Restaurant Excellent atmosphere and very nice, with a menu not so wide, but very exquisite, and the entrance of butter flavored to the same very rich, with a very nice view and attentive waiters, but if you climb a step to the guest area the first thing they do is invite you to re Servar, which I find a bit unpleasant since you can't even take a wide picture. But overall very good restaurant area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is the best accommodation option in Morelia, close to the historic centre. Breakfast very good, nothing bad to say. Recommended!

It is a very nice hotel, however from the entrance the "security" feel owners of the hotel and prevent the passage to the facilities if you want to know the same. The service in general is like this, Bellboys, reception, Restaurant… very poor service and attention.
They also offer a buffet for $250 pesos odourless, nothing out of the predictable and the waiters get annoyed if you give them 10% tip.
I don't recommend it. Lousy experience.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel in March 2018. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and well laid-out, the patio area is a tropical garden, the location is excellent — there just isn't anything not to like here!

I love this hotel, I stayed here twice, it's unique 16th century colonial architecture with a modern touch and amenities make it a perfect stay, I recommend the soledad suite, it is spacious and has a unique Jacuzzi with matching stone decor, I would almost call this hotel prefect but if it had a separate living room, and early breakfast It would have been a plus.

As far as the hotel is beautiful. I had many years of not visiting it and it has changed. I think my but it starts with the treatment of the restaurant staff and that's why I don't put 5 stars. At the time of arrival we kindly inform that the closing is at 10:30 pm and we agree, we were not going to stay long but the issue is when we start to attend and every time we report the closing which was very annoying. The attention was bad and hurried by the same. Very bad, no longer makes you want to return.

An amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms and common space with delicious breakfasts. Did not have other meals so I can't vouch for them. Beds are extremely comfortable and the location is central to Morelia. Literally cannot be more in the center of town. Some rooms have views towards the cathedral which is right across the street. Staff will go out of their way to help and serve. Balconies are small (not big enough to step outside) but they allow for full sized doors for fresh air. Dead silent at night.

This is a beautiful place to have breakfast. The menu has many local dishes but unfortunately not many vegan options. All the same, fruit and juices are fresh and delicious and the ambiance is soothing and full of local charm. Internet is fast, in case you need to work here: download 88.93 Mbps and upload 13.84 Mbps.

The minute I stepped in the hotel I felt welcomed. A few mosquitoes had snuck in when the door entering the hotel room, I called room service and they quickly brought a mosquito repellent plug. Everything was clean, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Overall a great experience, I'm definitely coming back.

Very Beautiful hotel with great service and food. I was discussed when I found a lot of dead mosquitoes all around the room. Everywhere I looked I seemed to find them. Periodically found live ones flying around the room. Shower would not drain. Had standing water for most of the day until hotel maintenance could clear it.

No doubt the solitude hotel is one of the best hotels in Morelia a block from the Cathedral with a colonial style exquisite food and decoration lamps and lighting make it a first hotel.

Incredibly beautiful from the time you enter. Great staff that made us welcome. Very romantic for my girlfriend and I. We had a deluxe suite that was perfect. It got a little noisy but it is worth it for the location. The food was incredible. We are there every morning. The chilequiles were amazing.
