work in the hotel (which still are appreciated) and the street, at night there is a bar next door with live music to the 3 to the Seem no matter the day of the week.

If you don't stay here then you are missing out on a wonderful stay! Staff is amazing — They know your name at all shifts and u feel safe all the time!

Location isn't great, most of the staff didn't speak much english, and the breakfast that we paid for was lacking to say the least. The room was decent but not fantastic.

Nice clean hotel, shittttttyyyyyy service. Worst service ever, and I mean ever. Even when ordering for a drink, they just look at you and ignore you. Food was bland, they sold spam and called it ham. Ordered at the Thai restaurant, received 1/2 the order, had to ask for the 2nd have and wait while they made it. Served us old rice mixed with fresh rice, some hard, some soft. Lost my bracelet in bed, got charged $100, found it later that day, brought it to reception and they refused to refund it. Joanna posted on the 28, I was there starting the 27, cant imagine why she said it was great. Great breakfast? They gave me a dirty glass to get orange juice in the morning.

This hotel is the worse one ive had ever been to the first day we got there we had to wait like for 3 hours for our room then when we did get our rooms they were nasty and dirty the bed sheets smelled like laundry they have left in the washer for days! the next day we came back from walking around in the city and we found our bath towels wet and on the floor. They had cleaned our bathroom with the same towels as we had dried our selfs in the morning shower and left no clean ones for us to use the next morning this has been then worse hotel not recommend at all.
