Very father everything, a lot of security, except… in an adult pool there are more children than adults, and in the hot tubs there are always a lot of people, and it should be maximum 3 and in a maximum span of half an hour, and stay inside up to 10 people and eat and for hours, and no guard tells them anything. And they leave no chance for others to enjoy the jacuzzi. The pool with very few children and the excellent swimming pool.

I have been a member since '09. I have stayed in studio to penthouse. I always feel safe and cared for. Awesome spa, always have a massage or 2 while here. Best vacation of relaxation ever. Located in area that as a woman feel safe walking on and off resort have many places we go to eat on on off resort. You won't be disappointed traveling with children, friends or alone. Home away from home.

We had a fabulous time September 2019! Family stayed at one of the luxurious villas and my family in a two bedroom suite with a breathtaking view of the ocean and marina. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. We enjoy the beaches, and the lively night life. It’s definitely our Home away from Home! Mel confronted my husband of two days, “are you a drug addict? ” after we declined his sales pitch, which was admittedly poor. We had discussed medical marijuana with salesperson Michael, who we had really enjoyed, and apparently he had passed the info along. This place is REALLY CREEPY. Can’t believe we wasted precious honeymoon hours.

It's a lovely place, We have enjoyed the Marina view from our 5th Floor Balcony. They are very friendly and accommodating. We will be back again.

First time out of the country and so extremely satisfied with every thing I experienced here. The staff were amazing and always so very helpful. We stayed in the corner Penthouse suite so we got to see both marina and the ocean. The food at the buffet was always fresh and amazing. Jovonny, Sebastian and so many others there were so gracious. The Palapa’s at the beach front were fabulous — and Gustavo-always smiling and Pedro were always close by to make sure we didn’t run out of drinks or anything else we were wanting. Thank you for making my vacation something to remember.
The first day we were there, a crocodile was spotted in front of the Hard Rock Hotel and they had the front poloppas yellow taped off until 24 hrs had passed with no sighting of him. Joes — I will call him our body guard was always in watch to make sure everyone was being safe. Everyone was so amazing kind!

Love this place. My 8 year old daughter calls it her second home. The rooms are super spacious and clean. Very nice cozy feeling. The customer service is excellent. We have booked this place 3 times and we still love it. The ocean view rooms are even nicer. It's also a kids friendly environment. The workers are very nice and they do a great job at keeping this place clean.

The hotel is very comfortable because everything is close by, the rooms very spacious and with good maintenance. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the area. The pool with slides is very fun and the water temperature excellent. The food is very rich and varied. Too bad the service of the staff in general, from the front desk to the waiters are even rude at times.

Great resort located about 20 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. Lots of US and Canadian visitors stay here. Most of the staff speak English. The food at Mayapan is amazing! The buffet is just ok. There are a couple of beachfront bars that you can grab drinks and something to eat. The water is warm and the waves are mild. The decor needs a little updating, but the entire resort is clean.

Great location. Beautiful beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So many activities to do. I’m a member and unfortunately members don’t have many benefits. That is why I’m giving it a 4-star rating. The prices that members pay are very expensive compared to what other non-member guests pay, with even more benefits such as All-Included.

Rooms are a little bit too old, beds could be more comfortable. Also restaurants are really limited specially for "all-inclusive". The only buffet the hotel has, have very few food variety. It would be nice to have music at the beach or at least a volleyball court. I think is pathetic the gym has an extra cost even for all inclusive. Finally the list of drinks dont have a lot of options.

Great service at the beach and at the pool. Very inexpensive. Great hotel rooms. Cleaning ladies come every day, with new sheets, and mopping the floor. Has a buffet, that doesn't cost a lot of money, and restaurants near by that have great food for little price as well. Also, a supermarket near by that takes less than five minutes to walk to. There is a tiger and parrot cage for all visitors to see. Front desk have great information on outdoor activities. Overall a great place to stay at for little price and great service.

Great place to vacation. Could have not asked for a better place to sit on the beach or next to the pool. Service was excellent! Over all, highly recommend vacationing here. Paradise village, thank you for great service! We shall be returning. Guaranteed.

