All the l service is excellent, the attention of all the staff very good, all very friendly, the best thing is that they welcome you with your pet without any problem, the food of the restaurant very rich, without a doubt we will stay there again, a very careful hotel facilities, and the gardens too.

Excellent place to rest, heating in the rooms, you can enjoy the pool, play on the tennis court or bowling. It has many corners to take pictures. On the mattresses and pillows you rest for your comfort. It is well located and on weekends it has live music. I recommend the hot chocolate, corundas, uchepos and enchiladas placeras.

The place is beautiful, for those who enjoy ancient and historical sites, its location, just outside this magical town, allows you to visit without having to suffer from the traffic jams caused by the influx of tourists.

The food is rich and the attention is cordial. The place is fantastic: spacious, clean, nice atmosphere.
The only thing I didn't like was that it takes too long to serve the food, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry (it took about half an hour to get me a simple dinner).

Nice picturesque hotel. Heating, Internet and all the expectations of its category. The building is very beautiful. The only bad thing is that the road divides it into two and is very busy.

Good hotel. Large and comfortable rooms, very clean and large gardens. But the room was very noisy, you could hear everything from the next room and the party room they have. We were charged a price of four adults though traveling with two young children.

Too noisy, I couldnt even rest. Children running and shouting, the kitchen appliances could be heard from my room at 6am… the amenities were ok, they have heating, the room was ok too. I went to dinner. It is a restaurant with a casual and cosy atmosphere. It has a window where you see the sky (that the night of Pátzcuaro is wonderful). The food is fine, and the variety is good.

Good hotel, the rooms although they are small are cozy and the bed is very very comfortable. The only one but it is that they are cold and the heating is not enough. The pool is not heated and there is only breakfast buffet. If you ask room serve you charge a commission for taking it to your room.

The Place is nice, however the restaurant offers a limited menu, as there is no a la carte service, only buffet which does not have the best dishes especially the meats that are quite dry and not juicy.

The service is good, the rooms are comfortable. It Is A restored hacienda so it is of colonial theme. The gardens are beautiful. The Restaurant has areas of opportunity to attend to.

I don't consider myself a fussy person, and I must be honest the stay at this hotel was not very nice. I asked for a simple room.
Details that are worth knowing: 1. — I was given a double room, i. E. With two single beds, the excuse is that they had a mistake in booking and there were no more rooms available.

The other day in the afternoon, I returned and had already made the room, I replenished the bottles of water and again without CAFË. " The coffee never came. I think it's a terrible disrespect.

The beautiful grounds around this hotel, the fireplace in the restaurant, the friendly courteous staff make this a wonderful, quality place to stay in Patzcuaro. A couple of items needed attention (table lamps that wouldn't work), but the room was clean and had modern amenities even with the rustic, colonial decor and architecture. In November the Poinsettias in the gardens alone are worth the visit. Good Internet. The view of the lake from the Balcony, where there's seating for sipping morning coffee adds to the value of staying here for a getaway.

I regret not being able to take a tour of the Hotel Beat Western Plus Posada de Don Vasco in Pátzcuaro! I'm here because I attended an academic event. My room is spacious, clean, lighted, with balcony and garden view. On a previous visit if I enjoyed the pool with cold water. The Restaurant offers typical local food but also dishes from Puebla. The service and attention from the check in to the hotel, cleanliness of the room and restaurant have been excellent.

Avoid this restaurant! Service was the worst. We arrived for an early lunch and we were told there would be a 30 mins wait because staff was getting lunch ready. We waited for 90 mins to get our food. Staff didn't know where our food was. We took it and just left because we needed to be somewhere else. When we finally ate it was greasy, and wasn't tasty at all.

Is nice but old, the attention of reception leaves much to be desired and you must look well to the location of your room, because if you give the front of the restaurant you can't rest with so much noise all the time.
