It was a huge penalty this hotel trash arrived from Mexico City, the reception was very good I went for a walk with my family I have a newborn baby and a 4 year old baby that at the time of bathing we noticed that they do not have hot water since 10:00 of l night we were told at reception that they would verify the problem but they did not give us an answer, being the midnight already monera for the situation the commission mentioned that they did not serve the boilers that until monday would fix it, it is impossible to think that hotel of this category did not it has hot water service we had to leave the hotel and demand our refund why it is not fair this situation we were very disappointed that caring hotel garbage apart 3600 night we paid, eye so that they do not go to that hotel!

Amazing place, cool cast, great food…

I love this place, but today the food was not to my liking. I don't know if they changed Chef, but it didn't taste good, it was cold and the portion of the food was much smaller than the previous occasions.

Perfect for a mexican/morelian breakfast. You must have it outside. Service was excellent. We had enchiladas suizas and chilaquiles. After that you should go and walk through downtown.

Beautiful boutique hotel very close to the fountain of the Tarascas. It has a very nice colonial patio to enjoy breakfast.

Very nice hotel, the food of their gourmet restaurant is good. The employees have a very good deal.

The hotel and comfort are perfect, but when you receive many events, as expected you can not rest, as these start very early and usually make a lot of noise in them and you want to rest but you can not why they wake up very early as the Noise penetrates enough walls.

The maids are, say very unkind and with a very dense humour, mega high super high rates for what it is and has a lot of moisture, Luz Maria is a receptionist with a damn mood of the demon, so that is not well attended at home by her husband.

It is very good hotel, nice concept, the food of the restaurant is great, the staff of reception and valet are very friendly, however have to take care of your cleaning staff, I missed some things that do not have much value, but if I caused annoyance.

Bad, book table and I respected my place, tablecloth dirty, I served the time that they wanted no respect for my time, and I puntualizaron too much time out. I felt depressed and Bad experience, I expected more… pedi sparkling wine and I got white wine, study food, so that is the kind of service they gave me… I do NOT RECOMMEND.

The noise is unbearable in the rooms of the second floor.
