I was in two rooms, both beds very uncomfortable, not comfortable because they were as rigid as a board.

Under my room gives a table of the outdoor restaurant with the screen on football at full volume, I understand the people who like this sport, even, it is to my liking, but the respect for the right of others is La Paz… guests screaming and with the bulla at full throttle…

The place is incredibly comfortable, the price is very good to spend the night, I arrive late so the guy at the front desk could no longer keep my car in the parking lot, however I left him out. However I went into a mo cámara and the plug for the jacuzzi was useless and I had to invent something so that I could enter the tub, speak to reception and the guy (the location there was, the receptionist) could not help me for the repair, very kindly offered me an apology. They are however I find it lousy that the east just, with no one who can help any repair, I as a customer obviously feel a little upset, pay a Master suite practically for the jacuzzi and this does not work properly.

I loved this hotel! We stayed here after finding out the hotel we originally picked via Expedia — DIDNT EXSIST anymore! Its ok, it turned out great! They had a room. Every staff member was very welcoming and friendly. We felt at home and safe the entire time. They serve breakfast and coffee. Fresh fruit with yogurt which was delicious! The cathedral is only blocks away, so it was nice to get out and walk around the lovely town. We will definitely return to stay there. I highly recommend this hotel❣

Suite 3 is excellent with two levels, with skylight that gives you very good lighting and hot tub. The room is very quiet and the bedding is fresh and clean. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and the continental breakfast is light but it allows you to hold up until lunch. The location of the hotel is unparalleled for a walk in the center of Morelia. It does not have its own parking but it has an agreement with a public parking located around. Widely recommended!

We stayed here for five nights. Our room was clean and nice, and the location was great. The staff was nice, although their English wasn't always helpful. But they did try. It's a good value for the location. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good, intimate place, in a good location for a reasonable price.
