Almost all the hotel staff are super rude! 🤬 It's not good customer service at all. They respond awfully reluctantly, and are not there to help:
The rooms are beyond neglected. The beds are awful, the mattresses are old. A mini TV that then does not work. Stained sheets, mold in bathrooms, reeks of moisture. In general the hotel is disgusting, the corridors have dirt, garbage …
Elevators work half, bathrooms are full of tartar😟
The room service is useless because they ask you to go up to the fourth floor to see their menu 😒
In my room there was no bathroom and it took a long time to change me to another.
In the pool there is no bar or service of anything.
Pity about the views it has because in general everything is horrible, neglected and stinky.
Not to mention that the staff is rude, reluctant and there is not enough. 😡

I just arrived and the lady who received me very rude, I told her that the bathroom on the first floor was super dirty and very rude replied that there was another bathroom on the 4th floor.

The hotel is as abandoned, the beds and pillows lousy, they do not give service of hand towels or bathtub mat, exaggerated the price for how uncomfortable it is!

We did not have any inconvenience to arrive because it is very central, all the staff was very friendly and respectful also it is very effective, we did not have any inconvenience.

The cleaning is horrible on the first day everything super well the cleaning on the second day and third they just laid the beds and changed towels they did not clean bathroom or bedroom in general.
They do not have room service nor does the restaurant have lunch and dinner service, much less room service.
Their breakfast memo is pretty much the same every day.
Since we arrived we were told that the
TV service is disabled.

It is a nice hotel but service is erratic. No coffee early in morning and I use a cane and walker the entrance at the front and parking garage have no ramps!
The lobby has steps only down to the floor. A shame because once in the hotel it’s accessible.

I think it is uni of the best hotels, has all the services, parking, restaurant room with terrace, pool although I do not like that says that the hirario is until 10pm and we were taken out 3 days at 9 at night. The hotel has a very nice view dominates the whole bay and part of the city.

The experience at this hotel is Dantesca, shameful, scratchy in the scam.

The Hotel itself is not bad but the service is catastrophic. We Stayed 8 days and most of them were unable to access the room because the locks didn't work. This was widespread throughout the Hotel. People had even master keys. They Made private parties to the 2am that rumbled throughout the Hotel. The Wi-Fi only works in the common areas and very slow. The. Plugs charge the phone fatally. The TV looks bad. They Make the room half the days and always forget something… So a myriad of details. The facility is fine but all this messes up. I Wouldn't go back.

It'S too bad.
There is no water, the drainage is clogged, there is no security in the rooms (the doors do not have insurance) the elevator has a button inside and you can not apachurrar it, in the night you hear noises and do not let you sleep, the parking lot smells horrible, the floor of the hotel is dirty and much s more stuff. I don't recommend it.

Es un Hotel muy bueno, muy limpio y como se dice colocialmente barato (Bueno, Bonito y Barato) tiene muy buenas instalaciones y su hubucación es muy buena, todo queda muy cerca y el personal es muy amable y servicial.

The rooms are nice although there is little privacy as the doors are glass and only have a cortin that lets you see the room, the parking is filled easily.

The hotel it's OK, but it can improve on the swimming pool, the meeting room was excellent.

I rented a standard room. You don't get Wi-Fi in your room and the TV doesn't get good service. I called reception for the Wi-Fi password and was told rooms don't get a strong signal. Also, the room wasn't as clean as it could be. The table next to the TV had fingerprints and some other residue. The bed and pillows we're very stiff. It does have a nice shower and bathroom. Also, it has a nice cooling system. It's really not worth it for 1, 500 pesos.

A Caracol Plaza is a special place with atencion y details necessary for the comfort and placer of the person in general.

It is a nice hotel but the staff is very bad with the attention, plus in several rooms devoid of television when you are collecting a full-service or does not close the door well. I came 2 years in a row the first I did not like, and I gave him another chance this year and follows pesimo in care.

It is a great place to stay and relax with an excellent view of the sea. Quite close to the beach.
