The place was very comfortable, so adequate for any business travel, or any social event, and also very cool to be inside the pabellón m building, for attending any events there or concerts in the auditorium.

The service was pretty good. All guys are such kind. The drinks was so cool. We was present even in a marriage proposal.! Nice place… =)

Wow. It has the best views of the city. The hotel is located in a mall. A little bit noisy in reception when is a event or expo going on. You have to pay a 100mxp a day for valet parking on reception they have to stamp your ticket to be valid. When I was there I got a 25% in the restaurant. Restaurant is located in floor 16th. You have the best views. Buffet for breakfast is over 300mxp per person. Next to the restaurant is a hangout place so you can watch TV or read books. I have floor 7th and the beautiful view of Monterrey mountain.

Very nice hotel and excellent service and location. They need to fix the vents for the waste water pipes; the room has a foul smell sometimes. I found out that leaving the shower door closed, made it better. Other than that, everyone and everything was great.

Of the best hotels that I have gone, the bar is sooo father, the restaurant's menu, super good, wine list and full menu of drinks outrageous. The view of the amazing place.

I just loved it from the 1st minute to the last. The staff are incredibly cheerful and helpful for starters. The room I stayed in was a standard one and it was very spacious, the air conditioner worked a treat, very clean and had a decent view. At the top you'll find the restaurant. Breakfast can be both a la carte or buffet and there is plenty to choose from. There is also a decent bussiness centre to use. I haven't been to the fitness centre so can't comment on that but looks nice on pics so I'm sure it'll be in tune with the rest of the hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it.

Hotel was quiet and room was clean and very nice. Felt very safe but entrance was a bit confusing. Without a local on our trip it would have been hard to find.

It is nice, but the administration is lousy, they did not find my reservation, and had done it a month in advance, I put in a room that I blocked the key the next day, I had to ask for clarification to respect me the two days reserved, because otherwise I would have had to leave the hotel because they no longer had "rooms available", they did not give me bill, I charged each day separately, doubled my friend's reservation, Uff, it is amazing that this type of hotels can not have a Fluent communication between their staff and their management systems.

Amazing place to stay. Great, social and caring people who work there. If you come to you have to stay here! So many stores and things to do. Hard to leave hotel when they have all the places inside in here. Movie theaters, restaurants (Italian, sushi, etc. ) 17th floor has the best place to eat with views.

This is were I always stay when in Monterrey Mexico. A lot of security so you always feel safe Located inside a shopping areas, food courts, restaurants and a pavilion where concerts are held. Best hotel in Monterrey.

El hotel en lo que respecta a instalaciones es muy bonito, limpio, nuevo y tiene una maravillosa vista hacia la Macroplaza y el Cerro de la Silla. En lo que falla terriblemente es en la atención al cliente, las habitaciones las hacen muy tarde el incluso en recepción al momento de mi llegada me ofrecieron algo que al salir por poco me hacen pagar si no me dijo a tiempo. Hay que tener cuidado con ese tipo de cosas, que en mi opinión es mentirle al cliente.

Fiesta Americana Hotel has an amazing service, a very good location is exactly in the center of the city of Monterrey, besides the view I had to be on the 17th floor and from there the view is amazing I was in a social event of the organization Puertas Abie Rtas.

The best option in Monterrey for work-related travel. Excellent room, business centre, breakfast, maid service. A bit isolated but on the floor of the shopping plaza there are very good options for eating, the gym is very small and with few appliances for the dimensions of the hotel.

Very well located at the center of the city. Venues restaurants, stores, a theater and an impressive Cityscape. Good option for business or pleasure trips. The restaurant and bar have impressive views and really good service. The cons: parking, you must leave your car to the valet and/or press for a parking pass from the front desk.

It's good without being excellent. Everything was clean and they treated me well. The location is good and has parents views, if you like to shop this annex to a new and very nice shopping mall. Personally I loved the bar in the upper part of the hotel to me they treated me very well and a nice view although I do not expect it to be cheap, has a cute swim channel and apart the hotel is close to downtown Monterrey. The only thing better could be the valet parking that is somewhat slow.

More than excellent service! All the staff is at 100% dedicated to making you feel comfortable. Modern and comfortable facilities. I don't give it 5 stars because the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired with its food.
