Ami I loved the bedroom overlooking the large square of Patzcuaro very cozy and with all services from very warm water its coffee service in the room and a nice bathroom also with all services.

Its rooms are very clean and service five stars.

I charmooo very quiet, clean I will return!

It is a very central Hotel, moderate prices, it eats delicious in its restaurant, its furniture and decoration, they invite you to enjoy your stay, not only in the rooms, but also in its common areas, excellent.

Very disappointed with the heating in the room only went up to 17 degrees, the water in the cold shower, we asked for a extra blanket and they told us that they had not had, the bathroom full of hair dirty.

Unfortunate my experience today, I have spent years visiting them because it is a significant place for the family. Today we wanted to share it with people who visited us from abroad and we were denied the service without a argument, about how things happened, what I qualify as a discriminatory act. Sad because it is never to return.

Excellent service, excellent atmosphere for true relaxation, delicious food and very michoacana; in addition to the personal attention to surprise our loved ones if they so request. Congratulations! I will come back soon.

So far this place does not disapppoint, rooms are spacious, clean and their Wi-Fi is good. Just couple of improvements, their parking is off site therefore valet service should be offered. Place is difficult to get to, even though is right next to the main Plaza.
