Its proximity to the airport makes it valuable. Otherwise, it's the same as the others in the ONE chain.

There is a general bad smell inside the hotel and rooms, the air feels too humid and the air conditioners don't seems to be able to cope with the heat and the humidity of the rooms. Some doors have problems opening fr the outside, had to go back to get the maintenance guy to let me enter my room. Need to improve a lot before I could recommend it.

Practical. Decent breakfast. Good air conditioning, very close to the airport. Comfortable beds. Small bath. Well for one night.

A very practical hotel excellent rooms very comfortable and practical and have shuttle service to the airport.

At first glance the hotel looks good the staff that attends at the reception are very cordial, but when passing to the rooms is another story it seems as if it were under construction the mattress is very soft and the air conditioner has a smell of humidity.
I Think this hotel is in very bad condition.

This hotel is the worst I have stayed at! It smells bad, the lobby has no air conditioner. But the worst thing is the room. First, rooms are incredible small. The bathroom for example, I had to use the toilet with the door open because it was so small that it couldn’t close with me inside! The bed is so small that my feet were flying at the ankle when I lay on it. And it might sound like I’m a giant but I’m only 5.9ft. The air conditioner was making a very loud sound and I had to go and call more than 6 times to the reception in order to get another room because they didn’t wanted to move me to another room. Now It is 4:30am and I am writing this review because the fire detector woke me up by making a very disturbing sound, I had to call them to come and fix the sound and it took over 30 minutes for somebody to show up. Also since the rooms are so small and next to each other the TV from the room next to us sounds like is inside my room, I can clearly listen to all they are saying. I spent the night here because I wanted to rest before my flight and it ended being quite the opposite. Believe me This hotel is not worth the price, and does not even deserve 1 star. Don’t come here!

Neat rooms, bed and bathroom. The shuttle is available every 30min to the airport as courtesy and the morning breakfast is great.

Noisy, not clean, annoying the waitresses very early, when one is sleeping, go and ask if one is going to stay longer, if one wants to talk to the receptionist, that's wrong, do not have to go to disturb. Bad TV service, salty food. Very expensive, for the service they give, the small rooms, air conditioning does not work and you hear the noise from the rooms next door I did not like! Thank you.

Excelente hotel si piensas viajar el siguiente día temprano. Está ubicado a 3 minutos del aeropuerto, con servicio de transporte cada 30 minutos y desayuno sencillo desde las 6 am. Muy cerca hay un Seven eleven y varios restaurantes buenos. Tiene muy buenas instalaciones y muy buen servicio.

An excellent view towards the city, the rooms are small with no in room service, the treatment is friendly, has free breakfast emergency stairs and ramp for people with disabilities service moved from the hotel any part of the parking is free.

Smells like shite and the room is almost empty. Bathroom is horrendous.

Great location, very friendly service, however at night we ran out of water in the bathroom and couldn't fix it or moved room.

It is a very practical hotel, small but comfortable rooms with contemporary design, the colors of the room make the rest very good, good pillows, soft beds, cleanliness in general. The breakfast included is ideal, there are several options to choose from and with good taste. The cost-benefit ratio is very good.

Simple and functional, there is good value for money as for a similar price in other hotels you are more satisfied. For a factory with dorms, it is very grey and box in the hallways. Inside the room there is minimum space to walk between the two beds. Not bad but everything is very small. In my case the plate and the key were not helpful, every time I came back had to try to enter several times until someone arrived to auxiliary, after going down to reception and ask for help clear. Breakfast is not bad, tastes good but could improve.

Excellent service, proper place for a quick stay. The rooms are comfortable though very small. The Wi-Fi is lousy not to send files, only for social networks. They have in the lobby a couple of computers for the use of the guests.

It is a place that offers the basic attentions for those who travel for business or work. The room is comfortable although something small.

Very good service, have the car shelter service for 100 pesos a day much cheaper than the parking services near the airport, usually I stay here, have small and medium rooms but very comfortable to stay one night.

The hotel is made for what it is, no details at all, they go with the price, the service good, the rooms reduced but not at all offending, the weather in the crappy room does not work and there is a smell of caño for many places in the hotel.
Good breakfast for a morning but annoying if you stay a week, as monotonous as the blue that covers in abundance this mid size hotel.

Good for one night, the breakfast is good when you rushing, recommend it.

My worst experience in a hotel was here. They send Me to room 115 and since I arrived I realize that the heating was not working well. I speak to the reception to check it and pass me a quilt to cover me because that heating did not rise to 17 degrees. The external temperature was 1 degree. I take the quilt and they tell me that the heating in a while more would heat up, issue that never happened. If it hadn't been for the bedspread and the clothes I slept with I would have had a very bad night. To top it off in the morning I try to get into bath and cold water! Never warmed, very to scarcely half warm came. At least I could rinse my head off. I told Them at the front desk before leaving and they made it like it wasn't novelty. They Only saw each other. Thank God It was only one night. But bad night. I Do Not wish it to anyone with the temperatures that we are living at the moment.

The first room had ants all over the bed and night stand. Switched to a room with a heavy humidity smell. The staff did not offer extended parking lot service, but thankfully the shuttle driver did. Which saved us 25% of a third party parking lot service. The staff was friendly and attentive.

So so place. Only needed to stay one night, so it was acceptable.

Excellent to be close to the airport and not to miss your flight. The people who cater to you are very kind. They have breakfast included at no cost. And the laundry area with self-service took me out of an emergency as I stayed a whole week. Definitive I would stay here again.

The airport is saturated! Flights to the CDMX have delays of at least 2 hrs. As Peña Nieto says. This doesn't matter! It's time for my life that I'll never get back.

Change of mind, the employees are very friendly but there are important details for the comfort of the guests. There was no water left in the shower or sink. No air conditioning in the lobby. There was No water in the toilet and they offered to change from room to 1 in the morning.

Very close to the airport, if you go in business plan or connection with another flight highly recommended, clean and good attention.

My stay was excellent. Clean room, good service and good breakfast.

Of the ONE Hotels, it is not so good. However the airport transport is reliable and it is quiet to sleep there. The management could be more accommodating and stay on top of maintenance issues.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (with excellent English, which is helpful for a non-spanish speaker like myself).

Nice stay full of Mexican hospitality, nice stay for business in a convenient location for late arrives an early departure for the Monterrey airport.

The place is good for an overnight stay. The hotel look old and a bit run down. My only complaint is that the A/C wasn't working properly.

Great place to stay, I stayed one night prior my flight back to BC, has all the basic needs.

Malisimo removed, water for hours and zero recommended care a peanut if these sudsy.

Very bad experience. My room was very dirty, small and not closed the door. The hotel is under construction with ask finishing and poor service.

Good place so pay, very friendly, without problems to get your invoice by email at the time, it is advisable for people who travel for work, the only thing I don't like is that there is no possibility to book directly at the hotel, you have to contact a central reservations and make you lose much time that you change a day rate to another. It is tecomendable.

Tiene muy buena ubicación esta a 5 minutos del aeropuerto y aunque es totalmente autoservicio las habitaciones son cómodas y el servicio no está tan mal.

Typical hotel to spend a night near the airport because the flight leaves early. Not would choose in another case.

Clean room, friendly staff. The place smells like a sewer. Communication poor who make their reservations online. I was told that there is a laundry and where to buy detergent. When I arrive at the reception to report to me that they don't sell detergent and in the shop next door sells. In the store does not sell. I had to pay a taxi to go to buy detergent.

The rooms are very small.

Good rest is needed to improve breakfast.
