The hotel is very nice, lousy service.

Do not pay for the all inclusive, scarce and disgusting food, drinks or talk.
Little food on the menu apart from the fact that they do not have even half of what they say.
They can't even give you change in room service and the food arrives cold.
They do not clean the rooms, we reported the broken air conditioning, the water spilled out of the room and the technician never arrived.
They do not comply with meal schedules.
Pools always dirty.
Snooping and mediocre waiters.
Don't throw your money in the trash.

Entrance to the room earlier does not include desserts as it is all inclusive and it is not so lousy bad drinks malisimas your food as the old malistic wings pole with feathers the truth disappointed would not return their staff very friendly all and helpful.

It is my fourth night staying here and it has already been a terrible experience, do not come do not throw away your money and your time like us, say that the service is lousy I fall short, as it is all inclusive and neither desserts offer anything nor one and of the scarce menu there are still many things that there is not, the staff is insufficient and if I list everything that happened to us I do not finish.

The place is beautiful, I loved it. They have very good care.

We have just returned from this hotel, the rooms and facilities very well, the rooms very spacious and its facilities very relaxing and pleasant, as for the staff as all some very friendly and others not much, the salvageable is the animator Rafael very nice his treatment and his entertainment, the only bad thing is in the food, the dishes although good tasting are very small and there is no great variety, we were three days and every day there was the same, in terms of desserts at breakfast and lunch there was not only at dinner and it took a long time to serve you, you also asked for something that came on the menu and they told you that there was none.

Very nice place, all very father, excellent service, the staff is very friendly, the beach I loved it looks like a swimming pool, giant, very clean throughout, the food scrumptious, all in general very well, we were happy that we took were days to continue enjoying it, we were on the part of the agency, Sergio Sosa, at the beach club we were very well served by Ivan, all very well, my family and I were thrilled and we will go, 100% recommended!

The grounds are lovely, staff is very kind and reasonably attentive. There is no separate pool for kids, just saying.

We have owned a home in BNayar for 3 years. We are very DISSAPOINTED and would NOT EVER recommend buying or building a home here. Within the last three years — it is now 2108, we still cannot get Wi-Fi. The first generation of homes built, were all required to adhere to strict regulations — the new builds, which are popping up all over now, are obtrusive and no longer follow the original rules. Because of this, we no longer have our view! The BNayar office is so disorganized, that they can neither vouch or prove anything, nor can they produce any original records or architectural requirements. Beyond that, the owner familial negotiations and devolopments that go on as a whole, without any communication with owners,. Residents, etc. Is obviously short-sighted and unethical. The perfect example is of the owner, selling himself the 'beach club', so that it is now, no longer a nice, private membership-based club, but a tacky day pass club that has trash all on the beach, styrofoam, straws and beer cans everywhere. There has been a lot of improvement, but on a strictly ethical, and responsible level, it was the BNayar employee hotel staff that were caught stealing and robbing several houses/hotels within the 'faux' hotel complex and development — the employees were charged and sent to jail, if for only one night. Lots of homes were broken into, with a lot of valuable things taken and damaged.

Very good place to vacation, quiet and beautiful. The restaurant is very good. I recommend the tacos of the sea of shrimp… And the chicken Ciabatta.

The villas are very nice well equipped resting place, but they lack staff for housekeeping. They don't leave towels, toilet paper, soap. They lack those details the people are friendly. The service of the spa is very good and at a good price.

B Nayar is fabulous. Friendly respectful staff. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Including all we could drink fresh squeezed orange juice. Besides chilaquiles and fresh fruit. Beach right out front and three pools with normal amounts of chlorine. (In my opinion hotels WAY over chlorinate). Fish market with crabs, Dorado, red snapper within walking distance. And best of all SUPER quiet. Tranquil.

I love! Without a doubt one of my best holidays, is the perfect hotel to relax and have a good time with family.

My experience in B Nayar was amazing, the facilities are super equipped, the apartments are truly luxury like the service that we received. If you're looking for a place exclusive and quiet this is the place. In addition, in the week that we were here we were able to visit many traditional places and beaches without equal, all very close and accessible. One of the things that caught us was the private beach, the wave is very soft, which looks like a pool gigantic. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up. Without doubt we will return.

The rooms are decorated with a beautiful design, very comfortable beds and in addition to being very spacious, feature a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and service. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff is very attentive. Definitely the perfect place to relax and feel at home.

Beautiful place! Ideal to enjoy in couple, it is very private and relaxing. Bucerias is a 5-minute drive and you will find good restaurants and lots of variety. The staff of B Nayar is totally attentive and fun. The service at the beach Club restaurant was impeccable, with margaritas to match. In the morning the breakfast was fit for royalty, and that is how we feel all the time that we were there. We were given a lovely suite of two bedrooms with sea views and are very large departments, they have up to service room, washer and dryer. Thanks to B Nayar, and all his staff for making this vacation the best!

If you want to build your dream house near the beach I completely recommend They have truly thought out the needs of the home builder. For example, you only pay for the services you use. So if you don't live here all year you won't be paying for a pool you don't use. If you want to rent out your property, they have cleaning services, concierge to stock the pantry, maid service, etc. Oh, and the extreme water park will make your investment double overnight! Call me if you want to see this property or build here. You will be pleasantly surprised.

It was an incredible experience, the rooms are beautiful and the pool is clean and large, it is worth taking a little bit of luxury. Everything is perfect, and the staff is very friendly.
