The pool very nice, the cleaning service to the certain good but… In my room there were cockroaches, and the worst for 5 min I didn't order at 12 I didn't get breakfast and you can't call to order either…

What does have zicatela bungalows?
1 — cockroaches
2 — very unhelpful waiters at the beach restaurant
3 — many tiliches outside their rooms with "pool view"
MANY 4-ants
5-children who come in to ask for money
What does not have zicatela bungalows?
1-they have never sanitized, I never saw them do it neither when you arrive nor when you leave
2-those at the reception never bring boot covers
I really don't know how they reach more than 4 stars 🤔

Do not stay here! The rooms were not as advertised. They were also not secure. On top of that there were rats in our room. I opened the cabinet where my clothes were and there was a rat staring up at me. I was still charged for the night, and now they are refusing to refund my money for the nights I did not stay because of the rats.

I like that it offers breakfast included, its rooms.

Comfortable hotel in the best playa Zicatela location with a nice pool area and great breakfast. Get an economical ocean view and watch the surfers and the waves.

The third time we come we like very much for the location the breakfast included is a la carte and the service is ok the rooms are not luxurious but very nice and the beach to surf right in front.

We have never been guests of the hotel, but eat there frequently. Always a good meal, great price and beautiful view.

We Love it! It Is in an excellent location, in front of the sea and close to shops, bars, restaurants and especially in front of the beautiful beach of Zicatela. They Have very good cuisine and agrees to the plan that includes the breakfasts, which are very vast. The staff is super friendly and well-arranged and has nice pools. The rooms are clean and comfortable with excellent mattresses and pillows.

The hotel has a price according to the place, its parking is small and a bit unlike to get in and out. The Wi-Fi is good. The pool is enough. The attention is good. The place is nice. The room with fan is not enough to mitigate the heat. The location is very good, across the street is the beach.

The hotel is fine but the best is their restaurant, for breakfast and eating. Although the last time I was there I made a difference in not wanting to attend because I was not staying there. That part should be corrected and catered to all diners regardless of provenance.

Best place to stay in Zicatela Beach hands down! The family the owns the hotel and staff are top notch and treat you like a king and part of the family! If you surf, you have one the best waves in the world literally right infront of you, all you have to do is walk out and cross the street! If you don't surf, the beach and tons of restaurants and bars are all right next to the hotel! The restaurant at the hotel has amazing food and the Wi-Fi is good too! I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms do need some remodeling done. Overall, free breakfast is very good. Beach access, 2 pools, and great atmosphere. Across the street from the beach with plenty of local bars and restaurants.

Love this hotel. Had a hard time choosing by an really happy we ended up here. Friendly staff, breakfast is great, the pillows are incredibly soft, and if you splurge a little for the seaview rooms, you will rarely see a better sunset, right from your balcony!