We had time of our lives! We have been many places but after our stay we joined the resort. You could stay there for a month and never see or experience everything the area has to offer. The staff was extremely friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the beach so clean. The owners are concerned about the enviorment, all the water is filtered, they give back to the community supporting the children. They have a foundation saving the Tigers as well. We can't wait to go back.

Excellent overall Resort. We have been visiting for 18 years and we keep on Loving our Vacations. Great food, excellent service and hospitality. Really fair prices. The entire resort including the rooms are always well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel. Kids will love it.

We just returned home from our stay at Paradise Village and we had a wonderful time! The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed the food from the different restaurants on site. We attended Fiesta, Western and Tropical nights. We had a palapa at the beach for 3 Days with the BEST server, Sergio! He is AWESOME! He never let our drinks run out and always checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything! At the quiet pool, we were also in a palapa and had a wonderful server name Rogelio, he also took great care of us! I can’t say it enough about the staff! They are wonderful! This was exactly what we were looking for our vacation to Mexico! We purchased the all inclusive “gold bracelet” and it was so worth it! We will definitely be back again next year!

Great spot to stop by, relax and get supplies when sailing. Right next to it there's a mall to where you'll find pretty much anything you need, including a dentist and a grocery. On site the accommodations are clean and well maintained. For good and beverages the prices are fair and the quality is good but not excellent. The pool, the beach and the location are great. Overall, this is definitely a great package at a fair price.

Excellent place makes the staff that your stay is super nice, beautiful place the facilities in very good condition and the staff with an excellent attitude kindness and transmit how happy they are and what they like the place where they work.

The hotel supposes to be luxury when it is not comfortable, very expensive in prices, the all inclusive only includes certain things, it has cost the GTM, food and even drinks in this plan… very Desepcionada.

We are timeshare owners and like the location, however in need of refreshing the rooms and bathrooms. No dishwasher or washer/dryer in unit. No dishwashing liquid or any small kitchen starter items. The activities by the pool MUCH too loud and annoying. Not everyone wants all this racket. Geared more towards the local families who stay with young kids and seem to overwhelm the resort pool area — sadly our room right above kids pool when we requested room above adult pool. The resort itself is large with quite a few amenities. Noticed staff not as friendly as prior years. Staff should also be able to communicate with resort guests adequately and be more knowledgeable. Prices too high in Spa.

Excellent service, great view of the ocean and good beach front property. There's a pool for kids near the hotel itself and a shared pool for about every four condos. I highly recommend staying in the condos, much fun. It's located next to a mall which is very tourist friendly, but very expensive. Watch your wallet! Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Good, just short of great. Option of all inclusive or not. Multiple dining options. One theme night daily with all you can eat and drink on premises buffet. Good walkable beach. Decent rooms, most have kitchenettes. Nearby mall has other dining options plus very nice grocery store. Wouldn't call it romantic, but it had a decent vibe for a large resort. Pool areas and beach tend to get a little crowded. Adjacent marina very convenient for charters. Overall a great experience!

Excellent and huge family hotel. Quiet with a fine sand beach where you can get several meters walking. Pools with bridge and slides for the small, overlooking the marina on one side and the ocean on the other. This is the choice of restaurants or rooms with very well equipped kitchenettes.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff very helpful and the food quality has improved a lot since the last time I was staying there. I think the all inclusive price is worth it for those who just want to rest.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. It was only going to be 2 nights, but we extended it for an extra night on the first day, as it was so nice and comfortable there! I recommend it to any travellers that enjoy an easier lifestyle and the convenience of having friendly staff to help you, and everything you need in one resort! I definitely plan to go back when I next get the chance.

