Beautiful rooms and a great view from the restaurant patio. The staff was very friendly. Definitely the place to stay when in Morelia.

Exceptional experience.
The breakfast buffet is simply the best I have ever had in any hotel, outstanding quality, variety, and presentation.

My stay was very relaxing, check-in and check-out were smooth. I loved that it was quiet at night, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

This place is really nice to stay at. The room was big, and the bathroom was clean and pretty modern. The air conditioning worked great too.

Beautiful hotel with a spectacular view that comes with a calming scenery! The only issue I had was the masseuse lady they called for the massage I asked for.

Lovely clean and quiet hotel with good value rooms and extremely helpful staff.

Lovely, quiet, safe, clean hotel in an excellent location just 10 mins walk from the cathedral. Super helpful and friendly staff.

This place is something else! A true hidden gem. The piece point for me was perfect…I booked through a 3rd party website, fyi. My wife and I got massages and the drinks were amazing.

From the moment I arrived at Maja I knew I was in for something special. This boutique hotel is a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality.

I went a year ago and I loved how they take care of the water. The installations were very clean. Also, you can expect an excellent service, they are always attentive.

Beautiful very careful. Very rich food very friendly.

The massage and spa experience was the best I have ever had. The whole day was so well planned and thought out. The staff has the best energy and truly was present the entire time.

Mansion Solis, have a great breakfast restaurant. You should go and try it, the customer service was exceptional.

Centrally located, clean amenities, excellent service, security guard at night and incredible value for money.
The capsule beds are comfortable and equipped with a light and power outlet.

Great place, cleanliness is impeccable.
And the beds very comfortable, you feel the good vibes🥰
And the prices are super affordable.

A classic old Mexican hotel… it does have an elevator but the stairs are beautiful. The hallways can be noisy (echo because ceilings are very high). Service is great!

This is a colonial beautiful hotel with a lot of history in the heart of Morelia. Their service is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, we had no issues at all.

Room was impeccable. Parking was super helpful in a difficult situation (I was driving a F250 in the small streets of Morelia), the people were sweet and professional at the same time.

An amazing hotel in a rebuild villa. Very beautiful and comfortable as well.

The hotel's location is the best in Morelia. You can enter the hotel through the beautiful paseo San Miguel. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

If I was to rate this hotel only on service, I would’ve given it 5 stars. The valet staff went above and beyond everyday to fulfill our needs and be helpful.
The room was exactly what we wanted.

Waiters were unfriendly und just rude to tourists. Food is very good and the location as well as the place is really beautiful, would recommend it. They got mad because I didn’t give tip.

I recommend all excellent service!

Good service and good location.

The site is very nice. Breakfast is rich and free.

Very quiet clean excellent very friendly your employees breakfast etc. I recommend it.
