It is a hotel that only good thing is the location.
rooms with dirty old furniture.
at night it is very noisy with the show in your bar.
We were sent there because our hotel did not respect our reservation and we asked to see the assigned room and when reviewing the room this was dirty, they used it not even wave pull the lever and so they deliver the room to the new guests.
Furniture and bed covers look old, carpets dirty.
A hotel that is in need of renovation.

The location is good, the back entrance is on a not so cool street, but you can always come in by the front door. It's not a remarkable place, it's just ok.

La habitacion fue de dos camas. Fue basico. Me gusto la zona. Me gusto mucho el desayuno. Me gustó como estaba decorada las mesas. Muy amables. Los precios están bien.

It's a 4 star hotel… The rooms are barely a 3 though. The staff is 5 star for sure. Great deal for the downtown core. Safe area of town and clean. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to the city.

It is central and the staff is friendly, they are old facilities but if you don't have as much budget it is a good place to spend the night.

If you don't have budget you can get to this hotel, but honestly it's an unpleasant experience its cleanliness and the impression of being an old place. The staff and very friendly, however the area and its rooms do not help much to this score. The most unpleasant Thing was to find a stain on the carpet in the room, a blood-like stain. Television reception is limited. There is nothing left but to sleep and leave as soon as possible of the place.

It is located in a good place, very close to Av. Reforma. "But" is an old construction hotel. (serves to spend the night). It's economical.

Nice hotel, it is neither very luxurious nor very bad, it is nice, hot water, TV, and air conditioning, the truth the view of the city is good and this in a quiet area of Mexico City.

I take a great experience. It is not a luxury hotel it can be clarified but it fulfills its function.

We have many years visiting Mexico city and all time we uses this hotel.

It does not serve Wi-Fi with poor attention from the staff some shabby furniture. It's central. Old but clean.

The hotel is in good condition, clean, nice service, resraurante, the furniture is old, missing hooks to hang the clothes the rooms are very spacious the internet is not very fast. The cost is very accessible very well located in a very strategic area.

Good location, the room was clean and the shower was very good. The bathroom needs remodeling the Wi-Fi never connect and there are no good TV channels, I recommend to spend the night not to enjoy the facilities.

A big change of image, service and above all atmosphere after our first visit in and 2011. Charming welcome at our celebrations of Passover or Easter in March, during the spring of 2016 with the team of people, both visitors and the staff of the Hotel. The safety within the walls very high, and the confidence provided by the service providers for the variety of Tours in the city are a good option without a doubt for those who visit for the first time at national and international level or lacales. It has a very coarse Executive menu and price accessible miy.

There are many opinions found.
Cons: The hotel is old, Yes; furniture and infrastructure also, Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms, the AC is like from the 60's, there are not many channels (does not stop what want to watch TV anyway), staff is not the most friendly (but nor is rude), the surrounding streets are not illuminated and looks medium only and dangerous, the subway is a little far away.
Pros: Respected the Booking price, if there is hot water, breakfast buffet is free (the food is good and hygienic) that it helps, price is accessible, it is centrally located and within walking distance of Reforma Avenue, there are taxis at the entrance and places to eat nearby.
It is a good choice for the price and the breakfast buffet gives you many points.

The location and the view give you many points. The bad thing is that it is a little old and they have not invested in modernizing it. It offered as service rooms and food is not the big thing and, as I already mentioned, what is worth is the location (very close to avenida Reforma).

The hotel has a restaurant, very big and nice with view. Their breakfast buffet is scrumptious! And the location is exactly what I was looking for to be able to go to visit all the tourist sites on reform, center and chapultepec park. Coming back.

Whenever I need a hotel are available, the included breakfast is very very good compared to other hotels or hostels. The Wi-Fi does not reach very well and the hotel is a little old.

It seems to Me an excellent option to spend a night or two. Super economic. It is not a five star. But the staff was very nice with me. In terms of cleaning it seems to me acceptable, my only dilemma were the towels. But I charge with mine. So it was not a chaos. And as an extra you're faced with people all over the world! It is seen that the hotel was good in the 70's, now this old, neglected and dirty; my girlfriend thought that we were going to do something and could not sleep (the truth I fell asleep well by that legacy my all night). The elevator seemed that it was going to fall, the air conditioning does not serve, I did not dare to enter the blankets, the towel or use it for purpose… I do not recommend it unless all this is full, you have little budget (charged us $700) and you're desperate for a place to sleep.

Too bad, hotel is dirty and no maintenance throughout the property, it is definitely not recommended.

Ac didnt work smells like cigarettes all through out the hotel.

It is an old building, the service of the lobby leaves much to be desired. Have many cameras of the entrance and the street, and it seems certain, in the corner there is an OXXO and there are always people in the hotel, is not like this abandoned. The rooms are OK, I recommend it for 1 night or 2 as the most economic option. The breakfast is worth it. Cleaning do not touch it before entering the room but as you want even with your key can not enter because the door has pasadoe inside.

The girls of the reservations lost, you say that if you have a space and when you book you get with the one you know and tell you that there is no place! that horror, I don't recommend it! and in case outside little the costs are not the same that you have posted on your page.

A piece of shit hotel only comes by to ask if the taxi driver will never go back to that shit hotel had not shampoo or towels nasty wing view lack of maintenance, but can't wait for 600 the night only lasts eight hours.

The restaurant is very good, never could connect me to the Wi-Fi.

The guey of towels was well mamon and did not want to give us more towels.

The fabulous restaurant, accommodation very well and price justopar place so that is recommended and a small bar where you can be comfortable waiting or talking is very nice and quiet.
