Excellent location, very clean and comfortable. The bed a little awkward but overall the hotel is great I would come back without hesitation to stay here.

We spent a week here and enjoyed our stay. In room amenities are spartan. Shower hard to control temp. Dangerous, pointed marble structure in shower which probably covers old plumbing. Could cause serious injury, at very least. Clean. Polite, helpful staff.

Very good food server was very nice.

Terrible service… the owner is stuck up nd doesnt care if you like the food or not. The service is super slow… We ordered food and waited over 1 1/2 hrs to get some of it but not complete… dont go to thus place.

Very small face rooms with damp smell some receptionists attendvery badly angry half respond. There's no plus for it. Price. The average view actually once it. The same thing you'd not like down the street. Look for another to a few streets there are cheaper and the same.

The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The building is beautiful. The room had a wonderful view of the zocalo and the cathedral, a spacious (junior suite), the beds comfortable, the water comes out strong, spacious bathroom. The staff good wave. But lack of parking. This hotel is to come without a car, so they sent my truck to a parking lot 3 blocks what and if they have valet parking? (cover only 20 hrs. To 8 am). Last night I took my truck to 21:30 the parking lot (called Caesars) was already closed. So I left it in the other (closest to which of course charged me the whole night (and the hotel refused to cover this payment)
If the idea is that we come back here in the family, with this service, nor recommend, nor what I will do. Happily there are many more options in this beautiful city.

Poor cleanliness, bathroom olia bad, very few TV channels, general facilities bad and old, charge very expensive for what Q offers.

I only stayed one night but the room is very small, very few channels on the TV and it cost me $850 the room, nor a desk to work on the night there… I don't like it at all.

It has a good service, 4 Floors 2 elevators, and a restaurant, is located in downtown Oaxaca next to the Zócalo and the church, only, it should be noted that Halguno of electrical wiring do not work.

It is an old place, nice, nice, has no parking nearby and is a bit expensive, one of the advantages is that they are the Zocalo and you can appreciate how beautiful is our center of Oaxaca.

The price is just right with the suites the other rooms are not worth their price. I just like it because of its location.

The best thing of this hotel is the location and there is tina in the rooms. The decor could be improved. It looks old.
