Good overall experience, service provided by personnel was on point, premises are in adequate state.

The hotel looks great in pictures but it really is not. The pool is very small. Breakfast is very simple, eggs, cereal and bread. The reception people are very friendly that yes.

Un hotel con buena ubicación, cerca de la central y del centro de Monterrey. Las habitación sin tipo Suite (económica) y el precio es razonable. Deben mejorar mucho en el desayuno de cortesía, el cual por ser de cortesía es raquítico y de poca variedad, además de impuntual; ya que dicen estar disponible desde las 7 AM y realmente hasta las 730 u 8 lo colocan.

It is a regular hotel the rooms are comfortable however being located in a not very graceful area of the city there is not much to visit around the area, the free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired however the restaurant that is located inside has good prices and COM Regular Ida, as far as the room prices I found something expensive and I think you can find something more central for that amount.

This hotel is located in an area where it can mobilize one relatively close to several points of the city. It is combeniente that have the restaurant attached to the hotel spoon. And there is free breakfast for guests. However, there were some aspects that were not to our liking. There was very little light in the room. The safe and one of the lamps were not operating. Also there was no hair dryer (which is one of the amenities in the hotel). The small pool was dirty. And most importantly not communicated a message that was required at the reception. And neither is followed when required a safety deposit box that will work. The bathroom and the room itself were somewhat neglected. I don't think using the services of this hotel again.
