The prices are very high I agreed to what they offer and previously they did not charge children. To this day they are already included as adults. And the facilities have been cut. It should be noted that the receptionist is not at all accessible and only wants to place you in a higher cost bungalow and only sees for its benefit instead of supporting the tourist when looking for more options.

Very quiet place super recommended! The sea is a delight, it just lacks some maintenance to the pool.

Have staff wear a mask. Unsafe, not following covid safety measures. I'm handicap, order first floor and they they gave 2nd floor in the rear. Had to pay an extra $120 dls to upgrade to first floor.

I had a planned trip for this Saturday… the staff was very friendly and helpful.! Choose better to go to another hotel… it would be very good if you take a customer service course because I see in the comments that I am not the only one, many complain about the same as good that ami touched me with the receptionist before making my check in… and thus be able to prevent my vacation from being displeased…

Extraordinary place to rest, the beach is amazing looks like Laguna, the sand looks like a mat, the bungalows have the rooms in second silver but are very spacious, all services, stove, fridge, micro, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, living room, two full bathrooms, and even a laundry room, and the staff who work there or talk great people
All the reception very friendly and Liz extraordinary person were from Monday 29 July to Saturday 3 August despite being high season the place lucia very quiet

Affordable prices is not a 5 star place and does not pretend to be, it passes a quiet family, the breakfasts offered for the groupons are limited but they are in my opinion very good, as far as attention, we went in low season and I guess I didn't have N Full staff since although if you clean daily, you can play until 2 or 3 in the afternoon, same in the kitchen area is a wait of approximately 35 minutes since you sit down until you start to eat.

Over booking. … sent to two other Riu hotels and didn't get the belcony rooms we paid for 6 months in ADVANCE! We weren't impressed to say the least. Will NOT go back.

This hotel is the best hotel my family has ever been to. Although the weather outside the hotel rooms during the summer is at it's extreme, the rooms stay cool as a fridge, I'm not kidding we tried to figure out how to turn the air cooler but couldn't but maybe it's for the best. Please be aware that it is a good idea to keep doors closed and windows too because there are Figeater Beetles outside the rooms. The pools remain clean and warm at all times through night and day. And just a bit away from the area is the beautiful beach. I recommend visitors/guests wear sunscreen when going outside. Also please bring a large cold bottle of water. You can buy these items at the nearest Oxxo convenience store,

Very pleasant atmosphere. I paid $400 pesos for a pass-day, and I returned in food and drink. The pool, bathrooms and the beach, everything was very clean.

Excellent place, very equipped and with the service just what they promise. The only deficiency I saw in the restaurant of the place, the food is not bad but not very good, lack more variety in what they offer of food. The Wi-Fi is quite good, although it is only in certain areas, I think this is perfect as it is supposed to be a place to get out of the routine and vacation.

All good the only thing that is missing in den bungalows is to have access to the bathrooms for people in wheelchairs.

It's a nice place but I agree with a previous comment. They need a lot of maintenance and a lot of staff training in customer service.
As an experience I do not return and I would like you to take the trouble to read and attend to the comments of your guests.

A simple place to spend a few quiet and comfortable days. The food is good and the service quick. The rooms have the essentials and with good air conditioning. There's only one TV in a bungalow with a few channels. The Wi-Fi is free but there is only in the pool area. There is parking and wheelchair access. Cleanliness is basic, so you might want to take chlorine. The access to the beach is a few steps and the sea super quiet. A simple place but very comfortable if one is willing to have a good time.

The Rooms are very busy. The Access Road is an Imposition for normal CARS. Watch out with the "Tickets" for the Bar. These Tickets end up being settled at 200 Pesos apiece, even if nothing is consumed. The Staff studiously conceal this Pig. We ended up paying 1200 Pesos for 6 Cans of Beer. Never again…

Pesimas Facilities in everything, the doors no longer close, the sheets, towels dirty and old, nets destroyed, the window no longer close, the old air equipment and there is only in the bedrooms. The location is 40 min from Puerto Vallarta and the access is not paved so if you take the road will have several potholes. Find another Hotel.

This Hotel offers the use of its swimming pool facilities, terrace, toilets, changers, showers, palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a minimum consumption per person in food and beverages. Good Service, the quality of the food well. But the best is the beach; We had a great day and would like to stay later.

The beach is ok, the bungalows look nice from the outside but inside they need some maintenace, overall it's an ok experience.

In the bungalows the microwave does not work, or the stove, or the TV is not seen.
The beach has many stones and branches, and the service is not very good like the food.

2 years ago Esruve Ahi and Aunq is not luxurious, very good. But they have stopped keeping the bungalows properly and they are very deteriorated.

I have stayed and used day pass, very clean, nice, very familiar, the restaurant have very bad attitude, the receptionists are very friendly.
It is an excellent place to visit to rest.

This place is the absolute worse and expensive for what it is. The rooms are dirty, the kitchen was gross, the stove looked as if no one had cleaned it in a long time, and put fridge was switched out 3 times due to it not working! All of our food went bad overnight even tho we had a "brand new fridge" I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. As the pools are also super dirty, and all the paint around the pool is falling off and there's crust everywhere. This is absolutely horrid and gross. Do not waste your money here it is not worth it. Stay elsewhere.

Not the best beach but not the worst neither… You can spend a good day if you don't set too high the bar.

Bungalow was clean, had a/c and with everything you may need for the kitchen. Rooms were clean and had extra pillows and blankets if needed. The bathroom also was big enough with a shower and toilet and sink outside of the bathroom. Front desk was very nice as well. Direct access to a clean beach, there weren't any big or rough waves, perfect for our family.

Love this place. Our pets are always welcome.

The restaurant Buzzos, is very comfortable and the atmosphere is great.

The most positive thing that I can say about the place is that there is a small shop inside the facilities of bungalows and a simple restaurant.
In general, the price does not correspond to the benefit.
The situation that is totally unacceptable, is that the toilet has no seat. It is something you see in public baths. In addition to the smell of sewage in the drain of the shower was unbearable.
I had to go to reception three times, so that solved the first problem in the evening. The second, neither we spoke. Fortunately, my stay was short.
