We loved it! All the staff very friendly, the rooms very comfortable and the food varied.

It was a very good experience! Good service, good food but not edcelentejejeje, waiters and Bar service very very well all very friendly! Just tell them we were 3 friends to celebrate the birthday of two of us, we tried to locate the person of "special events" I do not know his name we just wanted as an attention for the birthday a drink, a happy birthday sign or something and is a very very rude person who does not open to the possibilities we believe that for that position there should be a person with more customer service since many of us go for Some special moment!

The staff who tends all very friendly, the food is good. Only that the Wi-Fi if it fails and would add that there was better cleaning in the rooms, the towels look too percudidas that gives distrust in the hygiene measures.

Even so, it is still a beautiful place to spend with the family.

Personally, if I like it, this super nice everything, the staff treated us well always very friendly, the Wi-Fi without problems.

Terrible service! And it is not all inclusive as they mention it on the internet, you arrive and they tell you that it is semi included! Lousy attention, lousy food, don't stay, don't believe them! Very bad experience!

In general very nice, it is a very quiet place, ideal for de-stressing, with very well maintained green areas, with a lot of cleanliness. Our only complaint is with the manager of the main pool bar, that apparently if you are not a foreigner and you are not "all inclusive" does not treat you at all well, but the rest of the staff very friendly.

Thick reception, do not give you badly humorous enough information, tasteless food, ugly, rooms smell cannon to humidity, super bad weather, the whole hotel bad what horrible experience I do not recommend.

Facilities good, but without service, mini-bar, the club is very good with direct access to the beach, but in the all-inclusive plan meals are very bad, no flavor whatsoever, even the desserts are poor, every day is the same menu, nothing special or rich, everything is tasteless. Conclusion do not take food only facilities.

The all-inclusive package of your buffet service only offers three different dishes, whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, the same for 3 days in a row (no joke).
I wouldn't dare recommend it as an all-inclusive option.

The rooms are somewhat small, some have a minibar and a small terrace or balcony. The TV never looked good, I never had hot water even though I reported it several times. In the room I was assigned, wireless internet service did not arrive. Buffete's service offered a lot of variety.
To access the beach you have to walk to the beach club that is going down a path. The beach is aggressive is not to get in, less with children. The pool of the beach club is of good size although it had many chemicals that even burned the eyes.
In mid-July, when I went, the cost per all-inclusive person was $1, 500 per adult per night.
The Beach Club is closed at 6:30pm.

Excellent attention, the breakfasts are very rich and very clean facilities, it is very close to the beach to release sea turtles and has a club with a very beautiful pool and all clean except the bathrooms outside the rooms are not so clean.

Personal Rich Food. Friendly does not have spa service but there is a place nearby to go to. Room has cable TV air conditioning and is comfortable not very large but if it is comfortable you have three pools that were always clean store a nice view of the sea. Highly recommended to rest.

Very good I loved the days that Estubimos Ospedadas my daughter and I was good service we got and for everything were friendly.

It is very close to the airport and a collective taxi charges around 50 pesos per person. The hotel handles different packages however the reason I put 4 stars is for the price and for some services I could improve with the people who cater to the hotel.
The packages they handle are different from other hotels I've been to in the Riviera Maya and in other parts of Mexico like Puerto Vallarta as they are: 1. — Room only 2. — Room with buffet breakfast included 3. — Room with breakfast and unlimited drinks included 4. — Room with drinks only 5. — All inclusive on our part we chose the package of breakfasts with drinks as we were mostly on tours that occupy most of the day. The tours can be rented inside the hotel and have a very affordable price plus the guides are very friendly and good.
The hotel has a beach club that is accessed down stairs or taking a truck within the same beach there is a place for the release of turtles at 100 pesos.