This location is also called Club Regina and my comments stand for that location since it's the same place. The place is beautiful. Restaurant food when a buffet is lacking in both presentation and taste for the price, except for the desserts which are beautiful and delicious. Much of the food on the buffets was barely warm even though we went fairly early on Valentine's Day. The food from the pool location has excellent salads and sandwiches. Be very cautious when you check out your bill ask for proof of everything you've signed as we were charged over $2, 000 pesos more than I had actually signed for and 4 days later I am still waiting on the credit on my credit card for the difference. Unfortunately this location as beautiful as it is has very very little Beach and no way to get around to any of the main Beach since it is on the marina side.

Wonderful Resort, we had a great time. From check in to check out, all employees just made sure we had a pleasent experience. People outside the resort were very polite and made us feel very safe. I would recommend paradise village to everyone. Very family friendly place.

The place is nice, the facilities very spacious, although this can be a big disadvantage if you get to the entrance, "2 blocks from the beach". Good food, but there are some employees who are messing with everything, because of their poor treatment. The all inclusive is relative, it turns out that it is only from 7:30 am to 22:30, outside that time you have to pay up for the water.

I really loved it, an extremely beautiful, divine place, the best hotel I've ever been to, great attention, clean facilities, beautiful beach, a pretty spacious place is totally beautiful it's totally worth going, you're not going to want to go, the hotel more complete, clean and Nice. Very luxurious and at a totally affordable price for everything there is!

Paradise village is an amazing resort/spa that my family has been going to for over 18 years now. It has activities for all ages including pool side activities, shuffleboard, volleyball, tennis, golf and so much more. In addition they are in the process of remodeling and it looks fantastic. I can't say enough about it. The room are spacious and always clean and the service is top notch. If you go to Puerto Vallarta for any reason there is only one place to stay, paradise village!

Resort is comfortable. Impossible to get beachfront palapas. You have to call each day, if you get through you're put on hold indefinitely. Many beachfront palapas are open all day. The party reserving just throws down towels and maybe returns later in the day. Even though we were advised you are not permitted to put down towels to hold spaces. It is not enforced. Really isn't fair. Happy hour is only 5-6pm at beach front and pool. Would be nice to have noon to one and 5-6.

Stayed in a one bedroom oceanfront studio. The room was perfect for two of us. Nice kitchenette and perfect view of the pool and ocean from our balcony! Could walk to a small mall for groceries from our building.

Promised gifts for attending was not given to me and I wasted time at the airport and the resort for nothing but a headache and vacation time that was promised and not given. They said I still had to pay 15.00 plus taxes on a boat trip only one of three items promised. They did not apologize or offer any. Kind of gratuity for there insightful and misleading promised not kept. I believe that is lying. And I would hesitate to be part of a company that condones such business practices.

We booked Paradise Village in November for one week stay. We had a one room Junior suite with balcony (view of marina) and kitchenette, nice room with a very comfortable queen size bed. Super clean hotel and very friendly staff always checking up on you to see if your being looked after properly. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning and was taken care of immediately. The restaurants inside the complex are very good with variety of cuisine’s, and just outside the complex is a shopping plaza with many more restaurants, even McDonald’s, Starbucks, Domino‘s pizza, grocery store etc. Or catch a cab just outside the front gate and go to some other places. At no time do you feel obligated or trapped to stay inside the resort. The pools were great, one pool caters to families with kids and had lots of activities. While the other one was more adult oriented. Some more umbrellas would have been nice, your always looking for shade it seemed. Nice beach with many cabanas, food and drink service is excellent. Once you get yourself oriented everything is a 5 min walk or less. Like most resorts they will try to introduce you to timeshare, just remember anything that is free is the beginning of their sales pitch especially at the airport. Get outside the terminal and take a cab or prearranged shuttle. At the resort it was more subtle, especially if your not interested. I highly recommend this place it has something for everyone, book early in the year for best prices.

It's a great place, you can have fun, but also relax, plus the beach is big and very clean. It is a place for the whole family, as there are slides for the little ones and small areas; However adults can also enjoy themselves, with the activities, the luxurious restaurants, the attentive service and beautiful facilities inside and outside the hotel. Also the food is delicious. Finally, the Mayan design gives it a cultural and striking touch.

