The service here was wonderful! The rooms are very clean. ASENETH checked us in she was extremely nice and spoke English. PABLO who works in the restaurant was pleasant and VERY helpful. One thing to remember is you have to turn in your remotes when returning your room keys. I only wish they would have the card keys at the Hotel.

It is a good hotel, nice and cheap, clean, comfy beds, there is hot water and the rooms have a pretty nice little room. The restaurant does not have many options and is somewhat expensive. The hotel has no beach. It has temazcal, mud and massages.

Simple and cheap Rooms. Good Service of TV and wireless internet. Ample space. Close to main road. The service in restaurant is slow, good sazon of meals although at a too high price.

The facilities are OK, which I find very bad that the towels are very old and they are broken like yes the hotel out of the way, but for no reason would they think of going to the hotel restaurant, first because they take too long to prepare the second food they play at The cooking and third prices are expensive for the quality and quantity of food.

It is in a very quiet area, the treatment of the employees is good, but the facilities are a bit old, not to be comfortable, besides that in the evenings it takes a little lighting in the gardens.

The hotel we love is very nice. The pool service is very good but the hotel service in general could improve.

Great place to rest and spend a day or fabulous days. It is very quiet and especially with the beautiful beach as scenery. The service and the attention was very good. The facilities are clean and neat, in general it is very nice. Nearby is the nature reserve of turtles which are released every afternoon.

Nice and comfortable. Although it has no fans or air and the beds could improve the breakfast good, very friendly treatment.

All well only the beds are not what I expected something incomfortable and the pool is not allowed to stay free only on schedule. The excellent restaurant only lacks night time.

Pool is amazing. Room is large, and bed is ok comfortwise. Clean and quiet. The restaurant is poolside.

Place is nice… not really close to anything, no shops or cafes. Its about a 15 min walk to those kind of places. And when you get there its not the best either! The hotel is nice and clean, nice pool, big rooms and the staff are friendly. Its just very quite and not much atmosphere tbh. Not what we're into. The food isn't great either. But if you're looking to lounge by a pool and chill out it could be good. One massive plus… Sunsets while in the pool! Dreamy.

A recommended place to relax outdoors, with ample garden and swimming pool. The girl at the front desk is very friendly. We definitely recommend this place. Only the beds are not comfortable.

Beautiful grounds and clean large pool… room is nice with TV and air conditioning. Large shower and big bathroom area… lots of storage space, shelves, only has 5 hangers in closet. But all in all a wonderful room… staff are very friendly… the bed is firm but very comfortable. … would stay here again.

Very comfortable everything, we stayed after high season, only the food leaves a little to be desired but having so many places around really is not something indispensable. Very good attention, on our trip around Oaxaca people were not friendly until we got there and a girl on the beach, thank you.

In general, the hotel is nice. The outdoors spaces are chill. The only but are the rooms. They lack maintenance, mainly the bathrooms.

A very nice, pleasant Hotel, the cost is proportional to the facilities and service. Highly recommended to go in family plan or couple, and also its location is ideal for q is very close to the main avenue to start visits to other sides, including is 5 minutes from the airport and 15 from the lagoon Manialtepec. For Those looking For luxury is not the right one, but it has all the necessary services for a tourist, including Spa and Temazcal.

We were given a room with a sea view and the pool the sunsets looked amazing thanks to everyone in the hotel.

I did not like the hotel, the cost is very high for what the hotel offers. There are better hotels in Zicatela that offer you food included for the same price and of better quality in rooms (the beds are hard) I do not recommend it!

If you are looking for a hotel that supports the customer, forget it does not make this hotel, you will never see a plus on them.

It is a very quiet place, cleaned up and with an excellent service This super dad all over the hotel and besides that it is very large.

The hotel is very clean and it is very close to the Bacocho beach. Their staff was very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay there.

A good place to enjoy the spa, good food and cocktails, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, clean and simple. They have a great pool with an incredible Arabian design! Great experience!

A very good hotel, Very quiet, ideal to relax and have a good time. Large gardens and well care. On the outside is very nice inside and the rooms are 2/3 would be appreciated beds are new and firm. Could improve in remodeling bathrooms. Your kitchen is simple and some dishes for a good price, and other expensive, such as beer. No beach club.

I am left with the memory of a great vacation in this hotel, the spa, the food and service very good, except that I could never connect to their Wi-Fi, until a wedding I played there and you could enjoy everything without restrictions for the event.

The place seemed very quiet, the design of the hotel is very father, the pool very well, good location close to airport, comfortable rooms.

My family and I were staying at this hotel on the occasion of the wedding of my sister, she suggested it since it was in good price and close to where was to take out the event. What we thought was going to be a good holiday, were all a disaster. I am a mother, I have a 1 year baby and apparently to the Manager or owner of this hotel not liked that the scream, "kindly" command to one of the front desk people to make him shut up and I obviously angers me because it's a baby! And to top it off cry you to one of my nieces and my cousin in the hallway by moving from a room to another, AMENAZANDOLAS that would send the police, which it did, up to the police you thought it was ridiculous, they very kind supported us in everything, apparently sent them call because we were in a room alone children, bone like?! The children were with me and two raw older, also probably would leave to my baby alone, that occurrence of the Lady, made us look like criminals and the only thing that we wanted was talk and enjoy family, that penalty that you came to these ends their behavior and made us leave the hotel early in the morning and children. I don't want anything but what I am sure is ever return to that hotel.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, but I do not recommend the restaurant.
Employees of the restaurant does not give one, the waiter told us that there were things that were in the letter, for example not had no idea that is a French bread (told us that they were toasted, with butter and jam) hire staff trained in the area please.
And then the account they increased $5 to each food. Now is the Chinese gratuity charge?
We went there because earlier attended a very nice gentleman. But this time really left a lot to decear.

Cleaning and facilities are optimal. Badly prepared, insipid and poorly cooked meal. The corridors without light that you don't know or who will be by your side. The attention to the guest was very bad, I complained of the attention of the receptionist and the Manager is ported very arrogant. Very nice drawing hotelu. Hopefully change of administration with personal more friendly. My family stayed at the Hotel Posada Real which is just a short walk and was much better. They adapted places because it was raining and courtesies even gave us to compensate.

It is so cheap, but one of the issues is that the air conditioner looks like and felt like old to noisy. The food inside is quite expensive (And not so good) but go to the market is more cheaper The hotel is VERY NEAR the airport.

Great for the price, beds are clean and the are is accessible. Make sure you get a detailed map, because its kind of hard to get to the hotel since the streets don't seem to have any street signs with the name of the street.
