Excellent service and attention in the meeting rooms.

We went this weekend with my family and 5 we went 4 we ended up with diarrhea. Cold food no longer has the same taste or quality. Less stews, less variety of bread. The Manager's attention nothing to see as when Mr. Mario was there. I hope Mr. Gutierrez Montero knows this and puts up a solution.

Very nice hotel, good service, but I find it a great area of opportunity that when they make Mexican buffet for dinner, they do not serve a la carte, we have people who prefer the menu to the buffet and we have to put up with, personally the Mexican buffet of the night does not pa well, as there is not much variety, and there are no fresh or healthier options.

Great place for those traveling. Beautiful king size bed, comfortable mattress and pillows plus awesome rainfall shower with tub… breakfast was on outdoor porch and patio under umbrella… buffet style with kind and attentive servers. My wife and kids said "fancy"! Breakfast complementary.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious. It has a restaurant, gym and spacious gardens and also a pool. Nice to stay with the whole family or for business trip.

I am giving my review based on the customer service experience and interaction with the Hotel manager "Gina". She was very rude and clearly played favoritism towards guest maybe because I wasn't a resident of Mexico her answers to my request were short, rude and standoffish. The staff were Amazing and professional attentive at all times. As a guest and a group of 18ppl, I had specific requests for accommodation for my family during breakfast time the staff went beyond the rules of their Manager "Gina" to accommodate us even though the staff were in fear of loosing their jobs. If you are looking for a calm, clean, All inclusive hotel definitely this is the place I would highly recommend it! However to the owner of this hotel, I would highly suggest you consider a New Manager or send her to a Management course to learn that Management is not to intimidate your employees and customers as it reflects on how she's running your business.

Very good hotel in general, I did not get to stay, but I attended still event and the food was really very good, the restaurant was spacious, the bathrooms extremely clean, it has Wi-Fi for every floor of the hotel with excellent speed. The hotel has a pool next to the parking lot. Overall very good but the price is quite high. I can't qualify the rooms because I couldn't get into any. Apparently I saw many rooms and the hotel space is very large.

It is a very nice place to view, the gardens invite you to rest near them, it has a pool that looks interesting. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. It has a restaurant where the food is rich and the breakfast buffet is the best you have seen and there are stews and you can order it on the grill. The service is very good, the people who work there look for a way to make you feel at home.

This place s actually dh the food was good but made me sick. The cleaning service ladies ould always move our stuff around there would also be Band-Aids in our shower. It's a pretty hotel but not that great for the price oh and the moldy bread made my mom sick.

El hotel me gusta por sus áreas verdes. Sus cuartos son espaciosos y el restaurante es muy bueno. El servicio que me ha tocado las veces que he ido es excelente, aunque a veces las personas de recepción no son lo más gentiles que deberían.

I love this place! I t Have gone here for many years and have had great experiences the service is well and the food is delicious! It is a good price and a beautiful hotel. The rooms are pretty clean and from my experience are never dirty. It's a pretty nice stay if your in zamora I recommend it alot. Oh ya they also have a cool gym and a nice pool. They also have some mango and other fruit trees so it looks really nice and pretty.

The positive aspects of this hotel are that inside you have a decent view with a small pool; It also has a ' good ' breakfast buffet included in the lodging price. The parts to improve are that the rooms already look old and they need maintenance, there are other options in Zamora with rooms more presentable at a lower price. Plus they don't have the best location touristically speaking. I would recommend lowering the price of breakfast buffet, it is true that in Zamora there are not many options but it is a very high price (170 pesos).

Good service in general, has the good detail of washing the vehicles of the guests from very early in the morning, although for me bad luck our room was close to the parking lot and the washers woke us up with their racket. Excellent buffet, very varied and of good quality, we are definitely going back.

The location is very good, just outside of Zamora, heading for Jacoa. A fairly quiet, vegetated, clean and safe place. Breakfast is delicious and the staff very attentive.

Even though it's a nice place as far as the exterior goes, the place us not worth the price you pay. The Esthetics and the fact that it has a small swimming pool and a small gym, the rooms are nothing to write home about. They are small and typical of what you find in a hotel, My sheets were not changed for 2 whole days, the pillow cases had some stains on them and I had them 2 days straight. When I checked in the price was 65 dollars/day, I stayed for 9 days and the first 2 days I left a tip for housekeeping but noticed the sheets were not changed. I also noticed the room was under remodelling so there were patches of stucco throughout the room, I also noticed the room was not fixed and it was almost 4 PM and the room was still the same as when I left in the morning! I am not coming back to this place even though the pictures are nice and it looks good but the room and the service is something that I was not happy with. Over priced and not worth the money, I'd rather stay at "Eco Hotel"…

Nice place to stay, rooms are clean and spacious, includes a buffete breakfast. The only thing I didn't quite like is that you could hear almost everything the next room's guys did.

The hotel is very nice, the buffet breakfast probably the best I have ever tasted, unfortunately upon our arrival we stumbled upon a person at the reception quite impatient and rude, nothing willing to help.
