The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff is super friendly, walking you can find good options to eat at any time.

The staff is very friendly and helpful… suggested changing mattresses to be able to rest, small garage but almost always available.

The window in my room was broken and missing some paint details. But it's good choice for the location.

This comfortable, not very spacious rooms but have closet and the bathroom separated from the bed, there are some rooms with balcony but the view is not nice, currently (marzo2018) are arranging the surrounding streets and there is a lot of dust and the streets without lighting.

Well the bad has no pool but very nice rooms.

It's almost across the stairs from the pillbox, I just walked into their restaurant and the food is very delicious, both at breakfast as well as in the food and the coffee is delicious. It has parking, Wi-Fi service and is in a very central location.

A clean hotel, rooms with private bathroom, hot water, amenities, with basic services, parking, (small) near the city center 4 blocks from Santo Domingo.

Excellent service and very good location, you can walk through the beautiful streets of Oaxaca.

Filthy. After arriving to take an advertised deal of 50% off, they gave us a king room in the basement, infested with mosquitoes (dead ones stuck to the bathroom tile) off the parking lot. Mold and hair in the shower and moist. The towels were moist when we arrrived. The manager gave us a deal of $3 off the king that was available on the top floor, but uncleaned. The restaurant service was slow, I was asked 3x by 2 women how I wanted my ranchero eggs. Bad experience, and at midnight, the staff honked their horn repeatedly for another staff member to open the garage gate. Inconsiderate young people running the hotel, and way up the hill from the centro. There are better places for same price closer to civilization.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very nice, the only downside are their mattresses that are well hard. If is the recomentaria to my friends if they like the hard mattresses.

The hotel is very nice, good, the employees are very friendly, and what pleases me is that it is close to santo Domingo, the guelaguetza Auditorium and thus can have a pretext to admire all the tourist corridor.

Excellent service :) the bad thing is the parking is too small.
