Lousy service, are the 16:00 hours and still is not the room, it is assumed that the check-in time is 14:00, the staff just said that they do not know and who do not return.

The truth is very central and very comfortable and has breakfast very rich if you recommend.

Lousy attention they took us out saying q we have that q does not ocupariamos more room, which it never did.

Very good attention of the hotel's well the service is pretty good highly recommended to visit Morelia.

The service is very good and good attention from the staff I did not like the breakfast but the room rate is cheap compared to other places where I've been (here if you had breakfast) other more expensive and don't have I recommend it for families.

Bad experience. The location is excellent and overall the cleanliness of the room is very good, I have no complaint about that, what I have complains about is the PÉSIMO SERVICE, the first day we were told that without respect that we had booked one month in advance, they had just sold all the rooms for an event and they would have to change hotels, but they would move us, that charge was on their behalf… they didn't respect that and just wanted to send the bags and told us to walk to the place… when I was already in the "new" hotel, they call me from D atilanos and tell me to give me back, that they saved me a room… what the hell are they playing by not respecting the reservations and when we were moving from hotel like playing ping-pong?, in the end they left us in D atilanos with a group of high schoolers who ALL night had music… I do not recommend the hotel, even if it is a place with great location and the prices are super accessible, I do not recommend it at all, it is not worth… I'd rather pay a little more than be putting up with abuse and people who aren't professionals.
