Good place, comfortable, clean, but has several details that should improve, such as avoiding puddles forming in the bathroom because the shower splashes.

Very bad service… leave much to be desired to the people who are going to visa, we want to treat like animals and put people in rooms with capacity for 1 or 2 people but they want money and put 4 there.

It is a hotel where mostly migrant farm workers are staying in the United States so I do not recommend the place for family use.

The rooms are more or less, the Wi-Fi is bad and in some hallways it smells a bit bad. It's a good place to sleep if you're looking for.

En general es un hotel pequeño y algo presentable, las habitaciones están descuidadas y algunos de los servicios como televisión no funcionan. El hotel en una parte es bueno para aquellos que solo van por unas noches, el precio no está tan mal.

Todo muy bien muy amables el unico pero que le pongo es que las sabanas tenian un holor curioso las almohadas algo duras y la cama tambien todo lo de mas esta muy bien.

One. Of the worst hotels I've ever been to. There are cucarachos! Nothing serves. Beds old, TV of the 80s, the bathrooms have no where ppner the soap. There is No water to drink. It smells ugly. And the price. $850.00 for a vile pigsty. I've been in hotels cheaper and, by far, and better in every way.

The room was a little dirty. The pool also a bit. The hair dryer didn't work.
The facilities themselves are as they look in the pictures, the staff has a friendly deal. It's fine for the price it handles. I think it can get better.

Great reception, comfortable rooms, clean mil just like there's no chef at 9 am? From there on out without complaints ☺

"We arrived here on Sunday and when we arrived at the hotel the lady told us there was no reservation for that day, " that if we were sure and that by what means we had done and we said that by travel agency 2 months ago (18 January) and we he said we sit and the wait had us about 15 min waiting and then we talked to tell us that yes there was reservation but she didn't know anything, he told us all this show of the rooms shut down and we were sent to the other hotel (son-Mar) that the facilities really were unpleasant, just imagine how was that in the tray of the glasses of the firm there was a dead Cucarachita and the service saw and did nothing, so they stuffed the tray again but good was only one night, arriving here at the Grand Reyes, the next day, tell us that the rooms were not clean, thing that gives you to understand that there was no incident I'm going more why it was bad organization and had occupied the rooms, outside the facilities give you a look that zero to do with the images of the Internet, and inside because the only thing that looks like is the pool and bathroom, there is little that maybe you will say that we are very delicate haha but we are not really used to that, for example I send you some pictures … "

Good service, nice rooms and location. Parking is a plus.

In general well, the room that touched me a little careless, the carpet with spots, you can not control the air conditioner, you have to ask at reception that someone go to turn it on and off, just left a towel and we were two people, I liked the bed was comfortable. No maintenance.

This well located, in an area of Monterrey accessible everywhere, but the general conditions is neglected, the entrance is very nice, the prices accessible from 750 to 1000 but if the rooms lack more cleanliness.

No hot water, beds are hard and rather uncomfortable, music next door was so loud we couldn't sleep, no remotes available for the air conditioner, so it was a one-time setting for the whole night or you'd have to call the front desk. It is close to the metro station.

An excellent attention from Bruno Ponce, my stay was the best, the only detail is the cleaning of the pool.

Lovely staff, great rooms with amazing bathrooms, and great food. Couldn't ask for anything better.
