The rooms are very nice, and the location it's just right in the middle of the city but was a very fast drive from the airport. A bad point it's the swimming pool, because is faced to awalking bridge on the nearest street so pasers by have a full view of the pool.

Excellent location, the staff in its entirety stands out for friendly, efficient and very professional. Free and very fast internet in all or almost all areas of the hotel which makes it practical to work from your computer in any corner of it.
It connects directly with CINTERMEX and this is very comfortable. Do not say the access that is available to the Fundidora Park also directly.
Parking is free if you are a customer.

Great location. Next to The Fundidora Park, it is ideal for jogging, walking or just visiting the park and nearby attractions such as Paseo Santa Lucia and Macroplaza.
As for the hotel, it has all the amenities to guarantee a very good stay. Excellent service.

Easy route to get there. Great location and use of parking is free which is good. My husband was part of the organization of a Dialogue in the Dark workshop and all the hotel staff was inclusive and approachable with him. I appreciate your attentions.

Super comfortable, great service, great food. Fundidora is really fun for your kids. There's many good restaurants around (10 — 15 min drive).

It is the closest option to CINTERMEX, very comfortable to get in and out of the exhibition halls. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. So much for the good. The service and its warmth depends on your dress and the tip you leave. I've never noticed it as clearly as here. Finally, the price is exorbitant considering its relation price vs profit. There are 2 best options less than 5 minutes at the best price.

Very full and excellent location but the rooms are small, the facilities include pool and gym. In song to the food is good although the price for the breakfast buffet is made me too expensive, the staff service is good.

Good location, room nice and clean but they didn't leave bottles of water like in every other HI I have been.

La verdad pase por fuera y estuve solamente de acompañante pero todo lo que pase alli estuvo muy muy bien el ambiente y el trato. Fue muy divertido y emocionante el estar alli. La gente te atiende muy bien y te trata como debe ser.

The hotel staff is very attentive all the time they are with a smile and always helpful the facilities are first level and they are super close to one of the emblems of Monterrey and Nuevo León which is the smelter Park.

Excellent location right in the smelter Park. The hotel is a little old. The hallways need a renovation. The room was very nice and comfortable. The best of all the breakfast, super complete comparable to any resort, with all kinds of meals for all tastes and not only for the Mexican. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent you place and location. I loved it! The view is great, very nice hotel and lots of things to do out there as it is located in the fundidora park and the views are excellent. The breakfast buffet that is included in the room very good. Highly recommended hotel, would stay without hesitation, I loved it. To improve I would love to welcome more flexibility in designation of the room, and the dinner a la carte is somewhat expensive and not so good.

Unbeatable location if you want to visit business points related to Cintermex or any exposure that is being made or if you want to enjoy a stroll through the Santa Lucia passage or want to visit the oven 3. The hotel has a tunnel connecting the Cintermex business centre; In the vicinity there are good restaurants and nightlife.

It is a very comfortable place, it is very well located because it is inside a famous Parque de Monterrey in addition to being very central. It has a very good restaurant, tennis courts and swimming pool.

My family has stayed in the holiday inn most times we travel and this by far was the worst experience EVER. First issue was I needed a blanket for my son I tried to call downstairs and the phone didn’t work, so I used my cell phone and got hung up on 3 times. Then there was no wash towels. They had none and didn’t go buy some until we called corporate and it still took an hour to do so. Then the staff is just rude. So now I come outside to smoke and I asked to buy a drink (water or soda) and he tells me to go back upstairs and call room service. I said I can’t because my phone doesn’t work. I asked if he could order me a drink and that’s when it became a problem. Mind you he is standing in front of a mini fridge that says water but I had to wait 20 mins for him to give me the water. He was really going to make me get in my car at 3:30am to go to oxox. Yes it was this serious, being a diabetic you get dehydrated easily and that’s how I was feeling. I will never recommend this location to my worst enemy. STAY AWAY if your black. Them seemed really nice to everyone else. Yeah I said it. Issue? Then prove me wrong.

Very good service, excellent attention of all its staff, clean facilities, friendly atmosphere, I do not place the 5 stars because the parking lot is not very neat so it gets crowded and it is difficult to get place when there are events.

Good atmosphere but should improve the rooms a bit (renovate them). The best thing is the direct access to the smelter Park.

The location is perfect, on one side of the smelter Park. You do not need to use any means of transportation to get to the park simply walked. The only thing I did not like were the beds, very hard. In the same way the sofa bed is not comfortable at all.

I've stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and it was really great. The room was really big, with docs in a separate area, and welcoming was really nice: special desert from the chef. The food is international. At breakfast you can have/ask almost for anything, you can easily find your type of breakfast. Lunch and dinner was likewise: amazingly prepared with an eye for details, very fresh and clean, with impeccable and friendly staff service. I would recommended if you're in town, it's been really relaxing after work coming in the hotel.

I really like the location and the fact of the parking lot in the smelter Park. The steel lounge is quite nice, however it was pretty cold the place. They must improve their air conditioning system.

Rooms are well sized and comfy enough. If you fancy eating in the restaurant and are vegetarian, you're totally buggered. Staff are helpful and polite. Location is great.

Es un buen lugar para quedarse. El restaurante es regular, usualmente se demoran en expedir facturas. Es un poco difícil el acceso al hotel en especial si pides que te recoja un Uber. En adelante lo único que mejoraría es la ubicación de los conectores dentro de las habitaciones, son difíciles de acceder.

Very pleasant attention, if your goal is to go to the park, to an exhibition or event in the arena or the auditorium is excellent, very clean and comfortable, although the restaurant is expensive.

It is a good place to stay on your tour of the city. The rooms are necessarily spacious and have a nice view of the city. Room service, gym, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, among other things. It is a very cozy and highly recommended place.

It is very well located and has a spectacular view totally recommended the only point that I see to improve is the gym because it has very little material to do exercises and the machines with which they need maintenance.

Beds are comfortable, AC is on or off, no real control over the temperature. Most rooms have a connecting door and you hear everything through it. There's a lot of activities in the central part of the hotel which leads to a lot of noise. The curtains can't be closed so it can't be really dark and never order wine from room service, go get it downstairs or they'll bring you a more expensive bottle than what you asked for without asking hoping you'll just buy it since your food is there! (2x the price once and 1.5 the other time)

Very comfortable accomodation, the buffet breakfast has a nice variety of options. High-floor rooms have a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is exactly at Fundidora park, so you can easily go there and have a good time.

Este Hotel es muy bueno principalmente para turistas, debido a que está cerca de Cintermex, La arena Monterrey, el parque fundidora, un poco más lejos pero no mucho Santa Lucía, a mí opinion la mejor cara de Monterrey está muy cerca de este Hotel.

The room is standard Holiday Inn fare. Staff is above average, always helpful. Outside pool, clean and refreshing. Gym equipment is ok, clean. Restaurant is also above average.

This very nice hotel, just rent a room for two and give you only a breakfast. That's nonme taste.

Absent-minded like me, people very careful because if you leave things forgotten in the event Hall it is impossible to retrieve them… take your precautions!

Holiday Inn Monterrey is a very confortable hotel, it has a los of stuff like swimmen pool, gym, tennis and a great lobo where you can have a relaxing time. Also the rooms are confortable because of it's beds.

It's about as clean as you'll get in Monterrey! The service was quick and effective, although the phone in my room was broken (there was one outside the room… But that's not IN the room). Lights flickered on and off the first day of my three night stay, but that's probably because of the crazy electrical system here. I don't think they've heard of wire nuts in this town… just electrical tape. I would have liked a hot tub, but the proximity to El Fundidora made it perfect. Very safe.
