Excellent place, atmosphere very nice, the staff wonderful, has a parking lot! And close to everything.

We don’t have an ocean view but face an attractive enclosed courtyard. And they supply coffee and cookies 24/7! My only complaint so far is it’s noisy caused by music coming from nearby bars.

Only 3 short blocks from center of town. Staff led by Hugo and assisted by Alexjandro were very helpful. Rooms clean and service above and beyond.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only good thing about the hotel are the rooms, they are very elegant, from there on it is very bad.
Recommendation: Look for another hotel.

Excellent deal for its guests on behalf of the entire staff, from our arrival the receptionist super friendly and attentive, also the guy who gets your bags and your car, very comfortable and is very clean, close to all the atmosphere in Sayulita, beach and tourist centre and leave the hotel quickly to make the procedure, thank you for all your attentions and we hope to return very soon.

My wife and I are just about to be at the end of our lovely stay at hotel Oz.
I highly recommend Oz to anyone that wants an incredible, real Mexican hotel experience. The owner Juan is a wonderful person, and Lisa and I loved spending time with he and his charming girlfriend. The staff could not have been better.
Each of the people who work at Oz seem to love their jobs and they treat each guest with incredible care. The drinks are perfect, the food is top notch, the included breakfast is magnificent, and the rooms are clean and well appointed. I injured my ankle while at the pool and Maria who does massage at the hotel and is also a chiropractor worked miracles for me. She is a saint and the best massage therapist I have ever seen in my entire life. I highly suggest staying at hotel Oz if you are visiting Sayulita.
It is our home away from home and we will never stay anywhere else. Thanks to the whole staff.

Really quaint and well situated hotel, great breakfast and the nicest staff you could ask for.

This was my best stay in Sayulita. Previously I’ve stayed at Villa Amor which has gorgeous beach views from each room. However, Hotel Oz has the best service and staff who really cared to make our stay outstanding. The rooftop pool is in the sun (unlike many hotel and villa pools in Sayulita). The rooftop bar is the best part. The bartenders bring drinks out to you while you lounge in cabanas at the pool. The drinks are amazing. And to top it all off… continental breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Freshly cooked eggs and pancakes to order as well as beans, rice, some meat dish, pastries, even flan! Being closer to the square is actually a lot more convenient than being on the beach. Also… seemed very kid friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Stayed for a week in November 2017. Great rooms, great food, great service and great people. Sayulita is small enough that you can walk anywhere from anywhere and Hotel Oz was in a great central location. The restaurant was fantastic and we spent many hours on the rooftop patio enjoying the views, sun and bebidas! And we cannot say enough great things about the staff, all of whom were professional, personable and efficient. We look forward to returning!

Great place to stay in Sayulita with an awesome staff that was incredibly responsive to us and helped us out in a number of ways, always eager to go above and beyond. The rooms are all very new but the wood has an odd smell. I would recommend but some incense if it bothers you but overall excellent location (a little noisy) and beautiful rooms. If you find Sayulita Is very busy then head to San Pancho which is much more chill.

Rooms were great; new and clean with nice bathrooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The roof top pool and bar was amazing with lounge chairs and cabanas over looking the town with ocean views. It's new so they are still working on some details like needing a shelf is shower and some basics like hooks to hang wet clothes but overall it was a great experience, we'll definitely go back.