I had a fantastic holiday at Posada Real — the Staff were delightful and the rooms were extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully air conditioned with large flat screen tvs and a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. You will not see a more spectacular sunset ever! Simply amazing! The hotel's Coconut Club at the beach has a wonderful pool and great service. There are charming thatched covered Huts with chairs and loungers right on the beach and hammocks hanging from the coconut trees — very idealic. Very low key — Great for a quiet relaxing get away from it all… the beach is gorgeous with turtle releases every day at 5pm — 30 degree celsius weather every day… Situated close to a fabulous strip of excellent restaurants of diverse food choice and a short taxi ride ($2-$3) to local Markets and World famous Surfing. This is a gem of a location — and the Hotel staff are very accommodating — Very Family Friendly. Free shuttle to and from the beach/pool — Ideal for Snow Birds and Families… Although they cater to more local tourism — It is a perfect spot for Canadians to holiday… knowing some basic Spanish is an asset — as this is a much more authentic Mexican experience than the bigger more well known resort areas — it's still up and coming — and because of it — a good deal! I wouldn't hesitate to return.

This is a nice place with an amazing beach area. If you are a beach fan, that's all you need to know. If you are coming for a high end hotel experience, this isn't your place. This is a nice, mid-range hotel with some flaws that I'm able to live with given that the beach is world class. I really liked this place, and I will return. It's laid-back and comfortable. I found the staff to be very nice. Issues that need to be addressed to make this a 4+ or 5 star? 1) Wifi at the hotel simply does not work… at all. This is an easy thing to address… please address it. I was there for well over a week. It never worked. 2) The stairs down to Coco's Beach Club, while quaintly 3rd world, are in very bad need of repair. 3) food and drinks at Coco's need to be available past 6pm. This is an amazing place to play on the beach and enjoy the sunset! Stay open until after Sunset. 4) Clean the beach cushions (everyday! ) and get new ones to replace the ones that are ruined. Nobody wants to lay down on a cushion that is dirty. The beach experience is what you are all about!. Although some rooms have been renovated, many are not. The renovated rooms are very nice and worth the money… the un-renovated rooms… well they need to be renovated. I found the breakfasts to be wonderful here. The lunch and dinners? They were ok, but I think that even if dinners were great, you should think about visiting the many other restaurants in Puerto Escondido… so much good food in P. E. … don't miss it.

Excellent spot for an all — inclusive and basically the only one in Puerto Escondido. Try and get a renovated room, these all contain new bathrooms and quiet air conditioning units. Don't expect a large and varied buffet. If you need a change of menu there are plenty of restaurants nearby on Blvd. Benito Juarez only a short walk or taxi away in Rinconada.

Forget the routine, Posada Real Puerto Escondido, with all inclusive, is an excellent choice. You do not want to leave the hotel, the amenities, buffet service, snacks and drinks, both in the restaurant and Beach Club, makes your rest is guaranteed. The price-quality-service is just right.

It's a perfect place to vacation. The prices are accessible and the sea view is suitable. The food and drinks are a delight and it is very close to the airport. Too close to the airport. If you take a taxi from the airport to the Hotel you charge 50 pesos per person in a shared taxi, if you order a car for yourself you will be charged 250 for a maximum journey of 3 kilometres.
I would like to go back to this place to enjoy again their benefits.

The hotel is nice and clean. Large pools and water always clean. There is a heated pool for the little ones. There is a well kept garden and from where you can watch the sunset comfortably. Very nice and comfortable beach club.
It is a family type hotel and I hope it stays that way.

The accommodation is between 3100 per night and 3700. The advantage is to be able to eat what you want and also drink from a glass of water to prepared drinks.
The staff is very friendly.
But the rooms are not in good condition to be a "high end" hotel in the room had a lot of ants, they moved me from room and also there were ants although in lesser amount. The pool that is installed in the hotel very uneven, there are pieces of tile that have gone down and by not fixing them the guests hurt us if we walked there.
I was buried a piece on my toe and asking for alcohol in reception did not count on.
Osea that if someone had hurt worse the hotel does not have a first aid kit.
In conclusion. The price leaves a lot more to be desired.