I found the hotel to be very complete. There are many activities available to do and you will definitely never get bored being there. The location is good as the hotel is located in Nuevo Vallarta. The rooms are very nice, all have air conditioning and internet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this hotel!

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff is generally pleasant, courteous and helpful but a lot are also overly officious. There seems to be way too many petty rules. The food at the one specialty restaurant is very good. However you ably get to go to it one night in a week with the standard all inclusive package. The food at the buffet is the worst I have ever had in 40 years of coming to Mexican resorts. There is little variety from day to day. The quality is generally poor. Selections are few. I would not waste my money coming here again at any price. Even if it was free.

This happened to me Last year! I went again to Nuevo vallarte to a different hotel this year and it was a work of difference! When I checked in at the paradise they put me on the bungalows at the very entrance of the hotel which was far away from the beach and all of my family, I requested if I could get a room closer and they put me in the administration quarters which had a very small room with a full size bed although I had my toddler with me! I had also requested a crib but they had delivered it to the bungalow! Needless to say I had to sleep my first night on a wicker loveseat which was super uncomfortable! I also needed to print something for work and when I asked a lady named Nelly she was very rude to me and did not wanted to help me however right in front of me she was very nice and pleasant to a white gentleman! I am seek and tired of employees worshipping white Americans and discriminating their own! I hope this hotel trains their employees better! Most of the employees where nice but this Nelly lady was just so rude!

Sylvia & I spent 2 fabulous nights here! The service experience is fantastic, friendly, helpful staff. Food was great especially the breakfast buffet! We cannot wait to move here & start our charter business.

First time here and had an awesome experience! Upon check-in, my studio was upgraded to a 1 bedroom ocean view at no extra charge. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful! I would definitely recommend Paradise Village to my friends and family. Overall, I had an awesome vacation here!

Amazing place to stay right by the beach. Hotel tricked us on the bill after stating one price they gave us a bill for another at checkout. I don't think they deserve even one star. We stayed 4 days no one talks directly and underhand us on the bill and deposit.

Beautiful location. Rooms are nice but the top blanket had stains so we asked the maid service not to out them back on the bed. Lots of things available such as spa, massage, multiple pools, basketball courts, etc. Staff is all very friendly and helpful.

The term "all inclusive" is nothing but a scam. Yes you do get certain drinks and a small selection of snacks included in your package but we checked in 3 hours early and they wanted to charge us $40 at the restaurant for what we already basically paid for. Then every single thing that you request or eat you will need to sign a receipt paper even though it's no charge which quickly became a unnecessary unconvince because it took much longer to get your order through the waiters inputting your order through a computer system and then bringing it to you. The gym says it's included but it's only for gold package. They kicked us out of one of the cabana huts because it was apparently only for owners. Every restaurant and/or bar closes at 10:30pm. How does that make any sense? Guest come to vacation and get away from their routines back home so why do they want to go to bed early because there's nothing to do. Overall it's a nice and clean resort, but if you were to compare it to other resorts for the money this resort is most definitely not worth it. Look somewhere else before booking here.

Really nice location. Great views. Easily swimmable beach. Nice facilities and pool. Food is decent. The staff they have yell on microphones by the main pool for activity/game stuff is very loud and obnoxious… Should at least not begin until after noon so guests on vacation can sleep in.

My family, including 8 members are staying here in two separate rooms. I am staying in a room with 5 of the members and I'm currently on the pull out couch. It's surprisingly comfy and the rooms are great with their own kitchen and family room space. We even have two washrooms in the area and a washer/dryer. The resort beach is gorgeous, clean, mild and very large with many seats. The servers are very kind, almost all employee speak English and there are many events throughout the day. The food is fairly good and authentic and the drinks are great. Fair prices all around! Tons of things to do, or just easy to sit on the beach and relax. Great place and I've been here eight times before!

