A Mr Joseph name, picks up pretty bad. They must take care of staff who put in service to the customer. Call to request a rate and simply not me gave the information that needed and I hung, call several times and not me answered. Why not sell. Them qualify with a star, because if not not me leaves post but neither a star les gave. Too bad.

The rooms need a renewed, as well as the carpets, the environment is feel old and sad. But what really or I liked was the bed, felt that was lying on the floor, very hard. Nothing remarkable good general services
Bad breakfast, played artificial commercial cookies. The location is very good that's why awarded 2 star.

The hotel is old but clean and the price is expensive if you compare it to other options but, its location is privileged, that is, in the end what we charge you. Excellent choice for business traveler.

Facilities are very old, very small rooms and very high rates for what offers hotel, 150dls rate is similar to the Fiesta Americana, but with the difference that the Polanco Hotel does not have King or Queen beds in beds just a pillow, the bathrooms in the rooms are "micro", it has No own parking, there are q leave truck at pension at the rate of $200 bucks per day and if not you will have q take the risk to leave your car in the street, etc. They charge the same as American fiesta of Santa fe, just pq in Polanco, but decent facilities and great service.