By far this is one of the most outdated and rundown hotels in Puerto Escondido. Not worth the price, because the actual hotel is a 2 star hotel at an overpriced 5 star rate. There are better options at the edge of Zicatela beach. With far better food, entertainment, pool, and beach access. The owner/manager hangs around the property only talking to people he feels are wealthy and neglecting the larger percentage of his guests.

It is a good place to relax and be in family. Nearby there is a Tortuguero camp and every afternoon they release small turtles.
Overall the rooms pretty good. Very well all inclusive services. Although it was very good when there were choices of Oaxacan food.
Good attitude of the staff. And good service.

It's a hotel in Puerto Escondido. Comfortable, clean with friendly staff. Beautiful view to the sea although to take to the beach you have to walk a bit.

Well maintained facilities. Large and clean swimming pool. Excellent beach Club. The pillows in the room smell a little damp. Family site. Good buffets.

The hotel is nice, it needs maintenance and wheelchair ramps or seniors. The buffet is not varied, thinking that it is on the beach there would be more seafood only sometimes fish. Their Coco Beach Club is very nice although they should have beach bar if it is an all inclusive hotel as they do not have waiter service on the beach. At the reception they never have maps of the area, they only direct you to the agencies for tours.

The beach club is really nice, even if you're not from the hotel the full-package can be a nice idea if you arrive early. Beach is nice and next to a turtle release camp. ($100 pesos per turtle)

I’ve seen nicer showers on TV prison dramas. Wi-Fi is inconsistent. The drinks are miserable. Location is a winner though.

Excellent spot for an all — inclusive, basically the only one in Puerto Escondido. Try and get a renovated room, these all contain new bathrooms and quiet air conditioning units. Front desk staff were not very friendly and rooms were not quite clean. My second room after complaining was clean. Additionally beware of booking on Expedia. It says all inclusive but it ended up only including drinks. Dining staff were much more friendly and pools were nice. Buffet a bit overpriced in my opinion. No Wi-Fi in rooms and lobby Wi-Fi is very unreliable. Not within walking distance to most areas. Air conditioners turn off automatically when you leave the room with your key. So the rooms stay warm if you are out of the room frequently.

Perfect service in the hotel, the locación is not the best but it have carrizalillo beach nearly, the roomie.

A beautiful place, delicious food, every day there is something new! Beach super nice without so many people, super clean, definitely the best choice when visiting puerto escondido. By the way, newly renovated.

The main problem is in the rooms, tenienen leaks water, they are small and the heating was not used. But the place is good, the food is very tasty, places are very comfortable, the coconut club is very good.

Everything, however, schedule bar and snacks is not very suitable as should extend more time.

It is true that there are some ants, but personally I liked much, (nature is nature and there is where he fences, so it doesn't complain).
The food is good, if lacking a bit of variety and when it's a la carte takes a little, but never hurt us.
Rooms have good air conditioning and cable tv. The bathrooms are small, but for one person's luxury.

No doubt very good service as well as all property maybe need you a place to do a little exercise but all the rest is recommendable without a doubt volvere.

The bad: Rooms are very simple and even austere, not checan with the rest of the hotel. Rich food but little variety, we arrived and there was no hot water to bathe, we had to wait 1 hour to get someone to fix it. Throughout the stretch of the rooms to the club Coconuts (where you eat and the bar and swimming pools) to go for a walk, tired and a little bit dangerous because there are animals, especially crabs. Ah very important… Are tardadisisisisisisisisimos to bring you food and drinks, but simple as it is (French fries) in the Club Coconuts… go with 1 hour anticipation of hunger The good: Very good service and care all. Very parent facilities, the pool on this very nice, the beach not to mention. All very beautiful! I recommend the luminescence.

It was not good, the photos show just how big the hotel, but because of close, you could see that the hotel has many years, in the room that I play in, the air did not work, they would wave, just above the toilet had a leak, we kill cucharacha and a heck of a row of ants, and the food is very simple,,,,, not recommend it personally,,,, what if enjoyment is that it has a beautiful view of the sunset.