On vacation at Paradise Village for a week. Everyone is so friendly! We speak English and not much Spanish but most everyone still can communicate well enough with us. Resort is fantastic, very clean and fun! Lots of daily activities and things to do. Food is great also and cheap! Would highly recommend for a vacation.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The service is amazing, the location is perfect and the people are amazing. It would have been 5 stars, but the quiet pool was full of children and they don't do anything about it (even though they were asked to multiple times by many different people)

Very nice, my kids I loved to see the Tigers of Bengal so close, the show of macaws and flower-filled gardens typical of the region. I hope to return soon.

Visit the hotel thanks to a session of photos in which model and after that visit go back with my husband and children to enjoy a pleasant holiday, highly recommended for families with children, small and large.

The following are extracts of a letter I have sent to paradise village's on-site manager regarding financial practices at hospital san javier nuevo vallarta: "sir / ms: … my wife and I love paradise village. … You have a great staff, and we particularly appreciate their actions in assisting us while I was hospitalized at the Nuevo Vallarta San Javier Hospital … Rightfully or wrongly, the image of Paradise Village has become linked to the hospital. … The hospital's medical care was GREAT! The hospital's accounting / financial management has been HORRIBLE, perhaps even unethical. Upon entering the hospital I had to make a substantial financial deposit that was to be reimbursed to me after my insurance company paid my bill. Three hospital representatives (including the supervisor for International Insurance) have confirmed that my insurance company paid all of my hospital expenses except the 3 meals that my wife ate at the hospital, and have stated that I would receive a refund of my deposit (minus the 3 meals) on my credit card "within a week. " After three months of repeated efforts I have yet to be reimbursed my deposit. … I have subsequently learned that other Paradise Village members have experienced the same problem in recovering their hospital deposits. I started out thinking that this was a case of poor hospital management.

The resort was very comfortable with mostly good service. This was the first all inclusive I had been to that had regular paying guests so it was a bit strange getting service as it was always through a waiter. The nightly food events were very good with the buffet being restocked very quickly as they had small chafing dishes so every thing was fresh. My favorite theme dinner was Mexican night as they had regional specialties set up by region. The ocean was quite surfy and was fun to play in but no good for relaxing. Because it is a mixed resort the drinks are really good as a regular paying customer would be paying eighty to one hundred pesos. Overall a good resort to stay at. My only complaint would be the difficulty of using my own cup to cut down on garbage because of the waiter requirement.

A lot of discrimination to give the best service to the foreign I Page almost $ 7000 pesos per person and we were given rooms by the entrance and we had to walk almost 200 meters or more to go to the restaurants in addition, each time you order a drink or food I ask for the room number.

Clean rooms, and we got an upgrade so very spacious. Friendly staff. Smaller resort than we're used to on the Mayan Riviera. The food is good. Beach is great.

Another great experience at paradise village! The trip in has continued to get easier over the years. It is a great family friendly environment with a large assortment of fun activities. The food and drinks are very affordable. My family loves coming here and will continue to.

Comfortable rooms, attention very good, the events during the day very fun, the food is exquisite. The mexican fiesta is my favorite, the ballet of mexican folklore the best of the night. 100 % recommended.

The best of the vacation in this hotel, is the proximity to so many amenities including my favorite starbucks that is right outside of the hotel. Also enjoy tours and walks.

We traveled in a group to paddle surfing, kite boarding, sup, surfing and so… and the resort we facilitate our activities as it is located right in the middle of the bay and we stayed close to the best beaches to practice our sport. We even had a chance to practice all water sports on the beach of the resort.

Great place very beautiful but the food tastes horrible the pizza tastes like play doh and after eaging at the buffets my stomach was all over the place good thing I brought plenty of protein powerd wich basicly kept me alive during my stay.

Fantastic Resort! The staff is amazing, most are bilingual and are ready to assist you. The facilities are world class, with a wonderful stretch of beach on the Banderas Bay. The El Tigre Golf and Country Club is also a gem. At the end of a seven week stay, I don't want to leave.

This has been one of my favorite resorts I have ever had the opportunity to stay at! The staff was amazing and a large number of them were bilingual as well as extremely friendly and knowledgeable on fun things to do in the area.
